Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place offers plenty of room and has great potential - just needs some updates and definitely new beds. Unfortunately we had issues with the TV's, airconditioning, washing line and outdoor blinds, but hopefully with new owners, these will be rectified. Deb at Ray White was a great help. The number of bathrooms makes life easier and the extra fridge and freezer space is fabulous. It is quite a distance from the beaches, shops and pubs though, so lots more driving than we would have liked.

Only thing was the washing machine that broke- but Deb had it fixed straight away which was awesome. The BBQ and the upstairs balcony were also very dirty- we ended up cleaning both of these and they were then fine to use. Great house with lots of room and in a very quiet location

The house was a nice place in a nice area close to blue holes beach. Down side is the property needs some maintenance like the blinds on the balcony need repairing as they bang around a lot at night. Could definitely do with having wifi as well overall good break

Was a great place to stay with some family, very spacious and a great location!

Great house for groups. Plenty of room. The deck is huge and a great space for afternoon nibbles. The Real Estate team were so helpful. Needed wine glasses. Handed a box on request. Found no gas for the BBQ on a Sunday. They went to the office and swapped the bottle for us. Would definitely stay again.

Heating wasn't great. Heater upstairs wouldn't quite reach the rooms and downstairs was freezing. We had a toddler in the down stairs room and it was so cold. Split system in each room would be better to accommodate.

We had a great stay at blue holes property. Well equipped. Just needs more tea towels Knowledge of the planned power outage on the Wednesday would’ve be good. I was mid cycle with the washing machine Overall great property

Customer service excellent with two x three early morning trips to catch bus home courtesy of Blue Holes (we were at the bus when one of our guests discovered she'd left her phone at the home) a quick phone call and it was hand delivered. Home was clean and comfortable and despite being slightly out of town we had no problems doing all we had set out to do. Trips to the gorges were spectacular as was Sundown Cruise - I will remember this for the 'swell' time we had.

We had a good time. plenty iof parking for boats and nice upstairs alfresco to chill out.

Fantastic house for two family groups, plenty of space for everyone. The beds weren't super comfortable, but it was very reasonably priced and it had everything we needed.

House was good value for money and we had a great time overall. Plenty of room for everyone and the house was quite cool in hot weather. A few little things to be addressed, high chair needs replacing, found a dead cockroach in my bedside draw, drains seem to be a bit clogged but no major issues,

Good size property situated close to blue holes. Lots of space and good upper deck area. Quiet with easy walking distance to shopping area and taverns.

Could have used a heater.The remote for the tv needs to be replaced (we had some cold weather so we were hunkered in a few days).

Stayed with 2 families of 4. Plenty of space inside and out

All amenitites available as per listing. Plenty of space for 8 people. Unfortunately the bed linen smelt like laundry that hadnt properly dried. Property needing some more attention to detail.

The two storey home style accommodation suited our purposes perfectly as a base for six days to explore the Kalbarri region. As parents of three adult boys, daughter-in-law and baby girl, the base camp was configured so that couples could enjoy their own space with entertainment/meals areas roomy enough for all without feeling cramped. Blinds and taps could do with some maintenance but, overall, a great place to stay for a week with a tribe.

Absolutely suited our needs but the lack of big pots and the oven not in working order
