AC was inadequate. Would only cool a small amount.

Place is very old. furniture is old. I was disgusted to use the couch. Mattress very old and my body was hurting. Most of things in the kitchen are so old, truly ridicules. I couldn't wait to get out of that place. Its truly disappointing because property and location are nice. Who ever owns this unit, is not a very good business person.

The view and the washer and dryer in room.

Dirty lint on bedroom walls and ceiling. Shower curtain rod at eyeball height so that you have to duck real low to enter the shower or hit you head on the rod- also because the rod mounted so low, half of the shower curtain bunches up in the bottom of the tub and blocks the drain. Don't plan on taking a bath as the water tank is so small that you run out of hot water before the tub is even half full. There is a lot of pots and pans in the kitchen; but most are unsafe to be used (unless you want to get cancer by ingesting Teflon fragments off of the bottom of the frying pans). Sofa is pretty well used and not very comfortable to sit on. Air conditioner is too small or not working very well - fortunately, we were there in early March and there were only a couple of hot/humid days. This place would be absolutely miserable during the warmer months; particularly in the bedroom as the air conditioner is located at the extreme opposite end of the condo. Also, the clothes dryer vents into the interior of the condo, making things very hot if there is no breeze to carry away the heat. There is often strong winds at Maalaea- and the windows are old glass slates that whistle in the wind and some of the mechanical window operators are broken out right - most barley open and close the windows.

The view was spectacular. Nice yard and great to be right on the beach. Good price..

It seemed to need more attention to details, the lamp in the bedroom.had a broken light switch, there was on one bedside table and lamp. There was no salt, pepper, oil , or condiments. Would have been nice to have a house guide.

The location was very convenient and the views were great!

The place is filthy. I mean FILTHY! There was a bloody tissue in our bathroom and there are dust balls hanging from all the ceilings.
