Julie’s house was the perfect place for us to relax. Plenty of rooms to hang out in, nice kitchen, great location. We really loved our time there.

The house was set up perfect for me and my family. Julie was easy to get along with and answered all my questions. I texted her on a shelf in fridge and she had one sent out immediately. I would highly recommend this house for a family. I will be looking into staying again.

A great place to enjoy the peace and quiet of the Cape “off season”

Summer breeze was a beautiful property close to everything! Home owners were easy to contact and provided everything you could need . I loved the ease of having an outside shower and the kitchen was a cooks dream. Thank you for allowing my little dog to join us. I highly recommend this listing to anyone with a family.

Very nice house with plenty of space and everything that you need is available. Loved grilling on the deck; which has a nice big table. The owners are very attentive: made sure we received a new umbrella as soon as I sent a text message that the current one didn’t work well. Location is great, very close to the National Seashore beaches. I would definitely stay here again.

Great property, had a great stay

We arrived to a welcome note, free frozen hot chocolate coupons, a bottle of wine, and Cape Cod chips! It was a very thoughtful touch and indicative of how important it is to the owners that you feel welcome. The location is great -- close enough to both a bayside beaches and the National Seahore Beach (Coast Guard) that you can easily bike ride to either. The property is clean , updated and comfortable with a nice size back yard and many game tables in the basement. Within 24 hours of arriving, the owners checked in with us to see if we needed anything. It was a lovely experience, and we will be back for a third time!

The house is comfortable and spacious. We had such a wonderful time even though the weather was mixed. The kids made good use of the amazing games room in the basement. I couldn’t fault anything at all. The house was spotlessly clean and I wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Thanks for having us

We had a very enjoyable Thanksgiving, our family of 9 including grandchildren, arriving the day before and getting in a little "Black Friday" shopping without the frenetic mall scene the following day. The home was very comfortable,well cared for and equipped. The owners very accessible and helpful. The bottle of white wine and a welcoming card was a nice touch. We would stay again in a heartbeat and would enthusiastically recommend to friends.

The perfect Cape Cod cottage. Well stocked with thoughtful amenities and perfect for a family getaway. Close to the bike path, and mid-Cape beaches and well situated for sightseeing, shopping and walks on the beach at sunset. Newly renovated bathrooms, comfortable beds and a game room in the basement for the kids. We were able to bring our small dog and there is a large yard to walk him, also a quiet neighborhood for longer walks. A nice deck with table and chairs in a private back yard and a net for volleyball and badminton. And a gas grill with extra tanks in case one goes empty. We have rented a number of houses around the country and this one was one of the most well stocked with all the items you might need, with soaps (bathroom, dishwasher, laundry), toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, and propane for the grill. The owners have thought of everything you might need and were a pleasure to work with. We had a wonderful relaxing fall getaway.

This home was perfect for our weekend away. The home was clean, the information provided for arrival was accurate and we found everything we needed. It was wonderful to bring our dogs and the yard was perfect for children and dogs, Sunken Meadow beach was close by and if the weather was nicer would have been nice to enjoy. Some of our favorite National Seashore beaches are also very close to the property. Julie was helpful and very easy to deal with when we were finalizing our plans for the weekend. I would be happy to recommend this property to friends.

The Summer Breeze cottage we rent is very welcoming and clean. It has all the comforts of home, and we feel very relaxed during our stay. The owners are extremely nice and caring about our needs. I would recommend the Summer Breeze cottages to any of our friends. We are already planning our Cape Cod vacation for next year. The location is important to us, because we are close to the national seashore and the bay side so we have a choice of beaches.

This is the second year in a row we have stayed at a Summer Breeze home. The owners are very helpful with any questions you may have, quick to respond to your inquiry. I talked to Julie by phone and was able to meet Dave in person. The Summer Breeze properties we have stayed in are well maintained and very clean. The home is well equipped with everything you will need for a great vacation. We enjoy sitting on the deck with our morning coffee. The outside pictures don't do it justice. The property is close to everything and yet in a quiet setting. When they say HomeAway it definitely is. I would recommend these properties to anyone.

The description was accurate. The owners provided exceptional service, The accessories in each room were perfect. We love East Hampton and all the places you can visit. Especially the local beaches.

Bayside Breeze is located close to both the National Seashore beaches and the bay side beaches. The home is in a very quiet neighborhood yet close to Route 6. Julie and Dave are very easy to work with and respond quickly to correspondence. Guests are welcomed with a nice note from the owners as well as a few other treats. The pool, ping pong, air hockey and foosball tables were especially nice on the one rainy day we had while there. We cooked most meals on the outdoor grill and ate out on the deck. Another nice feature is the outdoor shower which means there are three showers available once you return from the beach. The house is well stocked with items for preparing meals and is clean and well maintained. We went to Nauset Light Beach daily and watched sunsets at Sunken Meadow Beach on the bay side. The National Seashore Visitor's Center is 5 minutes away and has exhibits and short movies that all ages will enjoy. Mac's Seafood Market is 5 minutes away and offers a great selection of seafood. We also stayed at Bayside Breeze in June of 2017 and everyone is hoping work schedules will allow us to return in 2019. Our children are in their 20's and all were pleased with the house and location. The house is well suited for families with younger children too.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at Quail Cover Trail. The house and deck were large enough to accommodate my Canadian and American families. The basement playroom provoked much merriment with games not played since we were children, and was a welcome respite from the hot sun. The house was well-situated, a short bike ride to my conference centre and the beach, and a 30 minute drive to PTown. The house had everything we needed. Thanks again.

Enjoyed the house very much. It is very livable and has a real bonus in the playroom in the basement. Our kids very much enjoyed all the games there.

Everything was very comfortable, the living room and the bedroom and the breezeway where there is now a nice table and six chairs, along with the futon and chair and tv. We ate all our meals out there. Hoping next time some of our children and their families will come stay with us, plenty of room for all. Everything very clean and in great condition. Be back for sure!

We had a great stay here. The property was clean and everything worked properly. The basement and yard are a lot of fun with a variety of games. The location is also perfect, only a couple minutes from Coast Guard beach, about 25 from Provincetown. We would definitely stay here again.

This is the 3rd year in a row that we have stayed at a property on the Cape owned by this couple- that alone tells you how easy they are to work with, how responsive they are, and how much we have enjoyed our visits. This house is marvelous for a large family or 2 family reunion. Our kids love the big, well- kept back yard with new hammock and the basement area with foosball, airhockey, pingpong and pool table! The owners have decorated with a lovely "Cape Cod" theme, which perfectly adds to the mood and each year they seem to update something in the house and yard, keeping it all fresh and well-maintained. We feel so fortunate to have been able to enjoy this house and look forward to another stay next summer. Thanks Julie and Dave!

This property is well maintained with all the amenities you'll ever need either on-site or nearby. House is well equipped with what you need and Eastham and the surrounding towns have so much to offer. We've only dipped our toes in the ocean of opportunities here!

We absolutely love staying in this cozy home! We love the clean and well stocked kitchen, the fun game room basement and the outdoor shower. The house is convenient to both the bay and ocean beaches as well as the wonderful bike path. The yard is great for birdwatching, volleyball or just sitting and relaxing. We highly recommend staying at Summer Breeze!

The house was absolutely perfect and immaculate! The owner was such a pleasure to work with and even left a bottle of wine and Cape Cod chips for me and my guests. What a great gesture! The beach was right down the street, the house had everything plus some. I have nothing but great things to say about this house and Julie! I will be back, hopefully sooner than later because I miss it already!
