I've stayed at many rental properties and my experience at the Landings is head and shoulder above everything else. Here are my reasons: - Brittany and Mike are amazing. Before my trip, Brittany quickly answered any question regarding the Landings and my traveling. - I didn't know that Brittany could book transfer flight. If I have to do it again, I would let Brittany handle it. - We went through custom quickly so the local airlines moved us to an earlier flight. To our surprise, the local airlines also contacted Brittany right away as we boarded our flight. When we landed, Brittany and Mike were already there to pick us up. It was a seamless process. - The condo was very clean upon checking in. We were given a local cell phone so we can make local call while were on Ambergris Caye and that was another perk. That cell phone turned out to be extremely handy as we used to contact with our dive shop daily to make sure our dive was not cancelled due to weather. - Our dive shop picked us up everyday at the Landings dock. Very convenient. - Location of the Landings is great. Close enough to town to try different restaurants and shop. Far enough to have quiet rest/relaxing moment. - I misunderstood and didn't make taxi arrangement to airport for our departure. Brittany and Mike gracious took our luggage to the airport since we can't fit everything on our golf cart. If we come back to Ambergris Caye, we'll definitely stay at the Landings. My sister and I absolutely loved our stay here! The location was perfect! It was right next to a grocery store, a couple of restaurants, and it was an easy walk into town. The hosts are easily the best I have ever dealt with in all my travels. Brittany was very accommodating, quickly responded to all our questions, and super helpful with recommendations. She organized our flight to San Pedro, our golf cart and a couple of snorkeling excursions. Everything went very smoothly from check in to check out and made our vacation stress free. I would absolutely stay here again!

Accommodations were clean, well air conditioned, comfortable and easy to access. Close to town but also removed and quiet. Pool was nice with bar/restaurant pool within walking distance. Staff were on site and easy to find when needed. We will stay here again!

Property was exactly as stated. Bedrooms were spacious and everything was well-kept. Brittany and Mike met us at the airport and brought us to the condo, shared information about the property, the beach, the best restaurants, etc. I am already talking to friends to try to plan a trip next spring.

We just got back from a 10 night stay at Bermuda Beach, San Pedro. We had a great time! Bermuda Beach property is just as the photos show. Although it's high season, Bermuda Beach was quiet and relaxing. We loved the location, not too far north of the bridge. The hosts Kimberly and her team were outstanding. They were so attentive and responsive to our needs. This was our first trip to San Pedro and their assistance with Tropic Air and arranging a golf cart made everything so easy. Their restaurant recommendations were spot on. Brittany and Mike were always around and did everything with a smile! They made us feel welcome. We hope to make a return trip in the near future. I can't express enough that it was a wonderful experience. The communication was top notch. The team handled everything for us. The accomodations exactly as shown. We will definitely return. Missing the beautiful waters and lovely scenery already.

I could not have asked for a better trip. This was such a wonderful place to stay. This was my second time staying and I will be back.
