Always such a pleasure to stay at P6D. Beautiful Sanibel location where we can count on Barry and Fran to make our favorite condo the best place, every time! They keep it well stocked and very well maintained. We started coming here when our almost 16 year old was a toddler, and wouldn’t consider any other condo. It feels like home- not just a rental. Our family just wrapped up a fifth stay at Barry and Fran's property. We've already booked and are looking forward to our sixth visit next year. The condo is beautiful, the ocean view is spectacular and they are wonderful hosts. It is such a peaceful and relaxing destination with only the sound of the ocean waves lapping at the shell covered shore. The condo is always clean and stocked with everything you could need, from cooking utensils to beach umbrellas and chairs. Barry and Fran take great pride in the condo and providing their guests a perfect vacation experience. Thank you for sharing your beach paradise with our family!

This is our 4th Stay at this property. As usual everything was excellent – the tremendous view, the great electronics (TVs, audio, internet), the well-supplied kitchen, and even the Tommy Bahama chairs and umbrella provided for the beach. Barry the owner is always available to assist whenever something comes up. On this trip there was a tropical storm approaching on our last day and Barry was kind enough to call and give us a heads-up on the forecast and what it might mean for Sanibel. A Great Place to Stay. Looking forward to next year!

The location is second to none with great views of the beach and the ocean. P6D is beautifully furnished and has everything that we needed including beach chairs, umbrellas and toys. We have stayed in this unit several times and yes we will be back next year. Gary M.

We had a great trip to Sanibel. The pictures don’t do the condo justice…it is much better! The location and the view were perfect. Could not have asked for a better trip!

What a great week we had in this beautiful condo!! Only wish we could have stayed longer! So close to the beach you could almost reach out and touch it! The Wilson's were SO nice to deal with and the condo was stocked with everything we needed. Looking forward to a return visit soon...unfortunately not soon enough!! Thanks for your hospitality!!

A few words come to mind in reviewing this condo/property: gorgeous, peaceful, immaculate, stunning views, paradise! There are absolutely NO disappointments with P6D! The owner/manager is wonderful in communicating quickly, thoroughly & kindly. We hope to come back any time we are able & always look forward to the next stay - on the last day - of this stay😀

We have continued to stay here for several years now for so many reasons. Island Beach Club welcomes you at the drive into this well kept complex with beautiful pavers and lush landscaping, and a large pool. It is centrally located near the shopping and restaurants. Condo P6D offers an assigned covered parking space with a storage room full of every beach item one could need. A nearby Elevator for easy access to unload to this top floor condo. Then you open the door to see the most amazing view which draws you right into the living area. The inside of this condo has high quality furniture, comfortable beds, a kitchen with most anything one would need to cook a meal, large closets, full size washer and dryer, and large TVs in bedrooms as well as the living area. Nice size screen in lanai with lots of seating. And the beach is just steps away with a outdoor rinsing station to rinse off all the sand. Barry & Fran are exceptional hosts who really care about your experience in their condo. They are prompt to response to any issues and are always happy to answer any questions you might have. Only improvement I could think of would be adding keyless entry to the condo. No keys to keep up with at the beach would be a great bonus.

We have stayed in all three units in the "D" unit, 360D, 260D, and here in P6D, and P6D is hands down the best of the3 three. The kitchen is well stoked with EVERYTHING one would possibly need...and all appliances and utensils are well known brand names. I have been in the restaurant business my entire adult life and have never seen sharper knives--that is a big deal to me☺ The entertainment center has everything one could ask for; cable TV, DVR recorder for TV as well as tapes for movies, Netflix, HULU etc.
