Without question one of the best vacation rental experiences we’ve had! Communication was great. Check in was very smooth. The house was immaculate. The location was perfect. I highly recommend!!!

This is a very charming, thoughtful and immaculate home. I brought my dog who also loved it! Very well stocked with first aid kits, lotions, lovely plush towels, lots of cable TV options, adorable decor, drinks, etc. The dog park is a 5 minute walk and you can also easily walk to Target too to pick up any supplies. Overall I had an excellent stay and would definitely come back!

My two sister and I met up for a fun beach and Disneyland weekend together. We loved hanging out in the hot tub in the evenings, enjoying coffee on the patio in the morning, and having easy access to the beach and Disneyland! Our host was so sweet! There was a personalized welcome message from Silvia as well as a complimentary bottle of wine that was lovely.

This was a great spot! The private courtyard was great for us and my dog. The house is very clean and stocked with yummy snacks. The bed is very plush. The only “issues” were that when in the house you share a wall and locked door with the owner and family so you can hear each other AND the whole place smelled like pets. Those two things were a bummer but overall this is a great place!

Great Family Spot close to Disneyland

I was so impressed by our stay! The decor was beautiful and all the little touches like dog treats and toys, snacks, comforts, etc. The property provided so much more than advertised. Very satisfied! Thank you!

Quaint and cozy in a very convenient location.

We had a great time staying here, there was plenty of room for the four of us and the host were absolutely wonderful. It’s in a great location central to the theme parks, beaches, food and entertainment, in a great area. We stayed for five nights, everything was clean and we enjoyed the hot hub, snacks and all that Orange had to offer thanks to the nice detailed welcome packet from the host. You can’t go wrong booking this wonderful getaway, we’ll be back for sure!

Logistics were easy. Owners were kind and responsive. Clean, cute property. Some sound carries from main house. Recommend the property.

We stayed over Thanksgiving weekend. The location was great for trips to Anaheim, Costa Mesa, and Laguna Beach. Our pup enjoyed the nearby dog park. Thanks for a great visit.

Several outdoor seating areas to relax including a very nice hot tub. Great set up for some light breakfast cooking for 3 adults.

Family vacation

Good location in Orange, CA. We used it for 2 weeks while moving between houses and getting work done. It would be a great "home base" for anyone vacationing in OC. We wish we would have taken advantage of the patio and grill, mostly we just were there after school and work to sleep. Being able to do laundry was a huge plus. They are also SUPER pet friendly. 5 min walk to the dog park. My pups had treats waiting from the hosts.

Enjoyed our weekend stay here. Close to Disneyland. Located in a nice and quiet area perfect for families. Very easy check in process. Look forward to future stays.

We've been planning to see our kids dance in the Disney dance program for over 2 years now, but due to COVID the program was cancelled. We finally got to go, but the place we had a credit from 2020 for was booked for the dates we needed. Luckily, we found Silvia's amazing place- and now I'm glad the other location was booked. We arrived in the early morning hours and check in was simple. She left the lights on for us and everything was ready when we arrived. The bedding and mattress were AMAZING! by far the most comfortable I've ever been in, and it made it hard to get up and going each day. I even took pictures of the labels so when it's time for me to upgrade at home, I'll be looking up that brand. I took advantage of that hot tub; it was perfect after a long day at the Disney parks and my sore feet and legs loved unwinding in their beautiful back yard. The ambiance was beautiful and relaxing. We got to see our kids dance down Main Street, the teenagers loved having privacy in the den area, and the kitchenette had everything we needed. All the extra amenities, snacks, drinks, and spa/bathroom things made us feel so pampered and special! We immediately started planning when we could come back and spend more time there. We didn't hear or see the host family the entire time we were there, and the only sad thing about our stay is that we didn't get to meet their doggies. But maybe next time! Thank you so much for your hospitality!

Not only was our stay very comfortable and convenient, but our little fur baby was in heaven with the extra attention from our host family.❤️ 👀 If you need a convenient place close to Disney (15 min. drive), Target for those last minute essentials (2 minute drive around the corner), great food choices (all within 5 min.), and a dog park (a 3 minute walk), please stay here!! This place was fantastic. Roomy, well stocked with snacks/drinks for humans and our dogs! Close to lots of shops, activities, and downtown Orange. We never met our hosts, but they were very responsive to any of our needs. I'd recommend staying here anytime!

Perfect location and lovely home!

I took my 81 year old mom and my two teenage boys to visit family. With so many places to choose it was hard to decide. The reviews led me to book this place and we were all so happy!!! The boys had plenty of room in the den area and my mom took the bedroom. I had the area just inside the entrance. Hot tub was a hit and the patio led to long conversations with my mom and boys that otherwise probably would not have happened had we just booked a hotel.

Beautiful home that was well stocked with everything you need! Owners are very generous. A short drive to Disneyland made everything simple. And best of all the owners are very dog friendly and even had treats waiting for them! Thank you for the wonderful stay!

It is a nice property. Very comfortable. Convenient to oc attractions. We misread the description concerning the kitchen, so had to adjust. However, Overall a great time.

From the moment we arrived we felt right at home and at peace! Tremendous attention to detail throughout the entire home - from a well-provisioned and cozy family den / kitchen / bar, soothing jacuzzi, plenty of lovely patio seating on the upper balcony or lower deck, there were many lovely spots to sit and relax or visit with family. We especially loved having our morning coffee outside watching the hummingbirds come feed at their feeder - and all of the other birds that passed through and sang for us. We did not make time this go around to use the BBQ grill, but recommend you do as the patio area is lovely and relaxing. We'll get to that next time - we'll definitely be back!

There were fast respond to my requests, the area is quiet, there was a dog park with in a walking distances, and the apartment is close many malls and places to eat

We actually stayed here because our home was being tented and needed a place to stay with our dogs. The location and property were exactly what we needed for three days. Silvia is a wonderful host. Highly recommended!

Easy to reserve, the owner is super responsive. We arrived Friday evening, lights were on, note on the chalkboard, snacks and drinks in the kitchenette! Four comfortable beds, everything was very nice. The patio and deck sre awesome! I spent a lot of time outside. Less than 13 minutes to Disney land, 20 min to Newport Beach. 3 minutes to 20 food choices. I I highly recommend.

Great time, nice accommodations, excellent host!

A colleague/friend and I stayed here while attending a conference at the Anaheim Convention Center. It was an easy drive to the conference. Silvia creates a very warm and hospitable environment for her guests! You have toiletries/hair dryer, a fabulous group of refreshments (and a coffee maker and supplies!), a private outdoor seating area and an easy layout. All instructions are very clear. We hope to stay again next year!

Nice area. Close location to Disney and other beautiful recreational spots.

We stayed for 3 nights with our two dogs. Very clean and well kept property. Located next to major freeways to hit all touristy places in SoCal. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Large, clean dog park across the street if you bring your furry friends. Very quiet and clean neighborhood. The city of Tustin itself is still one of the safest cities in SoCal. The host family lives down stairs, we think; we didn't hear or see them during our entire stay, so we didn't have that feeling of being watched or spied on (We all know of those hosts who greeted us with leftover Halloween candies as we arrive late at night, asking a million questions, then strolled by in the morning, peeking through the fence to see if we threw a party). The host family was very responsive and accommodating from beginning 'til end. We enjoyed our stay here. Highly reccomend.

This beautiful home was in the perfect location for the (out of state) graduating seniors to explore the various colleges in the nearby area. The girls loved the property and its proximity to the beach. We had a fabulous extended weekend!
