This house had all the room we needed for our growing family and the location was great; right on the golf course, a short walk to the lake. There were cobwebs both inside and out and both grandbabies got splinters in their feet from the deck, but other than those two things, it was great!

My extended family and I all stayed here for four nights for a family reunion/70th birthday celebration for my mom. We had an absolutely wonderful time. This place is huge and gorgeous and well stocked with basically anything you could need. If you have littles, it's stocked with a booster, pack n play, kid plates/cups/silverware and one baby gate. There are a lot of stairs, so you need to be careful with that, but it's pretty well baby proofed. There's a huge kids room downstairs with all sorts of toys/books. The bunk beds are amazing- they seem custom made, low enough for my toddler to sleep on without a problem but also great for school aged/teenagers. The neighborhood is great, it's a short drive to the lake with a wonderful playground, beach area. We rented a pontoon boat one day and had a great time. It's a short drive into the cute town of Chester. My only cons were that it got a bit hot in the summer, even with fans (mostly in the upper upstairs), but with windows open to cool off at night it was just fine. Oh also, bring bug spray cuz the bugs out back are CA-RAZY! Thanks James/Brandon? for a great weekend! We hope to be back!

We had a great time and this was the perfect location. Only complaint would be no AC, but we know it typically isn’t as hot up there as it was during our stay. Might suggest a portable AC unit or two as backup ☺️

Our stay was good. There were a few hiccups with the appliances but the owner was on top of the repairs. The overall cleanliness was not up to par considering a cleaning fee. Lots of personal toiletries left behind by other guests and patios areas were covered in dust and pollen as well as a lot of spiderwebs. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the cabin had everything we needed to be comfortable.

Relaxing. Played golf and pickleball in the HOA. Visited Lassen NP. Road bikes on bike trail around lake. Fished. Our main reason for trip was to visit with family members who live far from each other. Set up for that was perfect.

This home is a well kept, spacious, and right on the golf course. Also, the property owner is very gracious and communicative. This is the second time we have stayed here, and it would be a privilege to stay again in the future.

Very nice. All amenities were provided. Nice neighborhood.
