It’s hard to list the best thing about this property- it’s 5 star in all areas! Best experience I ever had in a VRBO home.

This was probably the absolute best VRBO/vacation rental experience I have ever had!! Enza, the host was so lovely, easy, immediately responsive, and helpful. The home was just ideal for our family - we had a few days between Christmas and New Year to get away with our adult children, ages 20 - 30, and the house had it all - perfect location, super close to the beach, very close to the pool and hot tub, and all the amenities!! The house is incredibly well stocked if you plan to cook, Plus VERY comfy beds! And of course, you can have it all on Isle of Palms, or just stay right in Wild Dunes, or go to downtown Charleston - there is so much to do - or not do! It's perfect! I am afraid I have now been spoiled - this place will be hard to beat. I wish we could have stayed longer - and we will be back! Thank you, Enza - your home is truly special.

The home is beautiful. We had a wonderful experience. The bedroom on main has a pull out sofa. Not a king size bed as described.

This vacation home was exceptional, in every aspect. The kitchen was lovely and equipped to meet all your culinary needs and the appliances were top of the line. We enjoyed relaxing on the back porch in the mornings and evenings. The home was beautifully decorated and true to the location, in theme. Our entire family enjoyed our stay in this exceptional vacation home, on the Isle of Palms.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The kitchen and great room were perfect for our family, and we appreciated the modern appliances and layout. Even though it was the height of summer heat, the evening showers and shade on the back porch made it great to hang out on the screen porch.

This is a beautiful home with every amenity to make our beach vacation perfect. Family friendly home that made our stay with kids so easy. We loved the location and the owner was so helpful in offering advice to make the most of our trip.

We had a wonderful week at the beach! Everything was perfect. Enza was so accommodating and communicative. The house is absolutely beautiful, well stocked and spotless! We loved watching birds outside from the deck while we had our coffee in the morning. The pool and the beach are convenient and so peaceful. It was such a special week and we appreciated this special time spent with our family.

Our stay was wonderful!

I have never experienced a more well-prepared home for a VRBO. The house is beautiful, spacious and light, with a gourmet kitchen (my priority!) and large entertaining and gathering spaces all on the main floor. We lived on the screened porch just off the kitchen! The breeze coming through the canopy of trees was so soothing. The upper level bedrooms were all perfectly appointed with wonderful bed and bath linens. So many thoughtful touches were present, from a cleaning kit in the kitchen, to small toiletry kits in each bathroom, and even a small bag of laundry pods in the laundry room. The hosts were immediately responsive to my few questions that arose. It is a very special house, and we had a great vacation. Thanks!

The house, decor, appliances and location are top notch. Clean and beautiful property! Just an FYI: The downstairs bedroom is a very small room with a great pull out sofa bed but provides what is essentially the guest bathroom for the house (only one on the floor). Also we had to change our travel plans last minute to meet the 3-car parking limit. I feel this info should be featured more prominently in the listing. A house that “sleeps 8 to 10” often provides many more spaces for couples traveling separately. Otherwise our vacation to celebrate our son’s graduation was terrific and the host was quick to respond to all questions and issues.

Everything about this home is lovely, comfortable, with very clean updated kitchen with new appliances. Close walking distance to the community pool and hot tub as well as beach access. Communication with the owners and check in was easy. Bedding and amount of clean towels more than adequate. Large screened in area for eating, reading or family games as well as a large dining room table and kitchen seating. Hope to get back in the future!

Family was very impressed with the property and the accommodations.

As a group of friends getting away for a long weekend, this property met all of our needs. We appreciated the kitchen upgrades, as well as the beach chairs, beach cart, and towels that were provided. The pool and hot tub were larger than expected and I found the walk to the beach to be charming and easy to access (the owner is very honest and helpful about how to access everything, as the house is second row). We spent a lot of time visiting on the screened porch and around the huge kitchen island. The owners were wonderful to communicate with and I would definitely rent with them again!

Beautiful home with great location. We were able to see an alligator & several turtles & deer from the porch. Gorgeous well stocked kitchen. Short walk to the pool & beach. Owners were very responsive and great to work with. We would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely beautiful home! Comfortable, immaculate, updated property. My family and I have enjoyed renting this lovely home many times. Enza and Bob are wonderful, responsive owners. A+ experience.

My wife and I gathered with our daughters and their families for Thanksgiving.at this property. The home was a little tight for the 8 of us to sleep, but we knew that was going to be the case. Other than that, there was plenty of space for for multiple activities simultaneously (games/TV/ cooking and just chatting) during the day. The kitchen is large enough for several people to work at the same time and provisioned excellently. Everything we needed to prepare the holiday meal was on site. The house is beautiful and still very comfortable. The owners (Bob and Enza) do a great job communicating all the details relevant to the property itself, the check in/out process and accessing the community and its amenities. Accordingly, we had little need to contact them directly. One word of caution, plan well, while shopping is close by in terms of mileage, travel is slow and shopping trips consume more time than you would normally think. Even with that, the property and its surrounding community allowed for a great stay. Further, Bob and Enza did an excellent job setting the table for our stay.

Great place for our reunion this fall. Convenient to poop, beach and golf. Gorgeous house with all the amenities and very comfortable. Highly recommend this place!

House is beautiful and furnished beautifully. Family had a great time.

This was a magical place when we first visited and it continues to be absolutely our favorite place. Family have grown over the years and we still find this a most comfortable and peaceful spot to vacation. The newer open area of kitchen/dining/living room has beautiful views from every vantage point. The bedding and rooms are very well appointed and the screen porches and balcony areas are hard to beat. Not every host is as responsive as the Hayes and for this we are most grateful. We hope to make this a yearly place to gather.

First family vacation together! I met up with my three sons and their families. There were seven adults and four children. The accommodations were great. A big den where all of us could gather as well as plenty of room at the dining table. Screened in porches kept the bugs out! The kitchen was modern with everything we needed. The icemaker was a huge asset! It is so nice to have the pool within walking distance as well as the beach. Despite the cloudy weather almost all week, we had a fantastic time!

This home made for a great beach vacation for our family of 6. While not right on the beach the walk to beach was super easy. The kitchen had pretty much everything you need, there was plenty of extra linens, and there was more than enough beach supplies. We brought towels and a cart and those things were not needed at all.

Our family truly enjoyed staying at this house for our summer vacation. There were 7 of us in total and we had plenty of space. The house was immaculate and had everything we needed. The walk to the beach and pool were super short and easy and neither were ever crowded, in the evenings we had the whole beach practically to ourselves. Such a beautiful, relaxing time. Truly and ideal vacation.

Our family had a great time at 28 OP. The house was wonderful as always. This was our 5th time or so staying at this house and it never disappoints. We did notice that it seemed like more balls from the driving range we’re hitting the house. In the past we have not noticed this. All in all it was a great vacation.

One of the best kitchens we’ve had in a vacation home! The garage was also fully stocked with every beach accessory imaginable. The homeowners were very responsive and committed to ensuring we enjoyed our stay. Definitely recommend!

There is nothing the owners have not thought about! Gorgeous, updated home with a dream kitchen. Chargers by every bedside, beach chairs and wagon were so helpful. Lots of space for everyone to spread out. Great proximity to the pool and ocean. We had a great vacation!

We outgrew our previous property in Oceanpoint. This was a perfect upgrade in size and amenities. Beautiful home, we plan on booking again!
