This place was wonderful. I don't think I appreciated how close it was to the beach but it literally took us less than a minute to get to the sand. Rosemary Beach is just adorable, but this unit in particular had everything my young daughter and I needed for our vacation. The kitchen was extremely well-appointed and i loved having a dishwasher and laundry machines. My ONLY gripe (and please realize this is not the fault of the unit’s owners) was that the bldg 2 feet away from the bedroom was being renovated extremely loudly. From 8 am-5 pm ALL week, it was power tool central. Couldn't really sleep in or nap, which are 2 things I love to do on vacation. But we slept very well at night at least. Parking was ridiculous but, again, comes with the area. All in all, we will definitely be back (assuming the neighbor is done with his renovations!)

Steps away to the beach, the Pearl, the pool ! We were only there 3 nights but it was cozy and comfortable. It was a great spot to end our trip after a week in another house with our family of 15 -

We loved how close this guest house was to the beach! The check in process was super simple and the house had everything we needed. There were a couple of quirks to the house like no plugs near the bed to plug in your phone, so we had to charge our phones in the kitchen every night. Also, the curtains in the bedroom were not black out, so the sunshine woke us up at 7:30 every morning, not exactly ideal for vacation but nonetheless, it was an amazing property and we would book it again! Parking was available on the streets with a parking permit that is provided to you. I suggest parking in a spot and not moving your car until you are ready to check out!

This is as close as you can get to beachfront without actually being on the beach at Rosemary! We were 25 yards from the beach walk over, and a bike ride from everywhere else. Love the carriage house. It was a perfect size for two people. We will definitely be coming back!

Wonderful studio located in the heart of Rosemary Beach- it is literally one block away from a street with shops and restaurants, very close to the beach, also. I mean, you cannot beat the location!!! The main road, 3A, was also within walking distance (maybe 2 blocks), and there were lots of shops and restaurants there, as well. Little grocery store was on the main road for basic supplies, so take advantage of that. Traffic leading into the area is congested, so we didn’t drive much once there. Tons of people riding bikes, so either bring one of your own or rent (the area has options for rentals). The property manager was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. The actual studio itself was perfect for a couple- didn’t feel cramped at all, kitchen was stocked with supplies, and the decor was so inviting!! The ONLY thing that we did not like was the parking situation. While you get a parking pass for the neighborhood, you are not provided with a designated spot. Parking is at a premium, hard to find, and a bit frustrating if you’re wanting to turn in for the evening. All of that being said, we really enjoyed our time at this property. Thanks again!

My partner and I stayed here while extended family were nearby in another community down the beach. I have stayed in Rosemary Beach several times as well as in Alys Beach and can confidently say this place is the best value for what we needed. PERFECT location - you can see the ocean from the balcony, it’s on a beautiful, well-landscaped, quiet corner tucked away from busy streets and right by one of the prettiest community pools. Walkover I to the beach is a 30 second walk from the stairs of the carriage house. Perfect! I was also surprised by how private it was, with plenty of beautiful window treatments and extra curtain dividing the living space from the bedroom/bathroom area. We like making our own meals with local produce and fresh caught seafood and found we didn’t have to unpack several things we brought from home because the kitchen was so well appointed. Brand new appliances, the quietest dishwasher I’ve ever come across (which is especially great considering the bed is nearby) and the washer and dryer were in exceptional condition and squeaky clean. The property manager, Katie was super responsive and accommodating. Called her about a drain blockage in the tub and help turning the oven on and within half an hour two polite workers arrived, fixed both issues, and left within 10 minutes. Check in and check out were a breeze as well. The whole space was simply perfect, well planned and efficient. Perfect for a romantic couple’s or maybe with a baby/non-walking child. We had a blast and are already planning our next trip staying here. Can recommend highly enough!

This was the perfect carriage house for my wife and I. It was recently remolded and perfectly clean. It’s steps from the beach and right in the heart of rosemary. We will absolutely be staying here on future trips.

This unit is NOT as described. We chose this unit based on location, the photos, and the reviews that commented on the cleanliness. The location was great, but the positives end there. First, the unit was NOT clean. The bathroom was disgusting. There were pubic hairs all over the seat and floor, urine on the back of the toilet, and other hairs on the seat. I contacted the property manager immediately via text (5:30 on a Friday afternoon) and was told the cleaners would be there Saturday am to rectify the issue. I sent her pictures to confirm the condition of the bathroom. So that we could use the toilet, I cleaned it with Clorox wipes. We waited until 2 pm on Saturday before contacting the management company again as it had not been cleaned. She told me they were busy and would be there in a few hours. As we had to put my son down for a nap, and she had not been truthful in her timing before, I told her not to worry about it - I would clean it. Very frustrating to spend this type of money and I had to clean the toilet upon our arrival. The inside of the stove was absolutely filthy and looked like it had not been cleaned in quite some time. Second, the photos are NOT accurate. The unit is in desperate need of maintenance. Paint is peeling in various locations, and it flaked off during our stay. The toilet seat had several spots where the finish had rubbed off and it would scratch your behind when seated. The lights in the kitchen did not work. The stairway leading up to the unit had severely overgrown brush along the walk way. This is a safety hazard. Mold and mildew had not been cleaned off the bathtub and tile. The bathtub did not drain properly. After a very brief shower, the water remained standing for over 20 minutes. It was impossible for my husband and me to both take a shower prior to going to dinner. It made going out a hassle and seriously dampened our experience. I emailed all of this to the property manager three days ago. She has chosen not to respond. These issues are unacceptable in a unit. This was a very disappointing stay. We love Rosemary and have had a great experience at other units. This was not one of them. Had we known any of the above, we would not have chosen the unit, and certainly would not have paid a premium for the experience

The location of the property is excellent. It says it sleeps 4 but I had two teenagers and myself and we were on top of each other. The propert has many lights out, stains all over the furniture. No extra blankets and the oven didn’t work. This place needs TLC.
