The house was excellent and communication with the host and manager were very easy. The water in the pool was great and the shore in front of the house has great seashells to gather.

Thos is the prefect place for a fanily/friends traveling together. The location is prefect. Not to mention the house.l itself.... its beautiful. You have everything that you need. The beach is in front of the house. With a swimming pool view of the ocean. This is the home I would rent every time I decide to visit San Carlos. I highly recommend this is place ! The best ever!! Love it!!

We loved the home and location. The sunrise and sunset views were amazing. Quiet neighborhood and friendly people. The home was very clean and sanitized which we really appreciated.house manager was very helpful and friendly.

A group of us decided to spend some time in beautiful San Carlos. We wanted to find a place where we can relax and enjoy the magical sunsets. This is a beach from property, with an excellent location. All you need is within one mile radius.The property is very accommodating and modern. Rooms are big, and bathrooms are spacious. The POOL!!! Made the house even better... great place to hang out and relax.Art and Cesar were very attentive to our needs. Super quick response.As far as the views are concerned, we had great sunsets with Tetakawi to our right. We started our days with Great views from the balcony rooms into the sea... at night, the moon lights up the sea, juts beautiful!! Every so often we saw dolphins swimming, can’t ask for moreThank you, we will come back!

The place was beautiful. The location could not have been better. We constantly used the pool and Jacuzzi. There were a couple of problems, but they were handled. I would highly recommend this property.

This beach house is so beautiful. Very modern and well designed. The property is simply a heaven on earth! My wife and I came down from California to visit family and what a better way to spend a beautiful weekend in San Carlos than in this beach house. We were really impressed, Art and Cesar were very accommodating and very helpful. The house has amazing views, and is equipped with everything you can possibly need. The only downside is we never got the wifi working :/ even after letting Cesar know about the issue we were having with the modem but that’s OK. Took lots of beautiful family and landscape pictures with my camera. Can’t wait for our next trip so we can book this lovely home again! Thanks Art and Cesar for your hospitality.

Amazing house, amazing views ! The houses location is very convienent ! Definetly recommend to anyone visiting San Carlos any time soon. The owner and management are great, they check up on you and make sure you’re time there’s pleasurable!

So amazing! Nothing like waking up to the amazing ocean view out the bedroom windows. We had such a great time. The kids could swim in the pool and then go put their toes in the ocean. Sunsets were so great with a margarita in your hand off the gorgeous porch.

We had a great weekend in San Carlos and were thrilled with this house. It was located on a quiet, picturesque beach, and we would definitely return. I liked the fact that the house is located a little further from the main action of San Carlos. There are plenty of amenities nearby, such as a grocery store and restaurants. The bedrooms were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. There is wifi, a beautiful pool, and a hot tub. There was one neighbor across the street who liked to party to 3 am with super loud music and fire crackers, so my recommendation would be to bring some ear plugs.

San Carlos is a wonderful town, safe and gorgeous with great food, and great weather - also in the winter. The house made this trip perfect - well maintained, as good as it gets - modern, great jacuzzi great view and great location in town - best restaurants bar and marina are walking distance. Thank you Art for the hospitality and the excellent tips you gathered for us ! They served us well.

Art's home is beautiful and very clean! Just like on the website and very close to EVERYTHING!! Our family met there for the holiday and everyone enjoyed the beautiful home. Cesar was very easy to communicate with and willing to meet every need we had. WE ARE DEFINITELY COMING BACK TO THIS HOME IN THE NEAR FUTURE!! Thank you for you hospitality!

This house was perfect for our group of 10! We were in San Carlos for my son's wedding, and I will admit, I was a bit skeptical booking a reservation in another country I was unfamiliar with. I need not have been concerned, though, as Art, the owner, was always very quick to respond to my questions, and he met us at the house when we arrived. His property is very modern, spacious and well maintained. There are many restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance. The outdoor pool & patio was a perfect place for all to relax and visit. Art also provided us many tips and recommendations for the area. If you are looking for a top notch place to stay in San Carlos, this is IT!

Nine of us came to San Carlos for a friends wedding.
We were met by Art who ran us through the property, gave info on the area and handy tips on where to eat and drink!
The property is great, clean and well maintained with huge bedrooms, ensuites, bathrooms, full kitchen and open living, outdoor tables and chairs not to mention an AMAZING jacuzzi and pool not to mention the ocean is a stones throw away.
We loved the place as it was a bay away from the resorts which made it feel like we had our own private beach whilst still being close to bars, restaurants and clubs.
Would not hesitate to stay here again!
