We spent 7 nights at Flame Tree Villa. Eric was a gracious host. He welcomed our party of four with a bottle of champagne and daily pastries every morning. Four beach chairs, a small cooler, and sun umbrella were available at the villa for usage. However, the umbrella was missing after searching, but Eric promptly replaced it. We rented a Jeep Cherokee at the airport upon arrival and enjoyed most days at Grace Bay just a short drive from the villa. Sunset Beach was our beach of choice. We stocked up on groceries at the Gourmet Market also just a short drive away. We cooked some meals at the villa, and found the kitchen well equipped. We found the villa very clean and nicely furnished, the beds comfortable, and the bathrooms sufficient. The only caveat of our stay were a few pesky mosquitoes in the villa. Given the time of year, late November, and the fact a tropical storm had just passed over the island the morning of our arrival, the mosquitoes should have been expected, and we better prepared. From arrival to departure, our stay was impeccable! The villa is so clean and well kept. Modern and beautiful! The pool was the icing on the cake. We enjoyed it very much! We rented a car and it took no time to get to downtown and beaches. What made staying here even more special was waking up to fresh baked goods every morning! I absolutely love croissants so having them every morning was lovely!!! We cannot wait to return!

My friends and I had a wonderful vacation on the island:) the location was awesome - remote enough where we had privacy but also close to town and multiple beaches. Eric was very helpful and responsive! We all agree that we would stay here again.

Eric's home is perfectly situated to Grace Bay and all shops. We loved the extra touch of having warm croissants from Eric's bakery available on the patio. The beds were comfortable and the showers had great water pressure. We loved how quiet the house was - it's situated along a quieter, more private road. The kitchen was perfect and allowed us to cook all of our meals at home. Graceway Gourmet is located less than 10 minutes' drive for all of your grocery needs.

Eric spoiled us rotten with freshly baked croissants each morning as we plotted our glorious days on the beach just a few minutes from his lovely home.

Eric and the property were beautiful and just as advertised. My wife and I travel with our friends all throughout the Caribbean once a year to different islands; this was our first trips to the Turks. It was such a pleasure to actually receive something that you picture in your mind or hear about. Waking up each morning and having coffee on the front deck and Eric arriving each morning to provide us with plentiful fresh croissants was a special treat and an awesome way to start each day. Beaches, golf, shopping and restaurants are all close by with just a quick drive. We had a rental jeep and it worked out perfectly for us. We look forward to visiting Eric again in the future!

Flame Villa #4 was perfectly appointed with everything we needed to relax and escape for the holidays. The kitchen was stocked with the basic tools such that I could turn out lovely meals with ease. The grill was clean and propane filled. The pool was clean and inviting. We even used the beach chairs and cooler provided for a day at Grace Bay Beach. Eric was lovely to bring croissants every morning of our stay as well as respond to requests. Eric seems to have thought of every detail. We would stay again, most definitely.

We were thrilled the moment we drove up to the gate! It was exactly what we hoped for and as described only better. The house was set up perfectly for a small family and we had the luxury of our own villa and many options for beaches, shopping, dinners, and more. The hosts were excellent and we will be back!! The morning pastries on our doorsteps when we awoke only made this more memorable as we sipped coffee and ate delicious homemade baked good while enjoying a gorgeous setting...

The hosts had excellent communication and were so easy to get in contact with. The house is just a short drive to Grace Bay (~5min) so it was a great spot! We also loved the baked goods we received each morning, definitely a lovely perk :)

I woke up every morning to pastries on the outdoor dining table and the most gorgeous sunrise with the ocean in distance. The location was a little difficult for taxis to find because there is a road with a similar name but it was easy to find my way around after a day. I would recommend a car. I didn’t want to attempt driving on the left side of the road so I walked to the beach (20 mins) and took taxis. If you’re braver than me you will see more of the island with a vehicle. You can’t walk to restaurants but a lot of the popular ones deliver and the grocery stores stay open till 11pm in case you need a midnight snack.

We loved our stay at Flame Tree Villa. Eric was probably the best host we’ve ever had in the Caribbean. Pre-trip he was extremely responsive to all questions. When there was planned construction near our villa he thoughtfully moved us and notified us the day before we were set to arrive. The Villas themselves are outstanding. Clean and modern. Nice private pool, laundry and a propane grill. The house was well furnished and the kitchen had all of the basics to make our meals. Eric brought fresh pastries every morning and was available at any time for questions. Staying on Long Bay was perfect. It’s a 5minute drive to Grace Bay and has super easy access to the highway, making the whole island incredibly accessible. The constant breeze kept the villa cool and the bugs away. We would highly recommend staying with Eric!

My daughter and I were guests for a week, and she was quite ill. Eric was incredibly kind and helpful in aiding us to get medical care. We are so indebted to him. Villa was spacious and comfortable- we hope to come back for the vacation we missed!

Great villa with excellent views. Close proximity to beaches and stores. Fully equipped kitchen though we couldn’t really utilize it because of ants. Pool wasn’t cleaned prior to stay so we didn’t get much use out of it either, but Eric was a great host and addressed all issues promptly!

Our family of four stayed in this villa after Christmas for a week. When we landed in TC and picked up our rental car, Eric was helpful in navigating us to the villa in the dark during a rainstorm after 8 pm. When we arrived, the villa was all we expected and more. Very clean, well appointed and a great fit for our family. The a/c in the bedrooms at night kept us comfortable and the windows and doors provided a cool ocean breeze during the day. The villa is set on a hill looking toward Long Bay Beach where you can see the kites of kiteboarders enjoying the wind and fun. The location is beautiful and removed from the hustle and bustle of the resorts near Grace Bay but an easy 5 minute drive to all of the restaurants and shopping when you want to join in the fun. We used our rental car and explored seven different beaches during our visit and the villa provided an excellent home base and reprieve from our daily adventures. The furnishings of the villa are simple but nice. Note, the king mattresses in each bedroom are very firm so if that is not something you may not like you should take that in consideration. Each morning we would wake up to fresh pastries waiting for us on the patio which Eric delivered from his bakery. Thank you, Eric! We would definitely rent this villa again on a return visit to TC.

This property was honestly too good to be true, it literally had everything we needed. Eric was an amazing host that greeted us upon arrival and made sure to point out all the great beaches and restaurants. The location is very private and a 5 min drive to several beaches that all had free parking. The villa was perfect and we will definitely be going back again!

Prosecco and patisseries waiting upon arrival. Immaculately clean. Wonderful thoughtful modern design. Luxurious pool. Peaceful, secure, private and quiet. An extraordinarily kind and helpful host who gave us the best personal guide of things to do and see on the island. Excellent in every way!

Eric was the consummate host - communication was easy, he provided an immense amount of insider knowledge on beaches and restaurants, and the pastries and bubbly were a nice touch! Flame Tree is the perfect mix of luxury and adventure, as you'll need a car - but you are still so close to everything on the island. There's so much more to Turks & Caicos than Grace Bay, so we really enjoyed adventuring to all of the different beaches and corners of the island. Safe and secure in the private gated entrance, and perched above the hills with a view of Long Bay Beach in the distance - the Villa was perfect. We used the fully stocked kitchen quite a bit, and the constant breeze was relaxing from both the pergola-covered outside dining area and from the lounge chairs next to the pool. Also - you can open all of the doors and slide screen doors over the openings and the breeze flows inside the house as well. We had such a relaxing visit and we HIGHLY recommend this rental to all. The entire process was smooth from beginning to end. Lovely home with a great patio, perfect for morning coffee to take in the scenery and peacefulness. Eric was very responsive and thoughtful. Our family enjoyed our stay!!

We loved our stay at Eric's place. The villa is private, comfortable and spacious with everything you may need for you stay. Full kitchen, onsite laundry, beach chairs and umbrella are also provided along with a cell phone to use during the stay. The pool and terrace offer great outdoor space for entertainment. The fresh ocean breeze is an added bonus. We travelled with our eight month old baby, he loved spending time in the pool and slept comfortably in air conditioned bedroom. Full kitchen is great for cooking if you like to cook. My wife and I drink tea in the morning and thats all we used the kitchen for. We loved the pastries (simply amazing) with our tea that Eric brought every morning. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at flame tree villa and would highly reccommed anyone visiting TCI. If you ever get to meet Eric's wife, she is a kind and generous soul. Thank you again for your hospitality!

We recently returned from a delightful 9-night stay at Flame Tree Villa and could not have loved it more. We were hesitant to rent without any reviews but we took out chances and are so happy we did! To start, Eric is an exceptional host who was incredibly accommodating, kind and available when needed. There was a bottle of champagne chilled in the fridge upon arrival which was quickly consumed. Pastries from Eric and his lovely family’s bakery were found each morning on the patio and they were delicious and tough to resist! The house itself is excellent, exactly as the pictures show, maybe even better. Everything was sparkling clean, modern, and we appreciated the little touches like a brand-new sink sponge, travel sized toiletries, soft white cotton sheets, great towels, comfy beach chairs, nice sturdy umbrella, all of the things that make for an easy seamless vacation. We found ourselves watching the sun rise over Long Bay each morning on the big wooden outside table, just a peaceful way to start each day. We cooked breakfast each morning and a handful of dinners, the kitchen was well appointed and had everything we needed for that, including a nice BBQ with proper tools. The pool is just like the pictures and is very refreshing for cooling off. It is hard to see in the photos but you can open all of the doors and pull a big screen shut and the whole house ends up feeling open air. The breeze off Long Bay is perfect and keeps the place cool and mosquito free. There are two very nice couches and a Smart TV which we never used but it’s there and seemed like a great spot to watch a movie and hang out. The location is great, just away from the bustle of Grace Bay but within a five-minute drive to Grace Bay and the market. The house is located up the hill and you can see the sparkling waters of Long Bay in the distance. We would definitely recommend renting a car since there is so much to explore on the island and taxis are expensive. Long Bay beach is close-by (and stunning) but we found it fun to hit a different beach each day and just soak in all that Provo has to offer.
