Very cute great location next to a park

This is third year that my friend and I have stayed at this fantastic cabin. The location is close to Show Low, fishing and numerous restaurants. His addition of the gas fireplace is perfect for those cold evenings and nights. Alex, our host, was very welcoming, made sure our stay was as comfortable as possible and quickly responded to any questions we had. We definitely will be coming back next year. Thank you, Alex!

House was easy to find, it was clean, and Alex answered all our questions quickly prior to our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed visiting on the patio and enjoying the cool weather. Thank you, Alex!!

Property was Beautiful. Inside of the house was very clean and comfortable. The deck was beautiful to sit and listen to mother nature. The entire property was well maintained. We enjoyed our 3 night stay.

I need more than five stars to rate this gem of a cabin! It was so spacious and yet felt cozy. The wrap around porch was the perfect spot for sipping coffee (or vino). The icing on the cake was that the cabin is located right across the street from Woodland lake park (our favorite park in Pinetop). Alex answered all my texts immediately. My two sisters and I have decided to make this cabin our first choice for all future trips to Pinetop. Thank you Alex for being a great host! Margarita

This is a great place to relax or enjoy the many restaurants and surrounding activities. Alex is the best Host in my experience. He makes you feel special, safe, and secure. His response time is usually within minutes of any inquiry I’ve had. I’ve booked this property a couple of times in the past and have already booked time here in the future. This is definitely my “Go To” whenever I’m planning a visit to the area.

It was wonderful to be able to walk across to the lake and walk the path. The games available made for a great free hours to. Close to just about anything a person may want to do. We got to enjoy being in a relaxed environment! Thank you!

Loved location near Woodland Lake. All amenities looked newer. Loved the firepit.

The location is amazing! It’s across the street from Woodland Lake Park, which is my favorite place when visiting this area. This is also easy access to the multitude of places to go and enjoy. The cabin feels like you’re alone in the woods due to the cabin location on the property. The inside great room is perfect for a quiet evening watching the tv or fireplace but it’s also a place for guests to gather to chat about their day. It’s easy to feel at home inside and out. Loved the wrap around porch and the inviting chairs around the gas firepit. The Host, Alex, is fantastic! He responds immediately to any message he receives. This is a place I plan on visiting many times in the future.

Wisher we could of stayed longer! Nice subdivision with a great walking path with lake across the street. The wrap around deck was awesome and the home very clean. Alex takes great care to make sure his property is taken care of. The fire pit and BBQ grill area offered a nice area to relax outside and watch the moon rise. Thanks again!

Host was super communicative. Home was clean and provided all the needed amenities. Great location for families with kids since the park is just across the street.

We loved staying here! Very clean and the owner was very nice!

This property had everything we needed for our family of 4. There was an extra room with 3 additional beds that we didn't use because our girls prefer to share a bed. One thing they commented on was how warm and cozy it was. The heater worked great and we spent family time at night watching movies together on the couch. What I especially love about the location is that it's super close to town, but the road you take to get to the property makes you feel like you're deep in the woods. This was our first stay in Pinetop where we didn't go to the restaurants for breakfast/dinner. We brought food in a cooler from home and placed it in the fridge and cooked meals...it was a refreshing break from our usual. The kitchen had everything we needed. Alex was great at communicating everything we needed to know and made the process very smooth. We plan on using this property again in the future, it really felt like our home away from home!

This is my second year staying at this property. My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed the comfort, cleanliness and location of the cabin. It is close to restaurants, stores and our fishing favorite locations. Alex timely communicated with me to ensure everything went smoothly. We look forward to more future stays at this location.

Overall the cabin met all our inside needs inside and was nice and clean when we arrived. However, when we asked Alex for some missing kitchen knives for cutting meat, we were surprised with his response: "you can go to a second hand store and pick some up for a couple of bucks." We did end up finding a store and buying the needed knives. The foam mattresses in the two bed rooms were very comfortable. The master bedroom was dimly lit and Alex was unable to fit the overhead light with a higher wattage that would work. We asked him then for a floor lamp so that computing could be done, which he did provide. We were grateful. We loved sitting outdoors on the wide shaded porch reading, computing, watching the birds which we fed, etc. However the biggest problem we had sitting outdoors on the porch (which we did a lot) was the heavy traffic and noise to the point that we had to wait for noise to subside to be able to hear each other talk even when sitting close to each other. Being walking distance to Woodland Lake was a big asset for us as we loved being able to cross the street and walk around the beautiful lake.

We had a great time here! Alex was super quick to respond to any issue! Very convenient across from the park for early morning walks of evening.. the lakes are close to spend the the day then relax at the cabin with the family! Definitely would stay here again!

Perfect location! Loved the house. The amenities. Everything we needed. Had a slight problem with the internet and the owner called immediately to help fix the issue. Will definitely reserve the house again to stay next year for the softball tournament as soon as I know the dates.

Property was right across the street from a beautiful lake and park. We found a little hill to sled on. House was very clean and had everything we needed. Kids were disappointed the fireplace was not functional. Beds were too firm for our taste but were good quality.

The property was well kept and the house was very tidy. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook proper meals for our large family. The neighborhood was beautiful with plenty of large trees around to make the neighbors seem a little farther away. There was plenty of space for my family of 6. There were a couple parks very close by and easy access to the lake if we wanted to go there. Communication with the home owner was fast and efficient. Check out was very simple which was nice considering some properties ask a lot of you and still charge a hefty cleaning fee. The only downside of this trip was learning the fire place was not working, the day before our trip, as this was a key “must have” while we were deciding where we wanted to stay. We would definitely stay here again if we decided to come back to the area!

After a yearly fishing trip that was canceled in 2020, I was looking forward to this year's trip. Unfortunately the cabins we had been staying at for over 20 years closed indefinitely. Come to the rescue, Alex and his VRBO cabin located in Pinetop, AZ. The 3 bedroom, 2 bath cabin was perfect for our needs along with it's beneficial location. The cabin was clean and designed for relaxation. Alex replaced a broken coffee carafe with a new Keurig single and multi cup coffee pot. Top notch and much appreciated. I highly recommend this cabin. Communication, friendliness and attention to detail are a few of the reasons I share these reviews.

My sorority and I had an amazing time at this cabin. It is in an amazing location. Lake is across the street and has things to do up the road. All the neighbors are super friendly and it was a very nice relaxing stay. The host was super quick at responses and communication was on point. I am definitely going to be returning and I sent the place to everyone who came with me because we just fell in love.

The property is right across from a Woodland Reservoir. The Woodland Reservoir offers all kinds of outdoor opportunities as a regional park. The property was neat and clean. We loved the area and the house. Thank you!

My husband and I rented Alex's cabin for the Memorial Day weekend. We simply loved staying there. The cabin is located close to all the activities that we enjoy. It was really cold in the morning and I could not figure out the heating system, but we just covered up and endured and it was really not a big problem.
