Really enjoyed the stay, however there were a few issues:
The coffee maker was not functional, seemingly wrong size basket that didn’t connect with lever that releases coffee
Secondly the downstairs bedroom was cool so we left heat on 68; meanwhile the people upstairs were roasting. Looks like you need separate thermostats
Lastly although the condo is very nice the surrounding area was ugly industrial places with tons of trash, weeds six feet tall, and electrical cables, etc. in fact there is a huge transformer in the backyard. BTW the backyard had tall weeds growing around the patio.

Property was very clean and accommodates 6 people comfortably. There was no shortage of amenities. Easy access to shops and dining. The only downside was the construction lot next to the complex, but was not an issue at all.

This condo had everything we needed and plenty of space. We enjoyed spending time together in the large kitchen and living room open space. The ski closet was great for storing our ski gear. The outdoor space was great for our dog.

Our kids live here so we weren’t their much but this home provided everything we needed. Morning walks down to the Ark were nice but it’s not really convenient to walking into town. Thanks for providing a clean and spacious place to stay!

We were visiting Salida for a family reunion and stayed at the Hipster Condo. It was such an enjoyable stay! The condo was filled with so many amenities and it had such a cool vibe. We will definitely stay there again!!!!

This place is freat for a family. Clean and quiet. The only thing that is missing is blackout curtins/shades in the bedrooms. Overall, we highly recommend this home away from home!

When arriving at our condo we were pleasantly surprised with the location. The parking is easily accessible and not a far walk to the condo. Everything exceeded our expectations there was nothing left unthought of. The rooms were clean, the kitchen and bathrooms were fully stocked with all the things. My only complaint was the sofa in the living room had dog hair on it. I realize that it is dog friendly but maybe a good roll from a lint remover would be the perfect touch.
All in all I would recommend anyone who is looking for a quaint place to stay, to look into Eastside Hipster!

This was our second stay at Eastside Hipster, and once again, we had a wonderful stay. The property is new, beautifully decorated, and well equipped. Two bedrooms upstairs and one down was perfect for our family with two teens that each got their own room. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals before and after skiing, and the washer and dryer meant we didn't have to pack as much! Skiing at Monarch was great, and we also went to Ski Cooper one day. Salida is the perfect base to explore the area!

We found this property just as listed and in great condition. It was very comfortable and was fully furnished. It had everything we needed for our stay. It was the perfect size for our family of five. The fenced in backyard was fantastic to sit in the sun and to let the dog play in a safe space. Salida is a great town with fun places to explore. We would absolutely stay here again.

We appreciated this spot and wish we could stay longer! -It’s convenient for pets with a fenced yard. The only thing I didn’t love was the bed in the master (downstairs) bedroom is hard. But comfy sheets, towels, and everything else you need.

Be careful when you book this place. When you sign your rental agreement you cannot access it after you sign it. When I asked for a confirm I was forwarded an email to the owner. There was a miscommunication about the days we were staying resulting from the disorganized and poor communication process. Disappoinying end to what was a nice trip. This company needs to work on communication and customer service.

Salida Hiking week
We had a group of 6 adults and 1 dog stay at the condo. Very clean and comfortable, open floor plan, easy access to downtown and area hiking spots. Quiet in the evenings. Would recommend to anyone visiting Salida who wants to get away from downtown traffic. Rental group responded quickly to all our questions and provided everything we needed.

Great getaway to Salida. The property is close to the historic downtown. Everyone in the property area and downtown were super nice. I loved sitting outside and looking at the mountains...so spiritual and peaceful. Everything I needed was provided. I will return.

Perfect 4 day weekend!
This was perfect for my brother, niece, and I to share while attending my nephew's wedding! The beds were super comfortable and the house was very well equipped! Would love to book again when I visit my nephew!

Cozy Condo in Salida
We had a great stay here! The condo is extremely clean, comfortable, and spacious. We stayed here with our dog and an eight month old baby. Our dog loved the fenced in back yard and our baby enjoyed crawling all over the house. The house is really tidy, which is nice with a little one- less things for him to get in trouble with. Thanks for a wonderful stay, we'd definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay in this townhouse! It’s new, very clean, and comfortable. The communication with host is super. It was easy to bring my small pup along also. The decor is also really nice even though not everyone cares about that. Highly recommend to anyone staying in Salida!

Salida Fun
We absolutely loved the spot. We were there for a MTB race and the access to the start/finish was awesome. And...what a bonus to be able to bring our happy dog! She may have had more fun than anybody. We accidentally ended up with a butter knife and spoon. Could you give us a mailing address so that we can send that back to the owners please?

We were pleasantly surprised. Very clean with everything we could possibly need for our stay. Plenty of kitchen supplies, towels, great TV set up. The location had perfect access to Salida and plenty of parking. It was also nice and quiet. Don't think we'll be staying in a hotel again! Only thing we could suggest is a cutting board for the kitchen!
