Great place, great host! Recommend for your Big Sky ski trip.

We’ve been staying in Powder Ridge Cabins yearly for over 10 years. This is the best ski in and ski out access we’ve ever had. Accommodations we’re well represented and served our group well. Communications were top notch. Thank you for a great stay.

We loved the house. Made us feel like home. Loved the cabin feel and ski in and out access right behind the house. The host was amazing. Responding very promptly when questions were asked. Would stay thé again and highly recommend.

Great house and great location!!

Our stay was perfect for our family. The powder River lodge is beautiful and located in a great spot of Big Sky. Our family got great use out of the fireplace and the hot tub. Next time we’re in Big Sky we will plan to stay here again.

Home base for us to go fly fishing, whitewater rafting, to Yellowstone, mtn biking, hiking. House is comfortable and has a great mountain feel.

What a beautiful home on a great mountain. Couldn't have asked for more!

Overall, this property was perfect for our group of 7 adults and teenagers. It had everything we wanted or needed. Plenty of room, ski-in and ski-out with minimal difficulty, well appointed kitchen, quiet area, hot tub, etc. I would definitely recommend it to anyone coming to Big Sky (as long as you are not looking to be in the middle of the night life).

We had a great stay with our family at this Powder Ridge Cabin. The cabin was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed to shot our stay. The hot tub was clean and enjoyed by all and we even had a moose stop by the back deck for a visit. We’d definitely stay here again!

Overall the property was really great. They have everything you need there to enjoy your stay. The property owner was super responsive and helpful as we planned our trip.

This cabin was the perfect cabin for our family of ten. We had 3 couples and 4 teenagers and the cabin was very open and spacious but yet cozy and inviting! We never felt cramped! Everything was very clean and well maintained and the kids especially loved relaxing in the hot tub after a long day of hiking! The cabin is very close to a lot of trails, activities, and food! The owner Jennifer always responded immediately with any questions we had.....her communication was outstanding! We stayed for 3 nights in the middle of August but would love to come back in the winter for skiing and a longer stay! By far one of the best Vrbo rentals we have ever stayed at!

This house was perfect for two families to share (5 children). The kitchen was well stocked with appropriate dishes for a large group to eat meals. Lots of space to spread out and hang out, and a great jumping off location for big sky summer activities. Hot tub and back deck were peaceful and decently private considering the close access to the big sky ski area. House was wonderful and the hosts were prompt with responses as we made a very last minute reservation.

Enjoyed staying here. Kitchen is stocked with everything you could possible need. Plenty of space and comfortable beds. And of course ski in/out. Jennifer was easy to communicate with and quick to respond to our questions. I highly recommend staying here on your trip to Big Sky.

We loved everything about this property except for the bunk room. It may work for children but it is not comfortable for adults. We stayed in another Powder Ridge condo that featured bunk beds that were doubles on the bottom and single bed on the top. They were comfy and functional. That would be a big improvement. Thank you for sharing your Little Shadow Catcher with us. Clarence was a good host.

Stayed here with my wife, another couple and three brothers for four nights. Place is very spacious with large bedrooms (comfortable beds) and common/living area with fireplace and TV. Seven people in the house did not feel cramped. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking equipment (including sous vide!). We cooked in two nights and enjoyed a nice sit down meal at large dining room table. Hot tub was clean and very relaxing after day on the slopes with view of Lone Peak. Property has ski in/ski out access. You can literally ski back to the drive way! Communication with Jennifer was outstanding. Checkin process was easy. We had a wonderful time staying at this property and would stay again!

We ski and stay at many top resorts and found this place to be among the best for our group of 4 couples. Excellent ski access and very comfortable accommodations. The Listing is accurate and feels like you are staying in a home, not a rental pool unit. We prepared meals most nights in the well appointed and stocked kitchen which has an impressive array of utensils, pans, pots, glasses, and dining ware. The skiing was fantastic with access as described. Easy ski out - slightly confusing ski in but easy once you get it. Jennifer is very good to work with. We would stay here again!

The house was wonderful. Everything we needed. The owner is very responsive and friendly. Once you figure out how to ski into the house it’s awesome. It took us a few tries. The ski out is easy and simple. Thanks for a great stay!

Our group of 10 (2 families of 4 and 2 grandparents) thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house had everything we needed and Jennifer was very responsive to all questions. We found the house just as pictured and very comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed (and a few staples we had forgotten), the hot tub was great, and the beds comfortable. The views were amazing and we got some great snow during our stay. Ski in was a bit confusing at first, but once we figured it out was no problem. Would recommend and stay again! We had an incredible stay over the Christmas Holiday at Jennifer's cozy family cabin. It fit our group of 10 perfectly (With a few of the kiddos on the bunks) and was a blast. The location to Big Sky and ski in and out access was fantastic (although the signage back to the cabin took a day to figure out). Jennifer was a treat to deal with and was extremely responsive whenever I had to reach out. She was very accommodating, when she did not have to be and that I appreciated most. We hope to be back, and will certainly look to re-rent this cabin when we are. Thanks!!

This home is incredible - you'll get the total Montana experience in this house. It is very comfortable and kitchen/baths are fully stocked. Everything is very cozy and well designed. We loved skiing in/out every day. Didn't see the neighborhood moose - bummer. Guess we'll have to come back.

We had a wonderful time at this cabin. It is a nice secluded location and kept very clean.

The property was great - roomy enough for 2 families of 4, we had fun sledding right outside and playing in he snow! The cabin is conveniently located near the ski resort and some retail shops/restaurants. We were a little disappointed at first when we found several dishes in the cabinets that were not cleaned! We ended up hand-washing and scrubbing serval pieces to get them cleaned. I contacted the owner, and she said she would let the cleaning company know and told us something to try with the dishwasher and let her know if it wasn’t cleaning properly. We made sure to throughly rinse everything before putting in the dishwasher, put in 2 cleaning pods as the owner suggested, and everything came out clean from that point forward. There were also some high spots in the cabin where we noticed some cobwebs....probably a cleaning company issue. Several items stocked in the cabinet...seasonings, left over pasta, peanut butter etc. We tossed some pasta that was opened and has no expiration date on it. Again, something that could probably be addressed by the cleaning company....a thorough cleaning may be needed to get rid of some old, unused items. Other than that, we throughly enjoyed the cabin. I would warn you, though, if you are coming in from out of town, and you do not have a 4-wheel drive vehicle or one with chains, and the roads are icy or even snowy, you will likely need one or the other to get out of the neighborhood. We tried renting a 4 wheel drive vehicle from the airport, but none were available. It snowed, one day, and the next morning, we could not get our vehicle up the hill to get out of the neighborhood. No one had chains in Big Sky, so we called NAPA in Bozeman. They had one set left that would fit our tires. Then, we had to pay a taxi in Bozeman to deliver them to us. The chains worked great, and all was well once we had them....so, just a little FYI! 😉�

Overall, excellent!!! With people from across the country coming out to big sky for the first time, the bar was set high. Comfortable beds, stocked kitchen, plenty of parking and warm fireplace were definitely bonuses! And Jennifer was very responsive to questions and very helpful. The only demerit worth mentioning would be the unclear ski in directions. However, we all got a good laugh out of it afterwards and made it back to home base the second day with no problem Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home!!! Amber and gang

Had a great stay here in Feb 2019 with lots of fresh snow! Owners and the manager/caretaker were extremely responsive whenever we needed them. Works great for two families as there are two bedrooms upstairs and two downstairs. The house was very clean with quality sheets, bedding and towels and the kitchen was well stocked. The house is well maintained - Guys came by regularly to shovel snow from the deck area by the grill and hot tub. Pool maintenance guys came by to check chemicals in the hot tub. Ski out was easy - just walk between two houses next door but ski in was a little tricky the first time but then we got it. The kids loved the hot tub on the deck after a days skiing! Also, for a fee you can join the moonlight basin club which we loved. Nice bar and restaurant to ski into for lunch or apres ski, outdoor pool and hot tub, gym, s’mores by the fire pit, ice skating, fat biking and tubing by their yurt at the lake.

Bedroom configuration was great for our three families, kid bunk room was key! Plenty of space and all is user friendly.

Super comfortable home with everything your family will need for a great ski getaway. We can't wait to figure out how and when to return soon.

The cabin was very comfortable for stay of two families (9 people total). We enjoyed it so much we didn't even venture out for dinner the whole week - great kitchen. The owner was very responsive to the questions we had. And the skiing was awesome as always. Excellent place to spend a week!
