Resort favoloso, houseboat grandi e pulite con tutto il necessario anche in cucina. Ristorante sul fiume con buffet abbondante e con varie scelte, sia per la colazione che per la cena (abbiamo optato per la mezza pensione). Piscina bellissima con tanto di idromassaggio aperta fino alle ore 21.00, adatta sia agli adulti che ai più piccini. 1 ombrellone con 2 lettini inclusi nel prezzo presso la spiaggia convenzionata. Possibilità di soggiornare con il cane anche se a mio parere 20€ a notte sono un po’ troppi. Disponibilità di noleggio bici. Nel complesso abbiamo passato un’ottima vacanza rilassante e nel verde!

Lo staff della reception potrebbe essere un po’ più cordiale e più informato, il primo giorno abbiamo notato un odore forte e fastidioso all’interno dell’houseboat e il ragazzo alla reception non ci è stato minimamente d’aiuto, ma ci ha solo indicato che avrebbe potuto chiamare un manutentorore oppure di aprire un po’ le finestre. Durante il checkout c’era una ragazza molto più gentile che ci ha riferito che bastava far scorrere un po’ l’acqua e l’odore sarebbe andato via (sistema delle barche). Effettivamente già il giorno dopo l’odore si sentiva molto meno. La spiaggia dista 4km dal resort, alla reception e al noleggio bici non sono stati in grado di indicarci da che parte andare per imboccare la ciclabile per andare al mare, ci hanno solo consegnato una mappa, quindi alla fine ce la siamo cavata con il navigatore.

Tolles Preis-Leistungsverhältnis! Kinderpool top, genügend Liegen auch in der Hochsaison, die nicht schon um 8 Uhr reserviert werden. Echtes Hausboot-Feeling im Lagoon-Bereich mit nur minimalem Schaukeln. Frühstück super.

Wir waren erstmals (da das Garden nicht den ganzen Zeitraum frei war) im Lagoon-Bereich und da ist nicht so viel Privatsphäre wie im Garden oder bei den River-Hausbooten (Achtung - Seegang, wenn Boote zu schnell vorbeifahren!). Es gibt einen barrierefreien Zugang vom Pool-/Rezeptionsbereich aus und einen weiteren mit höherer Treppe Richtung Parkplatz. Zum Ein-und Ausladen mit viel Gepäck also besser das Auto kurz auf die andere Seite beim Restaurantboot stellen.

Sehr schöne und ruhige Anlage, Hausboote sind unglaublich toll, sehr komfortabel eingerichtet, sauber. Der Pool ist auch super. Für Erwachsene und Kinder wird einiges geboten.

Das man für die Fahrräder was bezahlen muss sind zwar nur €10/Tag aber trotzdem u. wenn man um 10.00 aus checkt darf man nur bis maximal 12.00 im Areal bleiben. Wollten gerne den Pool bis am Nachmittag nützen.

Anlage, Personal, Frühstück....alles top!!! die boote sind lustig, mal was anderes. sehr gut ausgestattet, sauber, ein bisschen wie Reihenhäuser...😃😃. lage zwischen lignano u. bibione perfekt, mit Rädern gut erreichbar.

preise für bootsverleih sollten im i-net richtig gestellt werden (60,-- für 2 std SEHR heftig), wc-spülung sehr laut (aber technisch notwendig!). leihräder ziemlich kaputt....

Ich finde es nicht ok das in jedem solchen Haus Tiere sind. Mein Sohn ist Allergiker und es hat viele Menschen die so sind. Mann könnte wenigstens ein Paar Heuser nicht für Tiere machen und die Gardienen sind auch nicht optimal für allergische Menschen. Ich finde der Preis ist hoch. Dann sollte Mann auch auf solche Sachen achten.

Very nice place to stay with kids. It's very calm and not overcrowded. There was always a place near the swimming pool. The food was good. The breakfast with always the same choice, but there is a lot to chose from. For dinner there were always fish, meat, side dish, three types of pasta, many starters...it was always good. The stuff is very friendly, speaks generally Italian, German and English. The houseboat is comfortable, equiped with everything necessary. When we went to the beach we always had the places booked in the 1st raw, which was great.

The curtains could cover a little bit more the windows, so there is less light in the morning. It's true that the evacuation of water was noisy but we get used to it.
