The property was ideally located! Close enough to everywhere we wanted to go and see, but not so close we had to deal continually with traffic. Great restaurants within walking distance, so convenient!! Loved the patio, we had a glass of wine in the evening every night. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful time! The house is so clean and comfortable! It’s close to a lot of shopping such as grocery stores and an easy short drive to other uptown restaurants etc. communication was easy and seamless. We’ll be back for sure!! :)

Perfect for my friend and I. We went out and explored and photographed Sedona area in the morning. Came back and rested, painted or sketched during the heat of the day and went back out in the late afternoon. We drove to Grand Canyon, took the free park shuttle, hiked a little, had a picnic and back in one day for $35 plus gas. It was incredibly beautiful. Clean, plenty of everything.

What a great stay! It was a great home base for our visit to Sedona/Grand Canyon for our family of 4 with 2 pups. A nice secured fenced in patio, well-quipped home, and many comforts from home. We had everything needed for our visit. Thank you!

The check in process was easy. The space was perfect for me & my friend and I enjoyed having a living room to hang out in. This was so close to everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable. The patio area was super cute. I would definitely stay here again.

Very nice accommodations for the price point.

Cute 2 bedroom house a couple miles west of uptown Sedona. The backyard is super small but sufficient for our two dogs to do their duty and walk around. We were so happy to be able to let them off lease in the private yard and appreciated the (fake) grass since they didn’t get to have any grass at most of the hotels we stayed at. Comfortable couch and beds and nice walk in shower. Weird to have front door lead into main bedroom but we decided not to use it and just use the back door. Didn’t have coffee creamer or kitchen towels which would of been nice. It’s right next to a plumbing business which has a lot of vehicles parked close by but noise wasn’t a problem. We had difficulty with the TV because we’re not use to apps and streaming so it kept shutting off. Also wish there was a TV in the bedroom. Overall a nice place and would stay again.

This place was perfect for our 2-day, 2-night trip to Sedona. 2 nice-sized bedrooms with clean sheets and linens. The beds were comfortable. 2 full bathrooms. We enjoyed eating out on the patio and we used the BBQ which was clean and had a full tank of propane. The patio was really cool - it was shaded by a big tree. The location in West Sedona was great as well. Centrally located and convenient. Off the “main drag” just enough so it was quiet. If we go back to Sedona, I’d definitely stay here again

The apartment was away from the crowds, quiet, and within walking distance of many restaurant options. You do hae to walk a busy 4 lane road to get to the most of the restaurants though. The apartment was clean and comfortable.

Most comfortable bed and pillows of any VRBO we have stayed at. Great location close to food and groceries and many of the hikes. Use the free Sedona shuttle to get to trail heads with pick up locations close to this place. We loved our stay here in Sedona.

Good fit for a trip to Sedona. Enough room for the four of us. Clean and comfortable. Convenient to everything around.

Everyone agreed, of all the places we stayed this vacation, this was our favorite. It was affordable, cute, clean, and comfortable. There were nice, friendly touches for people and pet visitors (though we did not bring pets, there were several cute things for them, but it was still clean and free of pet hair). It was a short drive to a great selection of trails, restaurants, shopping, etc. Definitely recommend.

My husband and I stayed 3 nights at the end of February. The apartment was very clean and the kitchen well equipped. A bonus to the central location is to have the Blue Sage Day Spa located in the same building. After having an amazing 90 minute massage, it was nice to only have to walk a few feet to get “home”. I did miss having some “Red Rock” views from the property.

I will try to stay here at all future Sedona adventures! Before I have stayed at resort type places and I far preferred the coziness of this property. The enclosed yard is a real plus if you do have a furry companion. Having the patio area added even more to the charm. The kitchen had everything you will need. The beds and linens were super comfy! I was nervous about road closures and such when it snowed. The host was very reassuring and made a point of following up after talking with cleaning crew. Great communication! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Totally as advertised-clean, easy to use, cozy, quiet and economical. We had a great time in Sedona staying at this nice little place with our dog.

Property was in a great location, check in/out process was very easy and the property owner responded to all e-mails quickly. Big plus is the small fenced in yard for pets, along with the larger yard around the property for potty breaks. Property is well stocked and comfortable. What a nice surprise to find there was even a Christmas tree all lit up to welcome us :) Very nice touch with the Red Rocks Pass! Would definitely recommend this property for a couple or small family. We will be back!

The location was perfect to hit so many Sedona spots in just two night stay. Condo had everything we required. Was a very pleasant stay.

This condo was cozy, peaceful, and exhibited positive energy. Contacted Brad once we arrived early and he kindly allowed us to enter the condo. Recommend to everyone!

Very cozy and perfect for a couples trip. We loved the views and were not far from all anything. Would 100% recommend and hope to stay again in a few years.
