The house was great. The walk to the beach was not long or difficult. The pool was nice but not used as much as we would have liked because of weather. We had 8 adults and three children so a full bath downstairs would have helped. Overall a great stay that I would recommend!

Great propety and plenty of room for everyone to have their own space.

We traveled to St Augustine for a family wedding. The house was perfect. Short drive to all sites. Easy walk to the beach. Beautiful pool Would rent again if we come back to town.

Spacious home with AMAZING pool and walking distance to beach (private neighborhood boardwalk with minimal people using beach). Very clean and stocked with supplies. Communication with host is excellent! Short drive to a lot of restaurants, shops, and activities. Quiet neighborhood and only minutes from historic St. Augustine. Wonderful stay for my family of four but so much space for several families to stay. Recommend Oasis restaurant and Paladar Eatery nearby. A ton of nearby ice cream shops.

Proximity to beach was great - loved driving my truck on to bring all our stuff :) Kids loved the pool and the space. House was as described. Host was prompt to respond and reasonable. No shower downstairs with two bedrooms was the only thing we had to work around, but really not a big deal when all was said and done and something you can tell by looking through the photos in the listing. Would stay there again or recommend to a friend.

This house was perfect for our stay. The children loved the pool. The house was only 2 blocks from the beach and if the weather had been a little better would have been enjoyed a lot more. House was spotless. Only 2 downsides, my elderly parents can’t do stairs, so we made sure to find out if their were downstairs bedrooms. But I forgot to ask about bathrooms. The only bathroom downstairs was a half bath. Issue 2, we were a group of 10, and I was surprised to read on the website that the house was only fitted with 10 wash rags for baths. If the house can sleep 10, it should have minimum supplies for 10. Luckily I only live 2 hrs away and it was easy to bring wash clothes of my own. Also found other supplies like trash bags and dishwasher soap a bit sparse. If I was flying to visit St Augustine and staying more than a few days, I would be put off by having to use my luggage space or money to supply these items especially considering the cost of these rentals.

We had an amazing family beach vacation. The house is beautiful and is within walking distance to the beach. It has ample space for the whole family. We were able to enjoy family time in the pool when not at the beach. The owners are very pleasant and communication before and during stay is excellent. We truly enjoyed the house and location. We would definitely recommend and be returning. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us.

Great hosts. Good location near the beach and coastal area. Spacious home with lovely pool/ hot tub. Close proximity to downtown area as well. Would highly recommend.

The stay was wonderful, the house was relaxing, we loved the pool. The location to the beach was great. Wish there was some provided beach chairs or beach things. Also tish the Hot tub temperatures could be warmer and the jets to turn on stronger. But honestly it was wonderful.

The house is beautiful!! Very spacious for our family of 8. The beach was a little far of a walk, we did it 1 time and that did us in..lol The only complaint we have is that the beds in all of the bedrooms were very uncomfortable and hard!! They really need to be updated. But other than that this house is gorgeous 😍

This property has plenty of rooms and was very clean. The pool was a perfect size for our family of 8. It is right around the corner from the beach. The property owner was quick to respond to any questions we had during our stay.

The house worked out perfectly for a busy week of sight seeing, kayaking, playing on the beach, and most importantly the wedding activities. St Augustine is a friendly town for dinning and shopping while taking in its history.

We stayed to celebrate 4 birthdays. Everything from contact with owners and everything was wonderful. It’s a must stay. Shirt walk to the beach, saw lots of turtles. Great home for families. Close to what we wanted to do as well.

We rented the property for 6nights/7days for our sons wedding. We had 9 guests stay for varying nights throughout the week. The home was very spacious and had many amenities that we enjoyed. The outside area and pool space were wonderful. The first floor of the home was nice, comfortable and seemed to have been updated. The washer/dryer appeared to be brand new and nice to use. There were a couple of specific things that were disappointing: It was inconvenient to have two king bedrooms, accommodating 4 adults but no full bath on the first floor. There was only a 1/2 bath. One full bath upstairs for 11 guests is a lot. Both bathrooms on the second floor are in need of deep cleaning. There was mold around the jacuzzi’s jets in the master bath and also in both showers. Overall, our stay was very enjoyable with plenty of space except for the shower situation.

Great space for extended family in town for a wedding.

David and Patti were easy to get a hold and the house was amazing.. the backyard area was beautiful. I'll be staying here again for sure!

The owners are wonderful, so responsive. Our family had a great time. The pool is a huge asset. The walk to the beach not bad at all, And the beach is just incredible. We had exquisite weather. We are definitely contemplating renting here again.

Family Holiday.

The house and pool/jacuzzi were perfect for our large family. 5 minutes walk from the beach.

We enjoyed our stay in St Augustine and liked the location and overall disposition of the house. I thought it was better in person than the pictures. Some improvements: Bathrooms could be in better shape,master bath had some grime on tiles and there was a water stain from previous leak around the toilet. I am particular about bathrooms as mine at home is spotless so if you’ve got that same hang up this is something that can be improved. The second bathroom shower had same grime issue. The downstairs half bathroom was in great condition seemingly new. Pluses: Only two blocks tot he beach, was a beautiful beach where the dog can run around Fenced in yard ☺️ Tons of space for everyone to spread out! Well equipped kitchen better than most rentals I’ve stayed in, in fact we made our whole thanksgiving meal and wanted for nothing. Some tips: If you’re renting during a cold month as we did ,don’t request for the pool to be heated , just doesn’t get warm enough when it’s too cold outside and should have gone with the property managers recommendation to only have the hot tub heated as it only allows you to have one or the other not both items heated. Overall: liked our stay as it was spacious, clean throughout and kitchen was a good layout and had everything our family needed. Good location about 15-30 mins to downtown, so close to the beach and if you’re in for warmer months I’m sure you’d love the pool.

Nice property wish we could’ve stayed longer . Unfortunately during our stay a lot of light bulbs were out in the house and outside . Also rules and rules and more rules were posted all over the house . The fridge had to sets , the back of the front door, the bathrooms and even the washer and dryer . Seemed excessive but I’m sure an unruly guest caused this . In the morning we got a reminder to be out at 10 am on the dot . Yes we got it we read the Rules ! Not did you enjoy your stay …….

I rented the house for a family reunion and a visit to St Augustine. They’re were ten of us and there was ample space for all! The house was close to the city so travel was easy and the beach was in walking distance from the house. We enjoyed all of it!! Thx

Very good stay overall, good layout of property and good location, clean and nice too. Drawback is that the kitchen was not stocked well enough to be able to cook for enough people staying in this size property, and some extra amenities would help make this a great place.
