Although, there were some issues upon arrival, Jacob and Angie were very accommodating, Bob who cares for their property was extremely nice, concerned, and took care of everything. My family throughly enjoyed themselves, plenty of room and lots of fun. The lake is in walking distance, which was an added bonus, would definitely recommend staying here ❤️

We came to Avondale for a graduation and decided to rent this property instead of getting hotel rooms. We definitely made the right decision. My best description of the property is "a home away from home. We enjoyed all the comfort and amenities of home and more. It allowed us to spend quality family time together. We loved that the area was peaceful and quiet. The owner was always available and responded promptly to my questions. I would definitely recommend this property for a stay.

Great home for a family visiting AZ. A little far from Phoenix but quiet neighborhood and the Estrella area of a really pretty. Hosts were great communicators and pictures accurately reflect the condition of the house.

This house definitely met our needs. The outdoor space is wonderful, too bad the weather wasn't better. The inside is functional but not especially warm and cozy. The owner had a tight window to get the house prepared for us and as a result it could have been cleaner and better stocked

Great location and great property, it is very equipped with everything that we needed. Enjoyed our stay but unfortunately it was not very clean, we found some trash and dirt in the bedroom downstairs and inside the kitchen cabinets but other then that everything else was great.

Great location for everything we wanted to do. It’s exactly how it appears and is described on line. Everything was so easy and communication was quick and seamless. The lake access was perfect for a morning walk. There was only 4 of us as the rest of the family had flights delayed with the storm weather in Canada and had to cancel. Would have been plenty of room. We got tickets for the Cardinals game on Christmas Day, golfed a few times and made it to Old town Scottsdale. Easy Uber access to any shopping near by. We we’re able to add on heating the pool for a reasonable fee at the last minute with the cool temperatures so that was a bonus. The beds were extremely comfy!!! Only thing that would be bonus is to have a Safeway points card number available for better grocery pricing. It might be something most people have but we didn’t. Both shopping excursions we had the cashier generously let us use theirs. Makes a huge difference. Overall we certainly would go back.

I would choose this house over all the options in the area. We’ve stayed in the area several time and this will be our go to from now on. It’s clean, great location and it is what the pictures show. We notified the host we were running a day late and she offered us an extra day at the end that we couldn’t use but so appreciated her offer. This house and host are 5+ stars!

This property worked out GREAT for our stay. Very nice neighborhood.

We came to the West Valley to celebrate our Grandpa's 100th birthday and needed a place to stay that was close to Sun City. It was well appointed, comfortable, clean and the kids LOVED the pool and putting green.

The house is located in a beautiful neighborhood in Goodyear. It was located 9 miles from I-10. Every morning we got up and walked the 3 miles that went around both lakes in this area. People were friendly wherever we went. After a day's outing we were able to come back and enjoy cooling off in the pool. There was ample room for 7 adults and we were able to bring our fur babies with us so that they could enjoy vacation as well. The property owner, Angie, responded quickly when there was an issue with the pool filtration system and sent Bob the next morning to fix it. He was very friendly and fixed the problem right away. I would recommend this property 100%. We had a great time with family and friends and made wonderful memories.

Great get together for a west coast and east coast family get together.

The location was nice and quiet. The backyard was amazing. The space and the set up was perfect for our family. I will be checking availability on this place again. My only suggestion would be to make body soap available or let tenants know they will need to supply them. Also, instruction on how to operate the TV in every room would great too. A little trial and error there before we figured it out. Thank you!

We enjoyed the stay here very much! We were able to utilize the pool when we stayed only because the owner of this property worked hard to get the repair done that was needed. The home was spacious and accommodated us perfectly for our stay. The neighborhood was nice and we were able to just walk out the front door and go out for walks in the evening.

Nice home and neighborhood. Plenty of amenities on site and within close proximity. Spacious accommodations. Had everything needed to enjoy our weekend.

We really loved this house. All communication with Angie was quick and helpful. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and just a couple of minutes from a large grocery store, pharmacy, great bagel shop (Oasis) and a few restaurants. The house is large, as described and well-appointed. Lots of seating, towels, pillows, blankets, TVs, kitchen items. We loved the pool and the really nice yard (the putting green was fun!). We all thought the beds were super comfortable, the sheets super soft and the laundry room very handy. We were here visiting family who live nearby. We'll stay here again on our next visit!

Backyard is superb. Is a real wow! Comfortable for all ages with the pool and golf and space for outdoor games cooking and eating! The rooms were spacious and beds very comfortable. Appliances were solid and in great shape. Our littles even found some toys to amuse them. We walked to the beautiful park playground at Southwest lake and even picnicked breakfast there. Very good value and our host was extremely responsive. Our Friday trash did not get picked up though?? If our family gets to do this again I would definitely look for this property again! Thank you so much!

This house met ours needs to a T. The house is open and has a lot of space inside and out. The pool was amazing. Any questions or concerns I had were answered by the owner or property manage right away. Very nice people to deal with. Would recommend 100%!

The house was clean, a little outdated but ok overall. The outdoor area was great. If I had to say something I didn’t like about it, it would be that there was no shady area to enjoy the outdoor space. Inside the house We kept hearing crackling sounds through out the house. It was a bit uncomfortable taking a shower in either of the bathrooms upstairs because they squeaked and crackled it almost felt like you could fall through at any moment. Obviously nothing happened, it was just a little nerve wrecking. We had a good time spending the evenings in the pool. The kitchen is equipped with most of your everyday needs as far as silverware, cups, mugs, wine glasses, etc. The only thing I didn’t find was a potato peeler. There is only 1 large frying pan so if you need more than one bring your own. The rest are small pans. Also no shampoo is provided for you. (We were spoiled at the house we used to rent before, they provided everything.)

We were in the Phoenix area for a wedding. This property was a great place for our family to satay. We especially enjoyed the pool and some walks by the lakes.

Amazing home in an awesome location! It was a short walk/run to access a great trail around the lake. Backyard was incredible...pool, putting green and a fantastic grilling area. Quick drive to grab dinner or groceries.

I Loved this property. The house has everything you need to make you feel like you are right at home. House even had plenty infant/ children items such as toys, pack n play, car seats, high chair, and even bikes. The host also responds right away to messages.

Such an amazing community and property!! There was more than enough space the neighbors were nice and the backyard is amazing we enjoyed our stay! We would definitely rent this home again

Everything was fine. The house could use some love. Really could use a good cleaning. A lot of lightbulbs were burnt. The microwave was pretty dirty, which we didn’t use. Not very clean. The beds could be updated, they were pretty used up. Everything else was fine for what we needed it for. Attention to detail would be suggested.

Owners was very helpful and a very easy process. Made our trip very convenient. Highly recommend.
