I loved this property, the pictures are great, but doesn't do it justice! It's so well maintained, and decorated so tastefully! It was so cozy, I did not want to leave!

This listing was accurate minus the location. I felt it was closer to the water. It was still close just over a block away. The house was amazingly furnished . All the amenities were as stated and in great order. The views were good and perfect for walking to the store the beach or to dinner . I will stay here again. Very enjoyable

The home was better than expected. Clean, fresh and ready for visitors! Scott, the owner, informed us about the house and what to expect with the hurricane force winds. Certainly not the best case scenario weather wise but we had a fabulous time anyway!

The property was even nicer than the pictures look, close to ocean in fact from the upper balcony you can see the water. Open living, kitchen area which made it nice to cook meals and be with family. It was a very hot week so we were very grateful for the community pool to keep us cool, when the ocean was red flagged for swimming! Nice place right across the court to get Italian Ice!

Once again, our week at the beach was perfect from start-to-finish! The host is so easy to work with and provides great communication. The townhouse was very clean, well equipped, and perfectly laid out! Cannot wait to stay here again next summer!

The property was in a great central location and very walkable. Pool was nice on day not at the beach. The ice cream/ italian ice shop was right out the door. We enjoyed out stay and will book in the future!

We love this house and it’s great location to the beach, shops, and restaurants! The pool is always clean and never overcrowded. Communication with the property owner is excellent! This is our second time renting this house and we all love it!

I found the property to be outstanding. The house was as pictured, it was very clean, the location is super, and we had great communication with the host. We were in walking distance to the beach, the bonfire, and several shops & restaurants/bars. Our group would definitely book this property again!

Had a great visit to Atlantic Beach. House had everything we needed in a great location.

This is an absolutely beautiful beach house with ocean views from all 3 floors! Even the views from the back windows were nice as you can see the sound! The pool is just 5 steps away from the front door which was super convenient. There are stores and restaurants within walking distance which is a huge perk because sometimes it's just easier to walk than have to get into a car to drive with 3 kids. There is an ice cream/Italian ice shop 2 doors down in the complex which was amazing and made our kids very happy! We also enjoyed walking to a diner across the street for a delicious breakfast one morning. The walk to the beach was so easy and quick! The kitchen was beautiful and each room was tastefully decorated. We were sad to leave and hope to return next summer!

The house was very clean! Loved the location! Very close to beach, stores, restaurants and the aquarium!! We had a fantastic time and Scott was very easily accessible and accommodating!

My little family of 3 had the best time! The owner was great to work with and everything was so clean. The checking in and out was very organized. We will booked again.

The location of this house is the best! Having the pool outside the front door, and the beach a short distance away is what we wanted! The house was stocked well and we really enjoyed our week. They even had beach chairs in the storage area under the house. We would stay here again in the future. Scott was always available for any questions.

Great Location and amenities - close to the beach and restaurants in Atlantic beach!

We came to town for my husbands retirement. The house was perfect!! There is nothing I can say to improve. House was beautiful, pool was great, and area was so convenient for everyone to walk and enjoy their time. I will look for this place if I ever return to North Carolina!!

Perfect for our girls stay-cation! We had such a blast in the 3 days we stayed. The house was very clean & exactly as pictured & described. The pool was super convenient, which is where we spent most of our time. We also loved that it was within walking distance of The Circle where we could eat & drink…definitely recommend eating at Idle Hour! Scott made checking in & out super simple & was very easy to communicate with. Another stay-cation in this house is a MUST in the near future!

Had an awesome time. Beds were comfy and clean. Lots of space for our group. The pool is a definite plus. Glad we chose this place for our group.

My family if 5 and parents stayed for a week and really loved the location and proximity to the ocean and restaurants. Very clean and nicely decorated. Will definitely consider staying again!
