Location was great but it is a little complicated to get to the property. However, we had a great time not enough to do everything is offer.

The property was everything as advertised and more! We felt right at home and thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful surrounding area. The location was perfect for allowing us to easily navigate many adventures! We would definitely visit again!

The two bedroom condo we rented was decorated in a fun beach motif and was equipped with everything needed for our 2 week visit. The beds were comfy, the sitting area on the deck was lovely, and there was a separate dining space off the kitchen for meals eaten in the condo. There are so many areas of St. James that are special it’s hard to just list a few. St. James Plantation is a wonderful area to visit and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. St. James Plantation is located near all the amenities you would need along with being near Southport and Oak Island. We hope to be back real soon!

We were in St James to finalize our home we are building. The condo was perfect and met our needs. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again!!

Third trip to the property. Extrodinarily clean, safe and updated property. Having access to the clubhouse on the beach is a great amenity. There was no coffee maker this time around or Keurig but besides that I have no complaints and look forward to returning.

My family loved our stay at this condo, the property is so peaceful. It was clean and well decorated. My kids had a great time at the pool and we enjoyed the large screened in porch. The property is close to the beach and groceries.

We have been staying at Tricia’s property for years and honestly can’t say enough about how amazing it is. Always the cleanest, Tricia is always the friendliest, can’t beat St James amenities. The clubhouse by the beach makes taking kids to the beach a breeze with bathrooms and showers available. The pool is a must. Southport and oak island have become summer staples for our family. Having never met Tricia in person we imagine she is as welcoming as the home she opens up for us year after year. Our children don’t remember life without Tricia’s home and speak fondly of “Ms Tricia’s house” throughout the year until we return the next summer. This year instead of staying for 7 days we stayed for 10 and it was well worth it. See you soon!

We had a short stay of only a few days but the condo was wonderful and the beach never disappoints!!

I stayed here with another friend and our daughters for a “girls trip.” This is the first VRBO I stayed in that was actually nicer than the pictures! It is tastefully decorated and extremely clean. The screened porch on the golf course is breathtaking. Trish was extremely responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

The area is so nice and the condo was perfect for our family of five. The kids loved both pools and the beach was AMAZING! Will be making an annual trip ☀️

So impressed with this property. St. James is just beautiful! It was so peaceful that we wondered if we were the only ones staying in this particular unit. The apartment is just lovely, straight out of a Pottery Barn magazine. There’s a laundry room, pantry, full closet between the master bedroom and bath which was really convenient. Kitchen/linens fully stocked. The second bedroom was wonderful for our four boys ages 17, 15, 12, and 8. The younger two slept on the pullout which they said was very comfortable. The pool is a short walk and the beach is around 10 miles away. Everything was within a 15 minute drive. This was the first time we’d driven versus staying right on the beach and we honestly didn’t mind it! It was nice to just open our trunk and lug all of our beach gear such a short distance. I would highly recommend this property. It was perfect for my family of six and I’ll be rebooking this property for next year, if available!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Southport. The condo was immaculate and offered stunning views of the golf course from the large back balcony. The condo was clean, comfy, and spacious. The owner was just a quick message away with any questions we had. 15 minute drive to the beach. Pool was just across the parking lot. Thank you for a wonderful experience at St. James!

On our way to Florida. Stopping all along the East Coast, this was a great place to stay for a few hours! The 315 restaurants excellent for takeout. Enjoy the deck at sunset! This is a quiet, immaculate Condo, with all kinds of extras! Beds are comfortable, and their is privacy between the two bedrooms, which is spaced far enough apart, that you’re not stepping all over each other We would’ve stayed on the return trip, but it was booked!

We really appreciated the great communication from the property manager, the home was clean and a great location. We will come back again!

Condo was perfect for my husband and I and our 2 adult children. It is a beautiful place - well appointed and tastefully decorated. We especially loved the big screened porch overlooking the golf course. The 15 min drive to the beach was easy and parking was no problem. The beaches are gorgeous. The Beach Club (use of the bathrooms) was a welcome bonus.

Loved the property and location but we were not informed of condo on the 3rd floor. Stairs are a problem but did our best to not let this ruin our weekend.

This was a beautiful property! Trish had such great communication. We only stayed one night but would definitely consider this property for a longer stay.

We have had the pleasure of staying at this property three times now. It feels like home. It is a wonderful get a way from the hustle and bustle. Golf courses, walking paths and a beach club at at your fingertips. The condo is spotless and beautifully maintained. It is a wonderful place. Trish is so wonderful with communication.

This was our second stay in Trish’s condo, and we will certainly be back. Our adult daughter was able to have a private space just for herself. The furniture is comfy and the screened-in deck is perfect for morning coffee. Highly recommend!

This is a very nice condo located in the St James community. It is on the top floor and a corner unit (which I think they all are) so it was very quiet. Overlooks the golf course which is nice. Clean and well-equipped.

From the reservation to departure, everything was seamless! We walked into a lovely, very clean, well-furnished condo! Everything was relaxing & comfortable. We quickly noticed & appreciated that Tricia took great effort and pride in her place. She responded quickly & concisely whenever we contacted her. A great stay, making many wonderful memories!

We had a wonderful stay! This was a last minute girls weekend, and the property was perfect for us to relax and unwind. We were too early for the pools (which we knew ahead of time), but we enjoyed the other St. James amenities (Waterway Park, the restaurant at the marina) as well as the close proximity to Oak Island and SouthPort. The condo itself was very clean, fully equipped and so comfortable. Trish was wonderful to work with and provided detailed directions prior to our arrival. We will absolutely be back!

We were so pleased with our experience. Saint James is beautiful and our condo was VERY clean, tastefully decorated, and so bright and inviting. Although it was chilly the sunshine coming in the screened in porch was great and the view of the golf course was entertaining. The furniture was clean and comfortable. Our young adult girls loved having the second bedroom and their own space to sleep in and hang out without being disturbed when we woke up early. The kitchen was stocked with all that we needed and the location could not have been better. We visited the marina and ate dinner our first night, visited friends in Holden Beach, Axe throwing, Wilmington to look at the college and have lunch, Oak Island to enjoy the beach, and shopped around Southport. We picked up our grocery order at Lowe’s Foods to Go near the entrance and ate out once a day to indulge in seafood. Trish was amazing to work with. We hope to come back for a longer stay when it’s warmer and take advantage of the biking/walking trails and spend some more time at the beach. I highly recommend renting this condo.

The condo was very well decorated and clean with an amazing view of the #2 fairway of the Members Club. I would definitely stay here again.
