This is our 2nd time staying at this wonderful property!! The house has all the amenities needed to host a large family vacation (7 adults & 3 kids). Our host, Christie, has been so responsive and kind when communicating with her. The kids loved spending time at the house more than spending time at Disney (says a lot about the property)! We're looking forward to a 3rd vacation at this property!!

Our purpose for this vacation was to visit Disney World and Universal Studios with our children and grand children. This home met all the needs for 10 people. The home was clean and immaculate. The home was within 15 - 20 minutes away from all the parks which was perfect for us. We all enjoyed the pool, hot tub and the community club. The house had all the amenities that any family could ask for. The host was a pleasant person and wonderful to deal with. I only communicated with her via email and text and she was very helpful and accommodating. As a result, our family had the perfect vacation that they will never forget. the property was perfect for our family of nine. loved the pool, hot tub and game room. Our only disappointment was the lack of paper products.....limited toilet paper and no paper towels or napkins of any kind. Otherwise it was glorious!! christie was always very prompt answering all of my questions!!! Many thanks!

We enjoyed our stay, the location was great. Very nice neighborhood and amenities. The host was easy to reach and communicate with. The kitchen was well stocked, plenty of extras like pool towels, highchairs, strollers, etc. The showers were good and the beds comfy. The game room was great and so was the pool. The only issue we had; the check-out procedures required more than we are used to with VRBO rentals. Having all of the towels and dishes cleaned and put away prior to departing at 10:00 am may be challenging so just know that ahead of time if you have a large group. . Double check what is available before purchasing like laundry soap. There is quite a bit available we didn't need to buy including kitchen spices, which was nice. We would recommend this home especially if you are visiting the Disney parks. Plus, there is plenty to do at the house or in the resort for those days you need to have more down time. If you need a break from the major parks, visit Old Town which is also nearby. Lots to do there, including carnival rides. There are groceries nearby along with many places to eat.

This home is so spacious and our family of 10 had plenty of room with 2 dining areas, the family room and living room and the wonderful pool area. All appliances were in excellent condition including the washer/dryer which is a big plus for this group! The location is perfect for the Disney parks and the owner is quick to respond to all questions. We had a great vacation at this home!

This house has a fully loaded kitchen. Everything you need is on hand for you. It was very clean and spacious. Communication with the owners was great. Having a home phone to make local and long distance calls was amazing. The grandkids loved having a pool in the yard as well as the water park in the gated community. Daily garbage pickup was helpful with 11 people in the house, we created a small kitchen bag every day. The house is located close to Disney which is amazing when you are tired at the end of your day. It’s a short drive back to the house!!

Once you have mastered entry into the estate it’s not too bad but sometimes can take 5-10 mins to get in. House is nice a large as is the pool deck. The house feels a little tired in places, but good enough for a vacation. The pool chairs could do with a good clean as they are quite smelly which transfers to your towels. All in all a great base for vacation.

We have a group of 9, the house worked out great for our family and was in a nice location.

We had a wondeeful time building memories in this home. My daughter got married om cocoa beach. House was very clean. Checkin was muvh easier than expected We had 7 adults anc 6 children. This house accommodated this large group. Owner was very easy to deal with very patient with all my questions. I would never rent a hotel again. This is truly the only way to go. So nice having your own pool and hottub The game room was a huge hit with kids and adults alike..

A group of 10 of us traveled from New Jersey and this place was like a home away from home. Plenty of space so everyone had time to them selves.

We stayed with 6 adults and 5 children and all were very comfortable. Lots of bedrooms and beds for everyone to sleep and have their own space. Kids loved the games room and the pool. I would recommend to pay the extra to heat the pool as the hot tub was so nice after long days at Disney! Absolutely beautiful place and location. Loved sitting by the pool in the morning and then heading down to the big pool and water park. Very short drive to all the local attractions, I would recommend this place to anyone!

We stayed here with a group of friends during the Disney World 2023 Marathon Weekend. We usually stay on property at the resort but with so many of us running together (including some of the kids) we thought it would be easier and more fun to stay together. It was the best decision we could have made. Our kids had a blast swimming in the pool and the adults had a great time being able to stay up and talk to each other. The hot tub was a must have after running several races and the layout of the house made it easy to find a quiet room to nap. The property owner was so nice and dealt with all of my questions kindly and patiently and was just a great person to deal with. She definitely took the stress out of a few situations. All in all I would rent this property again and would recommend it to anyone looking to relax as well as have fun.

This property was in an ideal location, and very very nice. Lots of room for our huge family. The children loved the pool and we all enjoyed sitting on the lanai and relaxing in the evening after long days at the parks. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

Great property. Great set up for sleeping as we had four families. Very close to all the attractions we visited. Only hiccup at check in - we had four vehicles - was quickly resolved with the owner. Would definitely recommend this home.

We had three separate family Stay at the Disney adventure Villa. The owners were very easy to work with. We visited immediately following hurricane Ian. We had some random issues because of the storm. We made the owners aware immediately, and they remedied what they could. Would stay again

By far, the best VRBO we have stayed at. The home was fully stocked with anything and everything you might need from the kitchen dishes, pans, spices, garbage bags, dishwasher pods etc, etc, to cribs, high chairs, pool floats, comfy beds, and so much room to move around, and so much more. Location was perfect and close to the Disney Theme parks and Disney Springs. Communication was awesome!! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking to visit the area. Thank you Christie for a “magical” week!!

Christie and her husband Bill were quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. The home was nicely decorated and had plenty of space for our family.

House and property was furnished nicely. Security system caused us and the owner a bit of an issue as my wife would tap the door key pad to get it to light so she could see the numbers not realizing that she was also hitting a random number different than the first number in the access code. After a phone call with the owner we got it all straightened out. As for initial cleanliness, this will be a little more critical as my wife owns a cleaning service. Her overall opinion was that the house was in good order with these exceptions....multiple food and liquid spills were on surfaces of kitchen cabinets and appliance surfaces. A lot of dust buildup was on many areas of trim which were easily noticeable. We wanted to mention these issues so management can address them with the cleaning crew. Trash program was not sufficient. We had 16 people and trash disposal at the house was only good for 2-3 people. Lastly, the dishwasher worked fine but would spray you in the face when you opened it. Weird!!! The owners were very patient with helping us resolve security issues and were very curtious and helpful at all times. We would recommend staying at this location.

This was one of the best VRBOs we've stayed in. It worked great with our family. Walmart was close, pool was great and had toys for the kids to use. Kitchen had spices and was well stocked with pots, pans, utensils. There were two high chairs, strollers and even a cooler for our use. We could have just stayed at this home and not done anything and our family would have had fun! Thank you Bill and Christie

Everything was wonderful. House was clean and kitchen was well supplied. Kids had fun in the game room. Convenient to all attractions. Christie checked on us to make sure all good. Loved the pool (especially the safety gate to keep small kids out of pool )and hot tub. DEFINITELY would stay again.

This property has alot of things to do without even the gated community, like the house has a pool/spa, game room plus the gated community has pool/water park, arcade/pool tables, fitness, market/deli, community center, numerous parks. We absolutely loved it and it was a short trip to Disney World.
