We loved this property! The unit was clean with lovely decor. The host was very responsive and kind, and the hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. There is nothing I would change about this trip other than staying longer! We’ll be back for certain!

We’ve stayed at so many properties and this one met and exceeded our expectations. The location of the property and what was available in the unit was perfect for our family of 4. Yes there is no air conditioning (which was one of our top considerations normally ) but it was comfortable with the fans in every room and the opening of the windows. The property owner were very prompt with their responses to our questions too! Will be definitely booking here again.

Very happy with the place, seemed to be exactly what was stated. If you stay there make sure you download the beaver creek bus app, even though it is very short walk to town center it is nice to take a bus to save some steps if you have older people in your group.

Curt was so helpful and answered all questions in a prompt manner before our arrival. The condo is a very short walking distance to the village. The location is great. The condo was very nice and pool was great. Definitely recommend.

TVs did not work. Many lamps bulbs were out. The carpet in both bed rooms was very dirty with stains on it and very shaggy. There is construction/ renovation every where in the complex. This was not revealed at the time of reservation. Felt very unsafe in the building. Property should not be rented till everything is complete and cleaned.

This is the perfect place for a family of four on a ski vacation. Easy shuttles to the slopes, great kitchen for cooking dinner, and comfortable beds. Loved it, and would love to stay there again!

The views from this condo are some of the best we’ve had in our years coming to Beaver Creek. The condo was comfortable and clean. The proximity to our skis and local transportation was great as well. There were only two things that we were disappointed with during our stay. Because we booked through a third party, we felt like we were treated differently by the front desk staff. We arrived early and our groceries had also arrived, but we were told that even though our unit was ready we were not allowed to enter until exactly 4:00. We literally Sat on a couch in front of the desk for over an hour and the staff was not friendly at all (except the bell man who assisted with our bags). Our only other complaint was that because we were so close to the ski-in/out door and equipment rental store, from 8am-4:00pm it was very loud because of people walking up and down the hallway with ski boots and kids running around. It was kind of a double-edged sword type thing though because it was nice being located near those areas when we were skiing.

This condo was perfect for our vacation. Very cosy and had everything we needed. We would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo had all key supplies and amenities. Very comfortable. Loved the easy ski in and ski out. Ski rental was easy at the Ski shop on the property. The hot tubs, spa, and onsite restaurants made it all so easy. Hope we can stay here again in the future.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at The Charter. The condo was very comfortable and clean and in a great position with excellent facilities. The snow was awesome and loved the village. .

Property is very convenient to the slope; it had the amenities needed to really enjoy a ski vacation.

The unit is convenient to the lobby and elevators, though neither of those were noisy. The unit itself was well appointed with plenty of dishes and kitchen supplies for our family of 6 to eat most of our meals. In unit W/D was a big plus, and Tide pods provided. Fireplace not usable for insurance reasons, which the owner kindly explained in advance. The front desk personnel were all helpful, however we did not receive housekeeping services (towel/trash) during our stay, despite being told that we would when checking in. Indoor hot tub was out of service, but indoor pool was nice and outdoor hot tubs were also available. We had to ask staff to fix the outdoor fire pit and they did so quickly and in plenty of time for us to make s’mores. Computer center printer was out of toner and front desk said they would have to order it. Not a problem for us, though business travelers might be in a bind. Easy walk to the village for shopping, skiing, ice skating, dinner and 3pm Cookie Time. Wouldn’t hesistate to return to this unit!

All good except for the elkhorn lift was not operating. Had not been running all season due to staff shortage. SO NO SKI OUT. People at front desk were not surprised at my disapointment. With rent and fees I paid close to 1000 a night for this 2 bedroom. I can understand and accept the no ski out but when I asked owner for a discount the answer was no. Any gesture at all towards my ski in ski out (as advertised) rent would have been nice. Is the charter itself is super nice and the apartment was super nice. But if you're looking for ski in ski out I would not consider this apartment.

Awesome accommodations! Very attractive and cozy place with the wood burning fireplace. Kitchen was well stocked with amenities, even coffee and hot chocolate. The Charter has it’s own shuttle to get you back and forth to the village, even though the walk is pretty short as well. Shuttle was definitely nice when being dropped off at lift to go skiing. There is also a ski equipment rental place onsite as well. So would highly recommend this property!

Under no circumstances did we want construction near us while paying for a vacation unit. We were shocked and angry upon entering this property, where we had reserved 9 nights, that construction was actively underway from 7:45 am to 5:00 including cherry pickers outside the windows. The property also overlooks the pool where lively parties of children raged until 10:00 pm. We contacted both the property manager and owner with our concerns. No one ever contacted us back. We feel cheated. We will never rent from VRBO again.
