The apartments are spectacular (I moved from No. 3 to No. 2 for the last couple of days) and sparkling clean. No. 3 is exceedingly spacious, over 3 floors; blue-themed, with superb kitchen and bathroom, very well equipped. The bedroom has a wonderful, ancient hammer-beam ceiling and a chandelier, and a couple of nice rooftop views; plenty of storage space for clothes etc. Sitting room/kitchen/diner on the middle floor, with comfortable sofa and good TV. The bathroom is on the lowest floor, which may not be convenient for some people. No. 2 (red-themed) is smaller, without much in the way of views, but is similarly equipped, more compact, on just one floor, and is rather quieter, so might suit some people better. I loved the thoughtful touches of a beach bag, beach towels, and a couple of good quality umbrellas - all came in useful. And a real stove-top espresso coffee maker, much appreciated! The historic house is situated very centrally in this lovely town, close to all attractions, several supermarkets as well as the covered market, and is just a couple of minutes' walk from a Blue Flag beach with safe swimming - hard to imagine a better position.

I'm not sure anything could have been better, as the hosts have taken trouble to mitigate the inevitable downsides to being so central in a city - traffic noise and light pollution. In No. 3, even with all the secondary glazing shut and earplugs in, I found No. 3 a bit noisy; No. 2 was better in this regard. The two apartments are the same price, even though No. 2 is considerably smaller, but sometimes less is more - make your choice. Overall, it's a marvellous place to stay.

Beautiful property that the owner took care of with love. Our host was friendly and easy to communicate with. Very clean, well-equipped apartment that looked exactly like the photos provided. It was close to lots of restaurants, bars, stores, and the beach.

Nothing important. Air conditioning is not the noiseless type but we didn't need it most of the nights.

We loved everything about this property, the location, the space, cleanliness, beautiful and comfortable and Pedro was very friendly and helpful, we will definitely be back!

Beautiful historic building that has been refurbished to the highest standard. Great space and in walking distance from everything in town. We also loved having the space to cook our own food while we were there.

Location was excellent in the city center, close to many restaurants and shops. Very high quality, modern and luxury finish of the apartment. Bed was very comfortable and there were special ergonomic pillows for the best sleep. Kitchen facilities were all what you would need for self catering during holidays. Very friendly and helpful owner, easy and quick contact.

The perfect place to visit "La Isla Bonita". The apartment is located right in the city center of Santa Cruz, within walking distance to all the attractions that the city has to offer (restaurants, beach, stores, etc.) and within reasonable distance to all the must visit places of the island (by car). The apartment is beautiful. Newly renovated inside a restored traditional house (the internal courtyard is beautiful). They provide everything you might need: kitchen, towels, beach towels, hair dryer, iron,... Even a TV with cable tv if you just feel like relaxing after a long day of hiking. Pedro is an amazing host and he'll help you anyway he can. We used some of his restaurant tips and they were all great. If you want to enjoy La Palma to the fullest this is your place. We'll be back!

My stay was a pleasure! A very warm welcome in a beautiful house in the centre of the old town. Unfortunately I had to leave. So book and check it yourself!
