We loved our stay in Vivian's beautiful home. It is spacious, well equipped, in a great location and very clean. The pool is beautiful and heated comfortably even in late December. We loved exploring the island on the provided bikes, and there are enough extras that if a bike had a problem we could switch it out. We would definitely stay here again.

Quiet & sweet - great place for a hectic wedding weekend

My three siblings and I stayed here for a long weekend. The four of us are over 60 and wanted to get together and reminisce about our Mom, who we lost last year. A couple of us have mobility issues after knee surgeries so we needed a house without stairs to the bedrooms. This is a beautiful, one story, four bedroom home that had everything we needed. The pool and waterfall were perfect and we had a great time on the bikes on the numerous paths winding through this beautiful community. We walked the beach and rode around Kiawah Island looking at the houses/gardens/etc. The kitchen had everything we needed for some great meals. And we stayed up till midnight every night talking and laughing. Thanks for an excellent sibling trip in a beautiful home. Perfect!

Property owners are super communicative and fantastic to rent from. This property is so nice, perfect for a small group of friends, golf trip or family. Super clean, nice and new. Highly recommend.

Short bike ride to the beach, but we could also park the car when we had a lot to carry. Homeowner had great recommendations for things to do and places to eat. Beautiful beach decor that made us feel like we were on vacation. Sheets and towels smelled wonderful. Plenty of dishes, silverware, and glasses to eat several meals. Will definitely stay here again when we return to Kiawah.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely home. It is located in such a convenient location. The pool was great for before and after we went to the beach. The bikes that the host has provided were great and we rode them a lot. The kitchen is well equipped, and we enjoyed meals around the dining room table. A beautiful well-stocked home. Big enough for a bigger family. Lots of bicycles to use for all the bike paths at Kiawah. The pool added the final touch for enjoyment!

This was our first time to Kiawah Island and we absolutely loved our stay! The home was beautiful and in an excellent location. We all agreed that this was our favorite vacation we had taken in years!

Place was great and manager was super attentive when we reached out about the bikes not working. Great pool and location- only issue was having got rent bikes so all 8 of us could ride.

We had a wonderful time at Kiawah and at this property! They have everything you need and a great guide to the area that we found very useful. Highly recommend!

Wonderful location, beautiful house.

We really enjoyed our overall trip. The house was nice, the location was super easy on and off the island and to the beach…my only grip is that I missed having the night sounds and quiet from other places we’ve usually stayed at (the traffic from the main road was much louder then I would have expected). We enjoyed the pool when not at the beach (just make sure you de-web the patio before everyone goes out each day)! Looking forward to our return next year.

Loved this home! Very roomy and clean. Nice big kitchen and every amenity we could want! Really appreciated having the bikes to ride too. Vivian was great with communication. Highly recommend!

Great for family’s with kids

Great location of the kiawah island and the gated security was perfect! House was lovely and had all the cooking items you would need. Pool and yard was pretty and a lovely place to, stay at. We will want to go there again! Host wrer very informative and gracious as well!

Where do I start? The house, the heated pool, the neighborhood and a terrific owner! All excellent. Best vacation we’ve ever had. The house comes with complimentary bikes which we used to bike to the beach and shops. The owner gave us tons of suggestions from dining to golfing! The house was immaculate and fully stacked with everything we needed for our stay. Vivian, thank you so much! We will definitely be back. 5 stars all around!!!

This house had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation at the beach. While the husbands played golf, the wives and kids enjoyed biking to the beach, swimming and exploring the island amenities, including facials at the Sanctuary Spa. The home was so close to the beach - just a short bike ride. We hope to stay here again in the future!

My family absolutely loved this place. Plenty of room and what a great layout. Used the pool everyday and enjoyed ourselves to the fullest.. We will definitely stay here again... We've been coming since 1979 as a family and i rate this place one of the BEST we've stayed at... Vivian was such a great HOST... Thanks again!!!!

Such a beautiful property and the pool was amazing!

We had a great time and enjoyed a quick 3 night stay here. Good sized kitchen with a lot of workspace, new appliances and everything you need to have a comfortable stay. We had four adults and there was plenty of room for all of us to spread out and relax. Pool/outdoor area was well maintained and had a secluded feel. Plenty of bikes accessible for our use in the garage was a nice touch. Excellent communication from the owners, made our stay very easy and enjoyable. Great location, easy drive to Freshfields and golf courses. Would absolutely stay here again.

This was our second summer staying here. The location is great! The house has a good layout and the pool is wonderful. There are a couple updates (minor) that need to be done. We can’t wait to stay again!

We enjoyed our stay at 136 Conifer. The house is nicely updated, has a wonderful pool and deck, and is close to the beach.

I stayed here with a group of friends for my bachelorette weekend, and it was the perfect little corner of paradise. Since we were there in May, it was still a bit cool out so we asked the owners to heat the pool ahead of time - it worked out so well! There were times when we wished the water was a bit warmer, but otherwise it made for some great lounging, like summer came early. The property is private - surrounded by trees so you feel like you’re in a tropical oasis. We also loved the bikes that they provided and store in the garage. There’s a great bike path on the island that we took to the beach a couple times. We were happy in the house too - plenty of space, comfortable beds, showers have great water pressure, and everything was super clean. We’d definitely stay here again!

Vivian and Mark’s place was the PERFECT rental for our vacation. The pool was perfect, the inside so relaxing and cozy, and close to everything including the beach. More than enough room for two families with toddlers. Vivian was a great host, communication was easy and will def recommend to others!!

Owner very responsive from beginning to end! Pool was clean and services during our 5 night stay! House had everything we need to cook with and restaurants close by Plenty of all size bikes to ride, comfortable beds and decorated very nice. We will come back. Plus? 30 min to Charleston
