Our stay at Sayle Point was the perfect place to celebrate my birthday! The house, grounds, and beach were perfect. The bed was super comfy (slept like a rock the entire time). The house had everything we needed. Joseph was a dream to work with, so helpful and respectful. Even the man who came to clean the pool gave my mom some aloe from the grounds to help with some bug bites. Would definitely come back!!! Thank you for making my birthday so special.

Once in a lifetime opportunity to stay at such a remote and private property. We felt that we had the best of what the island had to offer right at our fingertips! Snorkeling, fishing, relaxing all right outside your door!

The Sayle Point House is quite amazing, modern and clean. Located on a crystal clear blue beach with beautiful views all around. The house is nicely appointed and has everything you would need including plenty of extra towels, bedding and a stocked kitchen. My son is an avid fisherman, and caught snapper & grouper right in the back yard which we ate for dinner several times. We enjoyed swimming and snorkeling right off the private beach and cooling off in the pool. The house is ideally located to the north of the island. A 40 minute drive or less in either direction brings you too many of the attractions that Eleuthera has to offer. A 10 minute drive to the south is the small settlement of James Cistern with a small grocery store, liquor store and a few restaurants which we enjoyed daily, particularly Cravings bakery for breakfast. The owners were very gracious and accommodating to our requests and it was very much appreciated! Overall a wonderful house and a great vacation!

We had an amazing time! House was beautiful and had everything we needed. Eat at Daddy Joes! Make the trip and walk to lighthouse beach while you still can before Disney completely takes it over! We took an excursion with Captain Kid and sons wonderful!!!!!!

Gorgeous property! Location was private and relaxing! Loved snorkeling right there on location and was pleasantly surprised that there was a sand bar to explore even further! Lots of wonderful comments from friends on Facebook inquiring to location for potential visit!

We absolutely loved our stay at Sayle Point house in Eleuthera Bahamas! The pics online were amazing, but I can assure you it is even more beautiful in person. Incredibly private and relaxing location. Fantastic views and such a great location to snorkel, lounge in the beautiful water, hike the connected island or just relax in the seaside hammocks! The beach has a great Tiki hut, the pool was a great place to cool off as well. The island was easy to navigate - we thought roads were in good shape and having a rental Jeep made it really fun to explore all the beaches … which you have almost to yourselves regardless of where you go! No street lights and very few signs, but Waze works to help navigate the island. Food is a bit expensive around the little seaside shacks, but worth it for fresh fish, conch and lobster daily. Plenty of nearby little markets for soda, water and dry goods. We’ll be back for sure to visit and bring Family …. Would suggest freezing and bringing any meat you might want to grill. Otherwise this is one of the best locations we have ever stayed. The house is fully equipped with anything you need and best of all is just private luxury!! If you are considering Eleuthera and this place is on your radar just do it already. Never have we ever enjoyed such a beautiful, vast and private property. Want to enjoy some sun by the pool? Ok. Or how about a walk out on Rainbow Cay? Just protect your feet! The best part was the private beach with gentle ocean access and a HUGE shaded area to retreat if the sun gets to be too much. The central location is great to explore the entire island but to be honest, we only left a handful of times. Sunsets (every night) from anywhere on the property were incredible. Even on the windiest days you could find a peaceful place on the beach shielded from the Atlantic winds. And the color of the water? It felt like a dream. We are already talking about when we can visit this paradise again!

Beautiful home in an amazing location. The coral gardens on the Cay are some on the healthiest I’ve seen on island. Floating in the shallow “mermaid pool” off the private beach is so relaxing. Saw many fish just kayaking around the area. And great sunsets😁❤️

Our 1st time to Eleuthera. The house was lovely. Everything you could ask for. Beautiful water right out the front door and a comfortable house with so many options. Kayaks, floaties, and even speakers outside! What a delightful week. Joseph took very good care of us even cleaned the grill when we told him it wasn’t necessary we could do it! I’m so glad Matt and Laurie shared their home with us!

This home is really special. We loved the seclusion but close proximity to stores and restaurants.

Our stay at Sayle Point in Rainbow Bay was incredible. The views from all rooms in the house were spectacular! The tiki bar was a fun place to hang out at, the kayaks were perfect for snorkeling and the back porch with pool a great place to relax. Our stay was excellent and we will be back as long as it is available. Some advice to others who visit, bring paper products, playing cards, and a flyswatter, and no need to bring beach towels, spices, or fins/mask. The kitchen is great for preparing meals and has everything you need. Our family had a great stay!

We very much enjoyed our week-plus stay at Sayle Point. The way the house is situated facing north towards Rainbow Bay rewards you with a breathtaking view that you never tire of especially when the water is calm (as it usually is) and the warm sun brilliantly highlights the coral blue color of the water and the crystal white sand below. The deck you see in the photos is by far the best "room" in the house - day or night. Sayle Point is reasonably situated to go north or south for activities, but keep in mind the island is rural so it does take some time to get to places. Our housekeeper was attentive. We comfortably survived the winds/rains of Tropical Storm Nicole. The house itself is quite comfortable and roomy. Like any other Vrbo rental, there were a few small things we'd recommend the owner should address but overall, none of those things takes away from the 5.0 scores we gave for this property especially when you compare it to other rental properties on Eleuthra. Again, the view from the back deck was wicked awesome and etched in our minds forever!

Sayle point is your own little island escape! Amazing views all around!

Upon the quick and easy check-in, we immediately felt relaxed. The pics online do not do the actual views justice. The house is stocked with absolutely everything you would need to be comfortable. We cooked many meals and ate out a few as well. We brought our own snorkel gear and saw beautiful fish and shells. The property did not disappoint and Joesph and Evelyn were very helpful!!

This was our first time in Eleuthera, and it did not disappoint, and the house was incredible! We wholeheartedly recommend this house. AC was cool, pool was refreshing, and the little beach is amazing.

This place is absolutely incredible - the views from all directions, direct access to the Caribbean out your back door for swimming or snorkeling, the beach, pool, and tiki hut- it is truly paradise. Something I wish we had planned for before traveling to the Bahamas was how expensive everything would be- food, toiletries, paper products etc. So heed the owners recommendation to pack toilet paper and even a paper towel roll and napkins. But even with the cost of things being high, I wouldn’t hesitate to go back. We did very little around the island because we had so much to entertain us right on the property. It truly was the most relaxing vacation I’ve ever had. Thanks for sharing your slice of paradise with us!

What a great place to to totally relax, enjoy the peace and quiet while forgetting what is going on in our crazy world! Pool, beach and snorkeling right in your back yard. Beautiful sunsets! Our family LOVED Sayle Point House! Sayle point House is centrally located, which makes it it super convenient to travel north or south on the island and you’ll definitely want to explore all the beaches and sites of Eleuthera! The house has everything imaginable that you will need. We loved snorkeling right in front of the house, exploring the private island, kayaking, playing volleyball and corn hole and the pool was great! We brought teens and they were thoroughly entertained while at the house. The home is not only beautiful, but comfortable! Eleuthera was our family’s best adventure yet and I highly recommend Sayle Point House! We will definitely be back!

Sayle House is ideal to get away from it all and be completely secluded.

Easy check-in and out led to a stress free stay. The property is more beautiful than the pictures can capture. Hope we can stay again sometime.

I don't usually take the time to review a property but I feel compelled to do so for this special location. Our group of six adults stayed for five nights in late January. The property was very clean, in working order and stocked with everything you need inside and out for a great vacation. The house is somewhat remote but was perfect for our needs-- there was something for everyone to do in the expansive outdoor space-- snorkeling, kayaking, cornhole, hammocks, swimming, a gorgeous beach and an amazing tiki bar! We saw tons of fish, rays, starfish, sand dollars, an octopus and had a visit from a dolphin on our last morning. Elvis was very responsive as was the homeowner. We did not take advantage of the option to have meals cooked for us but it was available. Don't miss Leo Rose restaurant down the road in James Cistern-- it sits on the beach and has a very cool vibe! Take out pizza from The Rainbow Room one mile down the road was also a nice option. HIGHLY recommend TyMan Fishing Charter & Adventures out of Spanish Wells (50 min away) for day excursion and fishing. 1-242-464--0592.Pack light-- this is a casual island. Property is 45 minutes from North Eleuthera airport, 30 min from Governor's Harbour. We rented a car but next time would make arrangements with Elvis. Highly recommend if you are looking for a laid back trip!

This property was absolutely amazing. Love that it is centrally located on Eleuthera because you can get to many “tourist” places on the island in under 45 minutes... with that being said, you never need to leave this property if you don’t want to. I also highly recommend snorkeling around this property if you enjoy to snorkel. The house keeper Elvis was also very helpful!!

This is an amazing property that just needs a little TLC.The location is one of the best we have ever stayed in.
