Excellent balcony, beautiful view and large living areas. Internet and Foxtel provided. Plenty of beds, cookware, plates for large groups. It was quite dusty and not cleaned well. Some of the rooms get very hot as you can't leave the door open because they aren't secure and can be accessed from the road. The fans provided aren't effective and the curtains are sheer so let a lot of morning sun in.

The furniture in the bunk room and the downstairs unit needs attention as it is could become dangerous and the airflow downstairs is very stifling. despite this we still had a fabulous holiday and have booked for our sons wedding and will continue to book as it really is a great home with all the amenities and supplies needed.

Very spacious for a big family.

My brothers family came from New Zealand and we stayed at this house for 5 nights. 10 people, adults and young adults. Location and situation were fabulous.

However.... This house needs some money spent on it. It needs a deep clean of basic things like window venetians (dirty) fans, window and door tracks. Dirty and off the hinges. Tops of kitchen cupboards were dirty dusty, as were light fittings. The oven and cook plate were greasy. Light bulbs in some areas did not work. Some of the bedding eg spare blankets and doona were marked and stained. The owners need to allocate some money for this property.

The property was reasonably well stocked with utensils, movies, books etc. And has a great collection of boardgames. However, there was a high amount of broken items such as multiple faulty sliding doors, missing door handles, broken main tv, broken oven door etc. Also there was a fairly severe cockroach issue particularly downstairs.

Good location but definitely wouldn’t stay again. Pros: close to Cylinders Beach (easy walking distance) & good layout with lots of space for a large group or family (we were 8 adults with 2 infants and there was ample space). Cons: house needs a thorough deep clean, it’s absolutely filthy apart from the main elements (linen, bathrooms). Pretty much all internal and external doors & windows are broken and don’t open easily (a 7 month old baby got locked in one of the rooms alone due to the handle being broken). The garden was completely overgrown, the back entertaining area was too dirty to use, all windows are covered in dirt and cobwebs, the downstairs area smelt strongly of mould and had mould on the walls. The road is also extremely busy with hundreds of loud 4WDs & trucks going past all day as it’s a main thoroughfare on the island. There was also not enough basic cleaning products for the 5 nights we booked.

Our 5-day stay was too short. We wish we could have booked longer. The house set up, location, the view is perfect for us. The house was very clean and all the appliances we need were provided. It’s like 2 minutes walk to the beach so it’s perfect to do walking early in the morning. We can watch the whales from our deck.

We loved this property, so much space for everyone to spread out. Needs some maintenance done to the property, but still a great place to enjoy for our holiday, close to everything & AMAZING views. We'll definitely be rebooking the property...

Such an easy place for families

19A Nothling Drive is a great location and great family home with a Fantastic view. Some facilities are a little tired but overall great value. We look forward to our straddie holiday every year.

Located just near the beach and pub, this comfortable, beautiful and spacious holiday house is clean and provides you great views.The staff at Ray White are very helpful and the booking and check in process are quick and easy. The house provides you with a very comfortable stay, has good rooms, a large kitchen and 2 living rooms and a fantastic deck with ocean views.Our overall experience was awesome.Highly recommended.

Ray White were a pleasure to work with and the accommodation was better than the photos described.

We've just finished a stay for a week and this property was great to accomodate 3 couples, an extra adult and 4 kids. We'd definitely come back. Only issue we had was the early checkout time of 9am.

Lovely big house for a family holiday. Close to beach and sights.

We stayed here with two of our children and grandchildren . Perfect for a couple of families . Plenty of space and nice ocean views . We would stay here again . Only complaint was the security lights on the neighbours place shined into the bedrooms .
