This was our first time to Zion National Park and we thoroughly enjoyed this property! It was in a great location and we loved the accommodations. VeLeah was so helpful with all our questions and always very quick to respond. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!!

We stayed at a villa in the same complex last year but it was not close to the exceptional interior and perfect location as this Villa, and this Villa offered direct contact with our host! The beds are so comfortable with padded tops and the best sheets and pillows are ever!
The kitchen had everything you could possibly need! She even had a vita mix blender!! Every spice and extras that you will not find in another rental !!
Every bathroom had shampoo and cream rinse custom containers. Beautiful linens and towels !!
Our host even left us Truffles!! We were so spoiled !!
This Villa is close to everything!!
Oh.. and a resort heated pool, hot tub, tennis and basketball. And a very well equipped gym!!
Leah pointed out all the great restaurants and things to do. She is the best VRBO host I have ever rented from !!
If you want luxury and cleanliness, this is the best unit. Period! I will absolutely rent her unit only in the future !!

We had a wonderful stay. The property is beautiful and felt like home. We were traveling with our 4 teenagers and they had the best time at the pool and playing tennis! We will definitely consider staying here next spring when we visit the area again.

Overall a great place to stay. Very clean and quiet. Had all the amenities we needed in all areas of the house. The gym and pool were a nice bonus! Host was VERY responsive and pleasant! Would definitely recommend.

Our stay was great! The welcome treats were such a nice touch. We visited Zion each day we stayed, and just a heads up, although the address is in Hurricane, it is on the outskirts and so a little farther to Zion than expected. It was still an easy and scenic ride to Zion. Hopefully management purchases some additional furniture for by the pool, that was the only downfall. Overall, we’d stay again and would recommend this place!

We primarily were just looking for a decent place to stay for a work event in the area and booked the property as it fit our needs for number of beds and price. Once we arrived we were very impressed with the accommodations and the amenities. Everything was on hand for cooking breakfasts and dinners plus is was comfortable to stretch out and relax after a long day. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Under the Tuscan Sun.

Clean updated and comfortable. Great amenities. Host was fabulous, she had so many finishing touches...welcome treats sparkling juice and chocolates, robes to wear, complimentary coffee, tea and fruit. She always responds immediately and politely. The Property was drivable to many state parks as well as Zion national park. I highly recommend.

The property owner was very friendly and responsive. The unit had too much stuff in it. The kitchen counters were filled with nick nacks to the extent that they were hard to use. It felt too cluttered with personal items for a rental unit. Because of this, we wouldn’t rent again.

Absolute perfection best describes this home and the communication we received from the owner. From the moment we stepped into the home we felt the cleanliness, organization and upgrades in the home were far superior than other VRBO’s we have stayed at during our extended trip. I am tough to please but was blown away! My wife is a staging professional in real estate and was impressed as well. The home had everything we needed and more to enjoy our stay! Parking is a breeze with both outside and covered parking and the amenities were plentiful as well with tennis, basketball, gym, pool, etc. 5 stars for sure!!!! You will not be disappointed!!!!

I stayed here with my family with the primary goals of visiting Zion and Bryce canyon and had a great time overall. We enjoyed the pool, patio, and restaurant suggestions from VeLeah! I was not expecting the amount of personal items kept in the suite and closets, and I also felt some of the furniture and bedding were ready to be replaced. I may just have had different expectations based on the listing pictures. We still had a good time and felt it was a cute place.

Great place to explore Zion National Park and Kolob
We had a fantastic time. The villa was clean and incredibly well appointed, offering us everything that we needed after several full days of exploring Zion National Park. Conveniently located with close proximity to restaurants and grocery stores. The ~45 minute drive to Zion National Park south entrance is easy…and breathtaking. The villa was even closer to Kolob Canyon. VeLeah was a fantastic host who quickly responded to questions and provided some great recommendations for restaurants in the area. We were very comfortable during our stay, and would definitely stay there again.

Great base for Zion
Really enjoyed our stay. Unit had alot of amenities for the kids (pool, gym, basketball court, etc). Inside the unit was amazing. Unit was clean, well-kept, and fully stocked with utensils and kitchen gadgets. What was really nice was the owner's personal touches. She had a welcome package awaiting us (chocolates, apple cider, popcorn, bowl of fruits). Patio was also very nice and cozy with a full bbq setup. By the way, if you have any questions the owner is very prompt and responsive. Overall, excellent stay and would not hesitate to come back or recommend.

Perfect and comfortable family visit
This was a perfect spot for our family vacation. Our host was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond helping us making a dinner reservation and leaving us a welcome basket! It was super cozy and my kids loved the heated pool. We highly recommend this property!

Fun Times!
I was in town with some friends on a mountain biking trip. Great location between Hurricane and St. George (very close to I-15). Very well stocked and well taken care of. We were able to use the pool and hot tub too. I would definitely recommend to others.

This property was extremely well furnished including coffee and eggs and a fruit bowl in the frig. Owner gave us lots of info prior to arrival including restaurants and things to do. We would return in a heartbeat!

Great place to stay
We stayed for 6 nights and had a great time. The place was very clean, great location and very responsive host. Questions were answered promptly. We ran out of gas for the grill and it was refilled the next day, just a simple text and e were good to go.. Check in and out was easy. Location was convenient, getting to Zion NP was only about an hour. Pool was nice, clean and close to unit. Rooms were nice sized and beds comfortable. Overall a great stay,

Postponed senior trip due to covid
This property is very inviting and feels like home. Everything you could possibly need is available. It is located close to the pool and hot tub which was nice after a long day of hiking. Easy access to any park you might want to visit. VeLeah is awesome and very responsive. We would stay here again and highly recommend this place!!

Nice and clean! We had a great time! We all enjoyed the pool. It was perfect for the evening when we got back. Our only complaint is that there really wasn’t anywhere close to get food. The villa is way outside of the town. We loved it though and would stay again. Thank for sharing your home!

Great experience all around. The Villa had everything we needed and beyond! They had plenty of swim towels now. The owner was a great communicator and very responsive. We plan to stay again soon!!
