Great Option
Lisa was wonderful and communicative and helpful when the listing came up with the wrong house. Home is beautiful and more than enough space for all!

Lucky enough to stay in this cottage not long after it went through a complete reno. It’s beautifully done, and perfectly set up with all the accoutrements you need for a vacation with two couples or a small family. We especially loved the chef’s kitchen, the patio and grill for outdoor dining, and the lovely heated pool. The house is a few blocks’ walk to a town beach that is more rocky than we liked for swimming but was beautiful for sunsets!

My wife and I had a great experience here and we would do it again. The property is in pristine condition and is well managed. The location is good both for Sag Harbor activities or as a jumping off point to other parts of the Hamptons. I would highly recommend.

Lucky enough to stay in this cottage not long after it went through a complete reno. It’s beautifully done, and perfectly set up with all the accoutrements you need for a vacation with two couples or a small family. My wife and I had a great experience here and we would do it again. The property is in pristine condition and is well managed. The location is good both for Sag Harbor activities or as a jumping off point to other parts of the Hamptons. I would highly recommend.

Very clean and cute property with ample space. The host was very responsive (response time usually under 10mins) and provided assistance and clear instructions. Solid wifi around the house.

My husband and I stayed at Lisa Grossman's home in the Bridgehampton/Sag Harbor area in the Hamptons. The house is on a cul-de-sac in a pretty neighborhood. It was one of the cleaner homes we've ever rented, really pretty spotless.
The master bedroom on the second floor had a nice large dressing area, complete with more than adequate storage. We loved having four bunk beds in one of the downstairs bedrooms so that we could have three of our grandchildren spend a night or two with us. They had a ball! The mostly-finished basement has a great area for kids to play, lots of toys, costumes, books, even hockey equipment to use in a large area of the basement which was designed like a real rink with a goal at both ends--our adult son played with the older grandchildren and there was much hooting and hollering coming up the stairs from the basement. The washer and drier were also down there and were amazingly clean.
The back yard is lovely with a nice deck and pool. The owners were very attentive if we had any concerns. Overall, I would say the house was very comfortable and inviting. FOUR STARS!!

Wonderful home in a perfect location. Pool :)
Terrific open plan with lots of light and love put into it. Easy, breezy totally private with a great salt water pool with bathed in sunshine.
Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting that easy luxury - I will definitely go back!

Amazing! - Best house we've ever stayed at!
Very clean, very nice. The description is very accurate. Everything was just like the pictures! AC and heat worked well. Great water pressure. Location was perfect, very convenient to Bridge Hampton. Very quiet neighborhood. We saw a huge deer in the backyard! Lisa was very responsive and easy to work with to set it all up!

The house is located between Sag Harbor and Bridgehampton- our two favorite towns. Lisa was very responsive and even mailed back some left items which I really appreciated.

Beautiful, cozy, Modern and clean
On a quiet street, in a perfect location. My family stayed here for presidents weekend. We loved the modern look of the house and it had everything we needed. The house is located between Sag Harbor and Bridgehampton- our two favorite towns. Lisa was very responsive and even mailed back some left items which I really appreciated.

lovely house to spend time with family and friends
We spent 6 nights in the house over Christmas and found the house to be lovely. It was very clean and very spacious. Lisa has taken great care to renovate the property to a great standard and I would recommend this to others. Pics are very accurate.

The home is beautiful! We stayed for a girls weekend getaway in the fall. The home is in a great location, close to shops, restaurants and wineries. The home had everything we needed and was spacious and clean. I would love to come back in the summer!

Picture Perfect!
This house was perfect for our girls weekend get away. The house is exactly how it looks in the pictures. We loved the open lay out which was great when you have people hanging out in the kitchen and living room. We even took advantage of the nature trails right behind the house which lead to a beautiful pond a short walk away. The back deck was great for morning coffee and enjoying the sounds of the nature preserve. I would definitely recommend this house And would stay here again!

Everything it's pictured to be
This house was perfect. Lisa was available anytime we needed something. I would highly recommend renting this house and renting from Lisa. We can't wait to return next years.

This property is lovely! This charming home is in a perfect location in Bridgehampton.
This property is so charming and well maintained. The house is modern, spacious and clean! It is in a PERFECT location of Bridgehampton and is close to shopping, restaurants and "attractions". We were joined every morning by a deer or two in the back yard! Lisa and her husband were available and accommodating. We can't wait to return.

Great House - Accurately Portrayed
Lisa and her husband were great and responsive hosts, there house is beautifully appointed, comfortable and delivered as promised. They were super responsive to our requests and available as necessary. I would absolutely rent this home again. To me the most important thing is that the house is as portrayed (many sadly are not) and this one receives a resounding YES!

Great house!
Just spent a wonderful week at this property. House is open and airy with lots of light. Very clean and well maintained. Great outdoor area with pool and lots of seating . Owners could not have been nicer. Good location between Bridgehampton and Sag Harbor. Short 4 mile drive to Ocean Beach . Lots of good restaurants a short drive away. Would definitely recommend and would rent again .

Adorable house!
The house was exactly as it looked in the pictures and was very clean. Lisa was easy to communicate with and super helpful and accommodating on our check-in and check-out. Great location, cozy house, nicely decorated and maintained. We were very happy with our stay and would stay at this house again!
