Very Relaxing stay much needed thank you

Our friends loved the hot tub. Everything was clean and neat. The only thing is the large beds creaked every movement and the chair and sofa did the same. Overall fun time near the places we wanted to visit!

The items I expressed concern about were offered to be fixed immediately. However I did not require that. I am sure those items were addressed. The only issue not mentioned to management was the lack of the proper cushion for the chairs provided. The cushions provided were made to work as there were only four of us after all. But did not "fit" in boxes they are stored in.

We enjoyed the house as well as being.3 miles away from Dunkin! The hot tub was so relaxing and the tall shady trees were a nice addition to the neighborhood. The location was perfect for all we wanted to do. I would stay here again!

The rental property was great.. only issue was dogs running around in area.. very unsafe..

I booked this property about a month in advance and for what I paid for it I wasn't really impressed. Let me start with the pro's....It has a pool and hot tub. The property is decorated very nicely with modern finishes and beautiful bathrooms. From the first look the property is nice on the inside. Now to the cons. The house needs a deep clean badly. There was dust and cobwebs, spiderwebs with spiders in them, visible dust on the ceiling fans and vents, and the baseboards had visible stains. I made the mistake of walking around barefoot on the floors and my feet were black on the bottom from walking around. The house also smelled like smoke. I paid a cleaning fee and the house wasn't cleaned properly. Plus I had to strip the beds, take out the trash, and load the dishwasher before I left which I don't mind but when you arrive to a house that was already kinda dirty that extra stuff feels too much. The area was pretty good. Close enough to all the things you need (grocery stores, shopping, etc.) and close enough to Atlanta if you are visiting the city. I used the pool but because the house wasn't clean I was afraid to use the hot tub. Just as a side note when laying in the bed, I just laid on the top comforter because I was afraid to lay on the streets, I felt like something was crawling on me. Now that could just be in my head because of the lack of cleanliness of the place but just something to consider. If you are going to rent this property I would insist that it be thoroughly cleaned. Overall the stay was okay.

House was beautiful and no matter where we went it was within 15-20 minute so perfectly located. Pool was great also

The property was very nice, clean and accommodated our family and needs very well! Quick responses with any questions and the property and house were well maintained.

We really enjoyed this property! It was perfect for our family vacation. The pool was our main draw and our kids loved it. Location was also great as we didn’t have to drive far for Stone Mountain and the aquarium. The kitchen had plenty of cooking utensils so that was never a problem for us. If you’re traveling with small kids though, I do have a few things to say as a heads up. We had to keep our kids on the bottom bunks which really upset them because the mattresses were as tall as the rails and there was nothing to stop them if they went to roll off. The back door to the pool is also straight down the hallway which is great during the day and a nightmare at night. I was so paranoid the kids would run out to the pool early in the morning while I slept so we barricaded the door at night. Some sort of alarm or ding when the door opened would have let me sleep a little better. And lastly, the alarm system is eye level on the little desk when you walk into the kitchen area. My 3 year old walked right in from checking in and pressed ALL of the buttons setting off the alarm system. I didn’t even know it was there. We had to go outside because it was so loud until the property manager called and turned it off. For a property that is so appealing to families with small children, it might be helpful to put that out of arms reach. All in all though, we had a great time and it was perfect for what we were looking for!

Maid service was not very good. Towels were left in the dryer, coffee carafe was broken but not reported (it was replaced as soon as I called management) water was puddled on the floor but I had new white socks that were Grey on the bottom just being on the flooring for an hour. Both showers leaked a large amount of water on the bathroom floors.(a slip hazard).

We stayed here to celebrate a graduation from Emory. This is about 20 minutes from Emory's campus. It was unseasonably cold the weekend we stayed so we were not able to use the outside amenities (the whole reason we selected the house). Backyard is large, lots of patio seating. Close to stores & restaurants, neighborhood is quiet, very dark at night. If you are an outdoor allergy sufferer this property might not be for you, it is on a beautiful wooded lot with lots of trees & shrubs. Owners are very strict on posted rules, not complaining, just make sure to read and follow them. Beds are comfortable, wifi & cable were great, kitchen is stocked with all cookware and dinnerware you could need. Good communication, no complaints.

I contacted the property manager and they stated it would be done sometime later that evening. The pool people ended up coming around 8p, which was dark out & my children missed out on a day for the pool. I was told I would receive a credit; but haven’t heard anything else about it. We weren’t able to sit on the deck, due to it not being cleaned off. The chairs were not cleaned off. The two beds in the single rooms were very uncomfortable, when the listening says comfortable. Only the bunk beds were good. There was not a sponge or dish towel to wash dishes, so I had to go out & purchase that. Other than that, Atlanta itself was great & my family made the best of it.

The property was clean, comfortable and convenient for visiting the extended family we were there to see. The property managers we dealt with were very friendly and helpful. The only thing I would question is the harsh tone of the written communications demanding identification of everyone in our party and insisting that no one else could visit us at the property. I have rented through VRBO many times and have never encountered that. It left us feeling a bit cold and like suspects when we were just a family. But everything else was good.

Rooms and common areas nice. Hall shower leaves a lot of water on the floor, poor seal. Minimal kitchen utensils, no wash clothes, drying towels. No non stick cookware. Mostly minor issues that could easily be fixed. Good overall.

We all work in healthcare and haven’t had downtime since the start of the pandemic. It was nice to be in a new space with friends to cook, laugh, eat and relax. Could use a crockpot, pizza pan, and larger casserole cookware, but otherwise we had what we needed.

My friend and I truly enjoyed our stay for my birthday weekend. The temps were perfect for the hot tub. The house is clean and beds were comfy. The house was the perfect location for getting around the Atlanta area. The check in/out & hot tub instructions were easy. I recommend

My family really enjoyed our girls get away. The home was very nice and walking distance from the basic necessities in life (coffee, CVS, gas stations, etc...) We had a great time!
