Een paradijselijke ontsnapping! Deze vakantievilla in Saly Center is een waar juweeltje. Het zwembad biedt de perfecte ontspanning, terwijl de nabijheid van het strand op 5 minuten lopen een grote troef is. Timoté, de conciërge, zorgt voor een feilloze beveiliging en voegt gemoedsrust toe. Een welverdiende 10 op 10 voor deze onvergetelijke ervaring

El personal, en todo momento Timothée ha estado pendiente de nosotros. La piscina y el jardin muy agradable. Lo mejor de la casa. Las camas confortables. La cercania de la playa y del supermercado.

Nada funcionaba bien, dos habitaciones no pudimos utilizar porque la persiana estaba rota y el aire acondicionado no funcionaba. El aire acondicionado solo funciona a 15°C con lo cual, imposible de regularlo con el mando. Por lo tanto, o dormías tapado con mantas o te morías de calor con los 30°C del exterior. Solamente cuatro toallas para toda la casa. En la cocina dos tostadoras, ninguna funcionaba. Todos los armarios de la cocina tenían olor a humedad. Tuvimos que lavar los platos para poder usarlos. Dos noches con cortes de luz, es decir sin aire acondicionado, con lo cual no pudimos dormir. Timothéé tuvo que llamar a un electricista. Las llaves de la casa todas juntas en un llavero, mas de 20 entre puertas y rejas, con lo cual cada vez que salíamos o entrabamos era un rompecabezas encontrar la llave adecuada.

the property had not been cleaned prior to our arrival. the kitchen was infested with cockroaches - +/- 80. the sheets and pillows and pillowcases and towels were not laundered. the downstairs toilet was unusable. there was a mountain of rubbish in the laundry. there was a large lizard living in the living room. we never caught it. no covid measures. first stop was Auchan for insect killer and cleaning products. not a good start, and despite the owner’s clear concern, it never really recovered. from my wife: Sheets, blankets mattresses and pillows unwashed Couches stained and foul smelling All curtains dirty On arrival kitchen full of cockroaches. Cooker covered in grease and oven not working. Not a full kitchen as advertised. A dirty toaster and microwave, and old fridge and kettle Hob works but badly stained and had remnants of food on it, even after the cleaning lady visited. More than half the lights either have no bulbs or don’t work. Only two dirty tea towels available- no amount of washing has cleaned them adequately. Absolutely no COVID rules for renting a house followed. Please find attached copy of booking.com policy. Large linen basket full of dirty bed linen in the laundry room. Laundry room only partially cleaned despite request. The half bath is filthy and therefore unusable due to being used as a dumping area. Every single door is smeared with fingerprints. One of the bedroom doors doesn’t close properly. No wardrobe hanging space for clothes. Lack of general maintenance. E.g.paintwork dirty, taps corroded, overhead shower downstairs not connected. The photo of the bbq speaks for itself. Dirty house bins.

The house is very well located and the swimming pool just fantastic! Rose and Timoté are so kind anh helpfull. The beach and the beach house are very near and unbelievable Garden has barbecue and lounge seating! The pool area is its own world with room for fun in the sun!
