Property clean and well maintained. Pictures were accurate and the lanai was amazing. Watching all the wildlife in the lake. Saw the alligator living there, small one but still fun to watch. Hannah was great and answered all questions and delivered a full BBQ tank when we ran out. Would love to rent this house again. The neighbours introduced themselves and very friendly.

The home is located ona. Ice property but has limited supplies(dishes, utensils, etc.) The golf cart was poorly maintained and required maintenance during our stay.Management company mislead us on first right of refusal. Disappointed.

Our family enjoyed our stay in the Villages. The house was spacious and well maintained. It was in a great location. We went swimming, golfing, played shuffleboard, bocce, and pool. We listened to music a few evenings at all three squares - so much fun!

Great month of August at The Villages. The home we rented is in a great location and was spacious and well laid out. Beautiful view and many places to sit inside and outside The golf cart was a nice touch.

Peaceful
It was so serene watching the birds over the pond and the bunnies in the garden at sunrise. The bed was very comfortable and the home is in a great location. It’s close enough fit easy access to whatever you want to do, yet far enough away for peace and solitude.

Escape the cold
Fantastic property with a great view. Bald eagle nest outback with a pond full of wildlife. So peaceful and calming. The property itself was clean and very comfortable. Property mgr was VERY helpful. Neighbors were very nice as well. Centrally located for most activities

We truly enjoyed the views of this property on Gravel Court which overlooked a lake. It was very peaceful yet close enough to recreation centers and town squares. This home also came with its own golf cart which was great too.

I wasn’t sure how much we’d use the golf cart, but it made getting around to the amenities quickly and easily. We’d love to rent again.

It was wonderful and breathtakingly relaxing from the moment we walked in the door. My blood pressure dropped 50 points at least from the peacefulness and beauty around the back yard. We already booked the same home for another two visits! The rental company was excellent and very responsive to all our questions and needs. Kim, Michelle, and Kevin, all top notched professionals. Can't say enough about all the positives we experienced. Can't wait to return. THANK YOU....

Home was in a excellent location and basically in good shape. It was not as clean as previous rentals from Down Home. Overall cleaning could have been much better. Oven was dirty, grill was dirty and did not work. Down Home eventually got us a new grill for the last week of our stay. We appreciate the response to our requests and understand these things take time. The management team was quick to try and help us. Down Home will be our choice in the future.
