elevator is slowest ever . room not clean tub doesn’t drain properly. I seen bugs it has a kitchen but no pots and pans no remote to tv . bed sheets dirty . No customer service at desk at night .

Roaches ..Shower water was warm never got hot carpet dirty room started to smell like mildew after a couple of hours .

The young gentlemen who work the front desk at night were very helpful and polite. They deserve some kind of raise being so hospitable. All my rooms had either broken TV’s, roaches, or the heat not working but he kept trying to find solutions for my friend and my kids.

Roaches, no heat in some rooms, bathrooms and rooms are not up to date, vending machine drinks are hot, loud guests/residents, way too expensive for how it look.

I don’t not like my stay. It was getto it had roaches also it was nothing but noise all night long the front desk staff took almost 2 hours to check for people in because he was gone away from the desk for one hour I have reservations but my check-in was horrible it was people hanging all outside of the building I had to take my bags back outside because of the roaches the bed was really hard the sheets was dirty I would never recommend staying here.

The facility is not clean and customer service is bad. In addition they are not cleaning the rooms or disinfecting the rooms or taking precautions to keep customers safe.

Nothing didn't stay there because my reservation was canceled didn't receive no notice or email. I was told when I arrived at the hotel I was very upset and had to book a room somewhere else

Room was roach invested the morning staff was helpful but the evening was very unhelpful on the phone when mention about roaches gave roach spray terrible
