We had a great 2-night stay here, everything was clean and ready for us at check in. The property owner contacted us ahead of time and communicated well, and the space itself was very comfortable. You can tell that the owners have put a lot of love and hard work into the space with unique and hand-made touches everywhere. We would absolutely book again if in the Bozeman area.

We thought it was perfect. It was very clean and comfortable. We loved the decor with all the wood in the house. You can tell it is an older house but it is very well maintained. I would say it is in better condition than most renral houses i have been to.

We enjoyed spending time with family who live in Manhattan. We attended our grandson graduation and watching our other grandkids play soccer and baseball. Very clean house and enjoyable accommodations.

This property was perfect for two friends catching up! Very quiet location, centrally located, and the long table was perfect for us to each have a spot to spread out and read/craft! I loved the post and beam architecture in the front of the house!

We spent a week here while snowboarding at Big Sky. The property is super unique with all the reclaimed materials used to renovated. There is a little photo album so you can look at the renovations made. With 5 in our party, finding a place with at least 4 beds can be rough. It was warm, cozy, close enough to get to the mountain easily, and super easy access to the freeway. Joe was absolutely great with communication prior to and during our trip. 5 stars, Definitely recommend!

We were so happy to find a great place to stay near our community that we are building in. We are building in Gallatin River Ranch and we were looking to stay in town while we are having to come in and check on the progress. We can’t wait to have family also use this property. We celebrated a winter graduation and an early family Christmas in this wonderful house. The hosts are super responsive, replaced the vacuum within minutes when the belt broke on the one we were using. They have furnished the kitchen quite extensively. Beds were very comfortable. The gas fireplace is lovely and provides great ambiance while also being the primary source of heat. We enjoyed this property and appreciated the hosts.

Our stay was so great! The home was spacious with plenty of amenities and sleeping space. It was clean and well kept. Manhattan is the cutest town to unwind and disconnect! Close enough to Yellowstone, Bozeman and the airport and all of the necessities are also right there in town- grocery, bar, restaurant & coffee! Joe was the perfect host, friendly and was available to answer questions but not intrusive of our stay. Would definitely book again!

The place was amazing. A whole house with ample space for more that the 3 that were there. The gas stove was great for cooking which was done most mornings and nights. Beds were large and comfortable with plenty of blankets for the cool nights that we experienced. The gas heater supplied plenty of heat for the whole house. Everything was well stocked and the owner (Joe) was very friendly and responsive. A great place to stay. I plan on spending next years trip to Montana there too if it is available at the time.

Cute house in a lovely little (somewhat rural) town, which is centrally located to the rivers for fishing and mountains for exploring. The house has everything you need to make your trip a pleasant experience. Joe and Alissa are always available to make your stay comfortable.

This was a great rental.It even included 2 bikes to use. It was great to have spices and some grocery items so we did not have to purchase Everything. We were not counting on it but it helped us save a few bucks. We had Everything we needed. I would stay here again. The town is quaint. It even has a community garden. Thanks Joe.

it was close to a grocery store, restaurant, casino, gas station and had all the services needed. very well appointed with anything needed for a stay. the hosts were close by and easy to communicate with. highly recommended.

This cozy home is a great place to stay with responsive and friendly owners! You are just a block away from a fully equipped market, coffee shop and a restaurant in the charming little town of Manhattan. Also close to the freeway for an easy drive to Bozeman. I will be back!

This was a repeat visit for me and it was as great as before! The owner is a great communicator, checking in frequently. He also is very responsive to any issue and quickly kept the snow and ice off the deck and walks through the various storms! I will be back again soon!

I drove from Tennessee, my parents drove from Oregon, and we met up with my brother in Montana for Thanksgiving. This house was perfect. We arrived to a fire already going and instructions on the table. It had a pantry with dishes and spices enough for us to make a special Thanksgiving celebration together. We felt blessed to find this and as newbies to short-term rentals, were impressed and will definitely recommend this place. Thank you for making us feel so at home!

We loved this "redone" house. It was well laid out for use by four of us, and the location was great. We even enjoyed the trains! One small suggestion--- we could not find a sharp knife. If one of these could be included, or a knife sharpener present, it would have been helpful.

The house in Manhattan is exactly as described by owner on website and visitors in their reviews, which I always read very closely. As long as you know where Manhattan is in relation to the park and Bozeman, I am certain you will be more than satisfied with the house. The loft area is delightful. It is roomy, and beds, bathroom, and small balcony make this house perfect for a large family or two groups. The main downstairs bedroom is fine for a couple, and the twin bed in smaller downstairs bedroom offers a third private space. I was astounded to find the house fully stocked with cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, kitchen soaps, paper products hand soaps, etc. My surprise even extended to a pantry bulging with spices, baking needs, dry cereals, pancake mix, syrup, and food storage bags. This a first in the many houses I have rented from VRBO. The only caution I offer is the train noise, which is fully described in other reviews. I became used to it easily; others may need to use the provided earplugs. There is no air conditioning and it was hot while I was there. By following the owner’s suggestions regarding the windows and shades, the house remains cool. Joe, the owner, is a kind caring man who addressed any concerns promptly and efficiently.

Very clean, easy to access everything and a short walk to town! Lots of space within the house and everything was well accommodated and stocked with supplies- great stay! Communication with owner was very helpful!
