Really enjoyed the stay at this house with it beautiful views of the ocean. It was great for accommodating a large group.

I cannot begin to explain how perfect our stay was. We rented out this gorgeous home for a week, for my wedding celebrations, and we hosted the dinner rehearsal here the night before. Communication with the host was always so fast and easy, making the whole process seamless. We had such an amazing time here with my friends and family, relaxing and taking in the views (and HOLY WOW, the amazing sunset every night!!!!). Plenty of bedrooms for all of us to comfortably sleep in each night, and two entire kitchens! What a wonderful place to stay and would love to come back here for our wedding anniversary in the future. Thank you so much Lara for everything, you were so extremely communicative and responsive and helped answer every single question within a heartbeat! Thank you Kevin for being so responsive and helping make the morning of my wedding perfect, with the pastries and juices and finger sandwiches which were perfect to hold us over for the big day!! We cannot wait to come back one day.

The house was spacious and provided large spaces to be together as well as separate areas to do things in smaller groups. The view and the beach along with great privacy made this truly a vacation to remember!

The house was perfect for our group of 12 adults - a mix of siblings, cousins and spouses. The views from inside the house and from the decks were spectacular. I highly recommend renting kayaks if you are there for the week. The house is old and while most of it has been updated, there are still the issues you would expect with old doors/windows and older bathrooms. But don't let that deter you from this spectacular property!!!

This gorgeous home on the waterfront provided an incredible experience for our daughter’s wedding. It was immediate family only and the home allowed us to cozy up while sharing her incredible day. The house and location made the day extra special. Beautiful views of the waterfront brought us a surreal experience! We beyond highly recommend this choice beach home!

It’s a dream location for an extended family vacation. It’s before the bridge so you avoid the crossing hassle on a Saturday. The check in is absolutely effortless. Lara is responsive immediately to any problems and just really nice to rent from. The property is Private with a huge yard and water front. The bay is great for kids, stays warm and is shallow for a long ways. House is huge so everyone has a place to be together or alone. Both kitchens are very nice. Just know the house is old so some of the doors and windows are quirky and the bathrooms tend to show their age a bit. If not for this minor thing I would give it all 5 stars

Absolutely beautiful location! Perfect place to enjoy the beach and the Cape Cod area in every way. The house was perfect with number of bedrooms needed and bathrooms to accommodate our family. The prep kitchen was perfect for preparing meals away from the constant flow of people in the large kitchen. Loved the little coffee bar area. The large living room and deck areas were perfect for all to gather with room for all to relax. Loved the "Gatsby beach-house" feeling of the estate. All bedrooms faced the ocean so all enjoyed the ocean breeze and sound of waves each night. Met all our expectations and new wonderful memories were made here.

We enjoyed our visit but there are some repairs that should be addressed. Several windows did not have screens or had holes in the screens preventing opening the window. The living room doors are an issue, especially in the wind. The door from the dining room does not seal so bugs and water enter through the openings. The kitchen stove is very difficult to use and the oven is to small for a family. The stove in the prep cooks areas works fine but the oven only preheated after multiple attempts. Overall my family had a good time and enjoyed the house and vacation.

My extended family, about 12 people plus partners, gathered at Bayberry Manor for several days in June and it was PERFECT for us: plenty of space, especially with multiple kitchen spaces- everyone had a spot to sleep and could cook without crowding each other :). Plus, there are so many lovely spots to gather, relax, hang out, read, and enjoy the view! We all loved swimming and especially walking out in the shallow warm waters between the tides. There are small sea creatures to see if the waves are calm, but they scurry out of the way long before you’d get near enough to step on any, and beyond just the first strip of beach(which had shells and rocks), it’s all gorgeous soft sand to walk on. There’s easy access to nearby grocery stores and restaurants as well. Communication was fantastic, and we all felt well taken care of. Highly recommend this place for a family vacation!

We rented the property primarily for the outdoor space to host a micro-wedding for our daughter. While we didn’t spend much time in the home it was lovey and offered a great variety of space. Back deck was a favored hang out. We we’d been staying longer! Host was very responsive and communicative.

We had our wedding here during the last week of August due to Covid-19 cancelling our larger reception. It was a beautiful location and easy to communicate with the property managers and owner. It was a gorgeous spot, perfect beach area with a massive sandbar, and warm water! The house is spacious and beautiful and our stay was perfect.

The WiFi coverage was limited to a very small radius. The upstair TV's seemed to require WiFi to work at all with no cable programs. We didn't miss having TV's in the rooms but there should be some form of programming. Although no fault of the owner, beach was very rocky and covered in sea weed and there was no way to clean it up, such as a rake.We thought the property was beautiful and in general we enjoyed our stay.

The house is located in a beautiful secluded area right on the beach in Buzzards Bay. Overall the house was excellent and my only disappointment was the poor wifi service throughout the house as well as one of the refrigerators being inoperative.

We had a fantastic time during a corporate team offsite in November. There are two kitchens in the house, and one of them is almost industrial size. We used it to cook dinner together, and everyone loved it. Great property

Our group of friends have stayed at this house twice. It's perfect for families with kids. Plenty of rooms, which all face the ocean, and lots of bathrooms! They have their own beach, so that everyone can be on their own schedule, and the large dining table allows for group dinners at the end of the day. It's a great place to build memories!

We had a wonderful week filled with family, fun and food. The Bay was a perfect place for our water fun, sitting on the sandbars at low tide, walking, kayaking and paddle boarding. Kate, Lauren, Dave and Brian were super helpful and responsive to everything.

Large family home, right on a child friendly beach. Large rooms and small tv promote conversation over watching. Oh yes ... gourmet kitchen with separate prep area and three refrigerators. Grills outside. This is a classic “old Cape House”.

We had a great weekend! Plenty of space for my extended family in a quiet neighborhood with lots of privacy. The property was clean and extremely well equipped. Even the beds were comfortable. Just bring your toothbrush (and maybe a few bottles of wine). Thank you Kate and Dave. You were both so helpful and accommodating.

Splendid views, spacious rooms, gracious hosts. All of the on-cape charm, but with off-cape traffic. Ample room for 5 couples with young children. This beach is perfect for tots. Travel light, this place already has everything you need.

We had a great week at little harbour on the week of August 11th. The house was splendidly located, very comfortable and we enjoyed having a glass of wine on the patio looking at the sea and at the stars . Thank you to Kate Lauren and Dave who were wonderful hosts .

Southwest at Little Harbor is a beautiful house where our extended family has stayed for the last few summers. We have a large group and really appreciate the ample living space, both indoors and outside. The patio is our favorite spot to gather for coffee in the morning, lunch under the umbrella and drinks at sunset. Buzzards Bay is a great spot for kayaking, and the basketball court was put to good use by several family members. We love this spot and already are planning on returning next year.

We had an excellent week at this Wareham home, which features all the space you need to have a family reunion, cook your meals together, and still never feel crowded--even with 16 people. We especially enjoyed the awesome scenery off the expansive back deck. You could sit there for hours and be mesmerized by the ocean view. We spent some days enjoying the beachfront, swimming in the surprisingly warm water, walking the beach, sailing, and kayaking into the nearby cove. Other days, we had outings to Martha's Vineyard, biking on the Cape Cod Canal trail, deep sea fishing, and boating out of Onset. The house was comfortably furnished and very clean. We really enjoyed our stay!

We rented 5 Bayberry Road to host our intimate wedding. We had about 30 guests total and it was wonderful to invite everyone to the home and have so many of our guests stay on the property with us for a few days. The weekend could not have gone better and everyone had a wonderful time. It was absolutely fabulous and the property was perfect for the event we wanted to create. The house and the layout was great for hanging out with family and friends and everyone was very comfortable. I was a little worried we might be cramped because even for a big house, 30 people seems like a lot! But again, it was really perfect and everyone loved it.

14 of us celebrated our lives and family connection this Memorisl Day at this spectacular home on the ocean We found everything more impressive than the pictures could show! The home was huge yet cozy and comfortable for all of us. Plenty of spaces tucked away for reading, sitting to watch the ocean tides, or making a fire and chatting together. Everyone came from all over the country to visit together and enjoyed making meals in the 2 amazing kitchens as well as sunning on the fabulous deck. Kayaking , collecting shells, fishing, playing golf at the course near the end of the driveway all gave us great joy Gathering in this beauty for reunion year 2 was as perfect as year 1!! We knew it would be, and have already booked for Family Reunion year 3. Thank you for sharing your home with us!!!!
