This weekend was amazing! We enjoyed first warm days at the lake. Pedal boat and kayak let us feel approaching summer. Waterfront views, sunrise and sunset, friendly neighbors and so welcoming host, Warren. All of it made our stay unforgettably warm, heart touching and filling with good wibes. We walked through the Fenelon Falls, by the trail, got lost in an antique store, came into the nice Italian restaurant and spent the rest of the time watching the water. Warren and his team made everything to help us feel as comfort as it's possible. Spring is here. Summer is coming :) Both houses very well equipped, we found everything in a great condition, extremely clean and comfortable. Good beds and pillows, towels, enough kitchen stuff for 10 people, good furniture. Houses are warm, sunny and spacious. Easy to get to the town. The trail is in few steps from the cottage. Absolutely great stay!

Thanks Warren and Ron. We had a great stay. The main cottage is gorgeous with an awesome kitchen and lots of room to spread out. We made excellent use of the pool table. Walking distance into town was a bonus and those views of the sun coming up over the water can't be beat@

We went as a family to this property for an anniversary. The place itself was beautiful and clean. When we got there, the driveway wasn't shoveled so i had to shovel it myself. Since we were there as a family for our anniversary, we were generally having a good time. We were hanging out inside the property until late and playing poker while listening to some music. I had gone outside the prperty to ensure that no noise was travelling outside as we were aware that the property was very close to others in the area and didn't want to be a disturbance to anyone around. That night i received a call from the owner of the property that the decibel levels ( yes, he had a monitor to measure the decibal levels INSIDE the house ) and exceeded the 75 limit that he had set and had done so for a couple of hours. I informed him that i went outside and no noise was traveling outside the house. The next day we saw the neighbours outside and they generally asked how we liked the place and if were enjoying our stay. They made no mention of any noise reaching them. The owner called me the next day to ask why we were "partying" until late. I told him that it was a family party and we were not being excessively noisy and that i had made sure to walk outside to check that we weren't bothering anyone. I told him that we aren't teens throwing a crazy party and trashing his place. He asked why we had an RV parked outside. I thought that it was an odd question..why would it matter if we travelled in an RV. Anyways long story short, he was a stickler about noise levels inside the house and mentioned a by-law of the city that doesn't permit noise levels above 75db. I informed him that the by-law applies to noise travelling outside the house and not in the house. Just for a reference, he had sent me a graph of our noise levels inside the house. When i looked at that graph, it was showing that at 11pm the following day when half the people weren't even in the house and we were just having lunch, the noise levels where crossing the 75db level. So with no music and just 5 of us there having lunch, we were apparently still breaking the 75db level he had set. I guess he doesn't expect his guests to talk at his property at all. All in all, a great weekend was made not so great by the owners constant petulence about the noise levels. Even though the property is listed to accomodate 10+ people, i would seriously only consider this property for a small group.

We had a great time at Warren’s cottage. Ron, property manager, was very accommodating with all our vacation needs. I look forward to coming back soon!

Highly recommended.... Property posting is totally accurate with host responsiveness A++. The grounds were fantastic with tons of multi-level decking and outdoor space/ landscaping and very clean. Extremely well equipped kitchen/facilities with modern kitchens and tons of space. Boathouse is awesome. Very well managed and exceeded expectations. Our group had a great time.

Clean, spacious stay in a beautiful cottage in Fenelon Falls.

We had a great time! The place and view were beautiful. Very clean and had everything there that you could possibly need.

The property was gorgeous and impeccably clean. Check-in was very smooth - Ron was wonderful! The kitchen was very well stocked and there was of room for our big family, including four very busy little kids. The neighbours are close-by which may sometimes be a downside, but they were incredibly friendly and even invited us to use some of their space and sports equipment for the kids! Warren was very attentive. Above all, it gave us a beautiful space to share our Dad's 75th with the whole family. We hope to be back soon.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything was seamless from booking to checkout. The place was amazing and we would stay there again! It was a great week at an outstanding place!

This property is a must for a big family or large group getaway. Tons of space to gather or have private time. Cooking facilities amazing with two full awesome kitchens. Lake is massive and amazing for boating and water sports.

Warren's property was top notch and perfect for a large family. We are a family of 14 and there was still room to spare. Everything was very clean and neat and well thought of. The house is a fun and quirky layout but works perfect. The kitchens are fully stocked, beds were comfortable and the water area was perfect for swimming and bonfires. Warren's communications were clear and precise and he made us feel at home. We would definitely recommend this place to others in a heartbeat.

My family of 4 along with our extended family (a total of 10 people and 1 dog) stayed here for a week at the start of the summer. We happily spent more than we would normally for the perks of having 2 separate cottages, air conditioning and a gorgeous view of Sturgeon Lake. The water was beautiful and clean and calm. Even though we only had inflatables, all boats moving through the channel in front of the cottage were very conscious of the speed limit and slowed right down making us feel super safe swimming and floating in front of the cottage. Take note: The main house is very open concept and noise can easily be heard from the upstairs bedroom when the family is in the basement watching a movie. In the boathouse, the air conditioning is a wall unit which makes the bedroom pretty stuffy as the cool air from the A/C doesn't get circulated into it. Warren is very proud of his property and easy to contact and will respond to emails of phone calls quickly.

Our weekend away was perfect! Warren and Mandy were incredible in accommodating our family for the weekend. They were attentive to our needs and readily available. The main house and boat house were immaculate and clean with more than enough amenities to make us feel right at home. The lake is breathtaking and calm which adds to the relaxation. We definitely hope to be back as we just loved our time in Fenelon Falls. You will not be disappointed!

We had a lovely week - plenty of space between the two houses for my family of 13 plus 3 dogs! Fairly well equipped kitchen, but I would bring extra bath and hand towels if you go through a lot like my family. Stairs are beautiful but a little challenging if you have a baby or toddler in your arms. Short drive to some cute little towns.

We rented both the main house and boat house. The views of the sunrise and of the lake were amazing. The convenience to shopping and restaurants is definitely a plus. Overall this place has everything you need.

We visited Warren’s place and fun was had by all. The place was clean and modern. It had all the amentities you’d want for a vacation. The kids enjoyed the pool table, fishing and of course the swimming. Warren was a great host and was very responsive to any question/concern. It would be great to go back.

We had a wonderful time on Sturgeon Lake. The place is immaculate and well laid out with plenty of quiet areas and privacy if you need it, but also common spaces to gather together. A quick 2-3 minute drive into town came in handy as well. We rented a pontoon boat from Buckeye in Bobcaygeon and got out on the water for a day. Warren was a great host and walked us through the property when we arrived. He was also easily available for anything we needed throughout the stay. Will be back!

We all really enjoyed the place and Warren was excellent host and Ron was also really helpful. Only thing that I noticed is most of the washrooms doesn't have locks which was little privacy issue, but we were all okay.. thanks a lot. Warren was really responsive and helpful ..

11 adults stayed for a week. Plenty of space to either stay together or if you wanted to get away from everyone there were quiet spaces as well. Warren was an excellent host, called us upon arrival to ensure everything was OK and then once more during our stay. The place is beautiful. Kitchen had everything that we needed. Enough dishes, cutlery, wine glasses etc. Would most definitely recommend and if we are ever in Fenelon Falls again we would stay here again.

This house and the accompanying boathouse are fantastic. Lots of room and sleeping accommodations, plenty to keep our kids entertained, and close to town and amenities. Location on the lake is incredible.

The property was amazing! Beautiful swimming, lots of outdoor and indoor space to hang out or to get away from it all!! Our family had a wonderful time.

The cottage located in a very convenient town, grocery and restaurants are in short distance. Both main house and boathouse are nice. My friends and I enjoyed a wonderful weekend there.

The property is absolutely beautiful. Warren has spared no expense in the main house and the boat house, all recently upgraded from a finish and appliance perspective. Spectacular views, coupled with extreme convenience being 2 minutes away from groceries made this property a joy. You get a walkthrough of the property from the management team, and they guide you through all the amazing features of the property and how to operate them so there is no confusion. Boat house is well equipped with items so you can enjoy the water. Firewood was ready in a fire pit for our use. There were many such touches which made us and our large party from overseas feel like VIPS. The boathouse was extremely good for our family arrangement as we have a newborn. We were able to use the boat house to ensure none of our other guests were bothered by the newborn wakeups at night. However, we also got to enjoy the amazing lake views in the morning from the formidable loft in the boathouse. Warren is a true professional throughout this process, he was firm where needed, and pragmatic overall. We came to have a great working relationship as we completed this booking. I will be booking from Warren and his team again, and I look forward to enjoying some of his other properties in the near future. Do not look any further!

This was a great getaway for our group of 12 adults with 2 babies and 2 dogs. The cottage is great. Everything we could have wanted was there. We spent most of our time in the main house, as we put the parents and babies secluded in the boat house. We didn’t use the boats due to some bad weather but there was plenty of stuff to do indoors. Met the neighbors, good people. Raptors won two playoff games while we were there and the basement was ideal for a dozen of us to gather around and watch. The main kitchen is well equipped and we made some awesome meals. Ordered from Godfathers Pizza one time, delivery was quick in 30 mins and the food delicious. Check in process with Ron was great. Will definitely book this or another Warren property in the future.

This cottage is absolutely beautiful. We rented it for thanksgiving and took advantage of all it has to offer. I would definitely not recommend this cottage for those who have limit mobility.which makes it very difficult to walk up and down the steep, narrow spiral staircase . There is only one bedroom on the main floor, therefore if there are more than one person who have difficulty climbing stairs..this causes concerns. The large slabs of rock stairs going towards the boat house are once again steep. And are impossible for those with an limit mobility to get down. We had 3 people in our group that couldn’t fully take advantage of all the things this beautiful cottage had to offer due tthe steep stairs. Why do the bedrooms on the second floor not have doors ? And the bathroom in the boathouse not have a covering on the window. This cottage meets the needs of all who don’t have problems with there legs

Wow, what a wonderful place! We had a fabulous time at this beautiful lakeside cottage. We were looking for a modern yet comfortable place where we could get together as a large family. Not easy to find, but we were not disapointed. The property is right on the lake yet close to the restaurants, shopping and other amenities of Fenelon Falls (the Sobey's has a remarkably large selection of groceries). There are plenty of bedrooms with comfortable beds, enough room so we could all get together as a group yet enough balconies and other places to go if someone wanted to read or just wanted peace and quiet. We can highly recommend this place and hope we'll get another opportunity to stay here!

Great stay! If you have children or multiple families, the 'Boat House' is a great option, our kids loved it. Lots of decking to enjoy a cocktail on, and we had a very nice fire on the lake. The fishing was great with the kids catching well over a dozen fish each. Boat launch was convenient (tip, back in from the main road). Only thing to be aware of ares the high number of stairs, if you have elderly or infirmed you need to consider this. We never give out 5's and we can't do 4.5, that's why the 4 stars.
