Staff was very friendly, patient and helpful

We were not made aware of any renovations, no bar, restaurant or lounge available during our stay and only breakfast in the room this was unfortunate and if communicated correctly we would have made use of our cancelation option and book elsewhere and come here when renovation was done. Also the family room even though clean, the beds are very small, two adults is not comfortable.

Muy lindo hotel, cómodo y bien ubicado. La habitación era espaciosa y luminosa. Nos ofrecieron cambio de almohadas y eso le resultó excelente a mi marido. Todo el personal fue muy amable

Nada para destacar

Hotel moderno, con instalaciones nuevas y mobiliario de calidad. El GYM estaba totalmente equipado y la habitación era muy grande con un amplio espacio de trabajo y vistas.

Había pocas opciones Veganas en el menú, por lo que si eres vegano y quieres desayunar y comer en el hotel no tengas opciones practicamente.

Personeel heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam, voornamelijk Engels talig. Hotel en kamer uitstekend. Diner in het restaurant boven verwachting met uitstekende bediening. Ontbijt was naar verwachting.

1- Their staff is remarkably helpful, more than the usual you'd expect from good hotels. They are really keen on making your stay great, and they addressed the issues we had promptly and easily. 2 -Car park. Even though it is a bit expensive, it provides great peace of mind, especially for such a location.

1- Some rooms have no shower privacy. Might be a challenge taking a shower while other room occupants can glance at you. Thankfully they moved us to a good room.

It looks very promising when you arrive / super friendly staff at the reception but the restaurant is disappointing overall - staff is chatting a lot and has no eye for the few guests. The culinary adventure is a one without love and passion cooking, just not tasty enough and standard food of the fridge . The place has potential but as it functions now it is just an hotel outlet - we can not recommend it

Het hotel is gevestigd in verschillende geschakelde panden. Beetje avontuurlijke zoektocht naar de kamer en niet alle kamers bereikbaar met lift; verschillende trappetjes met onhandige leuningen (onveilig). De airo bleef hele nacht op vol vermogen doordraaien; bediening werkte niet.. Helaas weinig geslapen. Restaurant, bar en receptie in open ruimte op BG. Jammer van de vis en baklucht in die hele ruimte; ik vind dat niet kunnen. Geen fijne entree zo. Je hele kleding gaat daar naar ruiken. Zonde.

Tolles Design, gutes Frühstück. Das Hotel liegt nicht direkt im Zentrum, ist aber alles zu Fuß oder mit der Metro gut zu erreichen. Die Lage ist angenehm ruhig. Parken kann man in der Lidl Garage gleich beim Hotel, bezahlen im Hotel.

I’ve done a lot of travel (in my opinion) and stayed in a lot of diferent properties. I’ve been in hospitality bussines for the past 20 years. this is maybe the worst 4*+ hotel I ever stayed. miss communication between the staff (3 diferent times) location of the room THE ROOM !!!!!!!!! nobody serve you in the lobby in most the the day

The room I stayed in at this hotel was extremely disappointing. Unfortunately, it was not as advertised in the photos. I found the layout to be completely different from what was shown online. The toilet, sink and shower were all in different places, which was not what I had expected. When I inquired with the hotel staff about this, they were dismissive and rude, claiming that they couldn't take photos of every single room. However, I later learned that all Standard King Rooms have this room layout, with the shower not even having a door, which made me feel very cold whenever I showered. Adding to my dissatisfaction, the room was located on the far side of the hotel, which meant I had to take two elevators and a staircase just to reach it from the reception desk. When I complained to both the hotel staff and to booking.com, they were unhelpful and suggested that I simply find somewhere else to stay. They also informed me that I would only be refunded for two out of the three nights of my stay, which I found completely unacceptable. Despite the fact that my colleagues were also staying at this hotel and there were no other available rooms in Rotterdam, the staff did not seem to care about my discomfort. They repeatedly told me that since I had booked through booking.com, it was not their responsibility to ensure that the room layout was accurately represented. I was disappointed with the breakfast as well, as there wasn't much variety for a hotel that claims to be 5-star. All in all, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The room was not what I had expected, the staff were unhelpful and rude, and the overall experience was extremely disappointing.

clean and smart hotel, lovely finish to the rooms and building. very spacious room for Dutch hotels which can be quite small in the older buildings. bikes to rent very useful and all facilities were great

The design of the hotel amazing, we really liked it. The room was very clean and followed the design of the location. The stuff is very friendly and helpful, the check-in was uncomplicated. A must is the visit of the hotel bar. Breakfast is okay.

Breakfast for 22 EUR was way too simple. Also I was not asked whether to pay with EUR or USD and my card was automatically charged in USD which resulted in some loss due to exchange rates.

Everything was great. The rooms are designed for comfort, privacy (separate closed toilet and shower rooms), and efficiency (lots of hanging hooks, surface areas to put stuff, etc.). The staff, especially in the bar and restaurant were terrific. We also ate at the restaurant one night and the food was excellent. Location is perfect -- quiet yet tram, metro, restaurants and bars are all within one block.
