This house was very nice for our family. There is a private beach access across the street to the left and a public beach access across the street and to the right. The beach chair service guy is very very nice and knowledgeable about the area. The easiest way to book with him is through his website ahead of time. The view is pretty much blocked directly in front of the house now because of a large home that is being built, but there is still a nice view looking to the right where you have a beautiful ocean view. Parking for four large SUV/Trucks is awesome, not many places have that. It is basically in Rosemary, we walked there several times and it was only a 10 minute walk. There were just a few things I guess you would call complaints/ suggestions. There were very few bath towels, hand towels and wash cloths, we had to wash the ones we had several times because there were so few. There was also only one dish towel. We had to buy a couple at the grocery store. There are no bikes to use, most places come with bikes and or a golf cart to use. And the TVs need to be upgraded. They are old, bad pictures and not smart TVs so you can’t log on to your accounts you use from home like Netflix, Disney ect. Not that we watched a lot of TV, but when you have kids, it’s definitely nice to have. The upstairs area was really nice for the kids, 6 kids could sleep up there and they have there own bathroom. Just be cautious with little ones out on the 3rd floor balcony. Overall great stay!

Absolutely perfect location in Inlet Beach and a short walk to Rosemary Beach. With young children, being able to take an easy walk to the house for "emergencies" was priceless. The pictures in the posting are even more beautiful in person. We'll be going back!

We have stayed in the area multiple times over the last 10 years . We absolutely loved this location because it us close to beach, pool & shops at Rosemary. The house is well stocked and with adequate space for a large group . We had 12 adults two littles . Air conditioning is nice and cold and decks are perfect. Definitely a house we would book again.

Excellent location. Beach access was so close. You can walk back and forth btw house/beach no problem. The house is beautiful. We had a party of 12, everyone had their own space and loved the house! Beds are comfortable. The sunsets are amazing from the 2nd/3rd floor balconies. We can’t wait to come back.

This house is everything it is advertised to be! The location is unbeatable - 5 min walk to all the shops and farmers market, and the beach access is 2 doors down across the street. Kristen and Rick were extremely responsive and accommodating. Highly suggest this place!

We loved our stay at Now I See! The location is amazing- just across the street to the beach. The main floor balcony is large and comfortable with a great view of the water. The house was well stocked with everything we would need. We are already palm king our trip back next year!

My family and I had an awesome time staying at the Merriam’s house. The location was great with easy access to the beach and walkable into Rosemary to visit the shops. We loved it so much, we have already booked another stay for next summer.

Great house in a great location. Plenty of room for our group. Enjoyed spending time on the large porches with the ocean view.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The proximity to private beach was very convenient, making it easy for a big group to spend time by ocean without having to pack up kids in cars etc. Spacious property with balconies where you can look over at the ocean or people watch while the crowds enter and exit the public beach. Hosts were very responsive and assisted us swiftly when the propane tank ran out. Would recommend this experience to friends & family.

We stayed at this location during spring break. What a shock at how unclean and unkept it was. The first thing was the shower did not drain, she did send someone to fix it. When discussing this with her we also discussed and sent photos of the soiled bedding on the bed covered in dog hair. She was adamant that there was no dog so why was there dog food on the laundry room floor that looked like it had not been swept in months. She offered to have someone come change the bedding but what about the rest of the house? The bathroom sink did not drain, the tv did not work, the rugs you would not want your dog on, little lone a child. The floor under the refrigerator was black and the water tray was full of mold. The floors were filthy and had not been swept. There is a beach access but not beach towels and a note to not take their towels to the beach. No beach chairs. One roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, one trash bag, one kitchen rag and one kitchen towel. Nothing says we don't want you here like their hospitality! The outside fixtures are rusted out and the glass in the lights are broken out. When I called to discuss this with her she got all upset. I asked why she was so upset and she said she has never had an upset person before then went on to tell me she doesn't leave beach towels because when she charges people that take them they leave bad reviews? Which is it? I did ask her for a discount because it was absolutely not worth what we paid and she said too bad you stayed. The view, there is a house going up in front of this house blocking the beach and all you hear is hammering and sawing from sun up to sun down. I have photos to back everything I mentioned. Overall not a nice place to stay. Don't spend the money!!!

Beautiful and comfortable home that is literally in the best location of 30A. Steps away from the beach and a great location for riding bikes over to Rosemary and beyond. We had 12 people ages 1-72 in this house, and everyone found it perfect for our week away! Communication with owner was prompt and easy. Would definitely love to stay here again.

We stayed at this property with 2 other families, and enjoyed our trip. The house is in a great location right across from the beach, and a short walk to the tennis courts and the lovely downtown of Rosemary beach. We only needed to use our car to go to the Publix grocery store. We were able to walk to all of the restaurants we tried. The location is close enough to the action, but on the quiet end so you could enjoy the beach without any crowds even though it was spring break. There were plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, and the two decks are nice for enjoying the outside. The top deck is lovely for watching the sunset or getting some sun. We used the kitchen for cooking a few meals in, and it had everything we needed. The laundry room has an ice machine on the main level which was also nice. We also used the grill a few times. The owner was very responsive for the many questions I had. I would definitely stay here again, we all enjoyed our week and felt it was a very relaxing and fun trip.

This location cannot be beat. Less than a minute walk to the beach access, gorgeous views, and a truly beautiful home with comfy beds. Staying one street away from Rosemary was perfect. Highly recommend!

We had an awesome time. The home was wonderful.

I’ll start with all of positives first because they are plentiful. The property gives you great views from both decks, we enjoyed our coffee and mimosas there every morning and watched the sunset every evening. The property is directly across the street from the beach and your walkway is to the right out your front door. The pictures do show the true beauty. The home is beautifully decorated and the owners did an excellent job stocking needed supplies in the kitchen and bathrooms. We had a large party with our younger teens being quite tall. Everyone reported that their beds were comfy even the teens in the bunk room. There is plenty of space to all gather in one room or to spread out when needed. Your street connects to rosemary beach. You can walk or bike over to all of their shops and restaurants. One thing to note: your keypad entry is at the back door, so you have to walk around through the pine needles each time you’re returning home to key in. It’s not a big deal but would be more convenient if the keypad was at the front door. The loungers on the upper deck need new cushions. They were pretty busted up. We had some issues with the thermostat that was eventually replaced. The owners are extremely responsive to all needs but maintenance seemed to not understand that it wasn’t our programming that was off but the unit until they returned for the second time. Despite the problem, I would strongly recommend the home and will likely bring my group back again if we decide to return to the area.

We really enjoyed the beach house. Amazing location to the beach, which was great with kids/toddlers! House was clean and nicely decorated. Only downside was the house didn't have beach towels and we had to buy our own (traveling from Colorado). Didn't ruin our trip though!

Clean, beautiful, everything just worked as it should. Location - simply cannot beat the convenience to the water! One small request during our stay was met immediately by the owner and handled lightning fast - wow!

The accommodations were top notch! Kristen was so easy to work with! The view was amazing and the convenience to the beach, as well as all of downtown Rosemary, can’t be beat. Plenty of space throughout the house... the beds were so comfortable! Looking forward to repeating our stay next year!

My family stayed here for a quick beach vacation. The house is amazing. Very conveniently located to the beach and pool. We hope to come back soon!

This is our third year coming to Inlet Beach and our first stay at this property. It was by far our favorite house. The views are spectacular and we loved the two decks where reading napping and eating were enjoyed by all. The little girls loved having their own space upstairs in the bunk room along with a play/ lounge area. By far our favorite was the roomy open concept kitchen, dining and living room. We did lots of cooking and found the kitchen had all the cook and dish ware we needed. Kristen provided lots of helpful info to make our stay relaxing and worry free. Thank you for a lovely visit in your beautiful home!

Great home

We visited for Memorial Day week and loved the convenience to Rosemary while being a beat removed in Inlet Beach. The home and furnishings were beautiful, well stocked, and as described. Would def choose to stay here again!

The pictures do not do the property justice. Steps from the beach, short walk to downtown Rosemary and you get to avoid the crowds. Kristen was amazing! She responded quickly and really helped us when we had small issues. We would 100% stay here again on our next trip to 30A.
