My family has stayed in Hurricane several times at different VRBO properties over the years and this one did not disappoint. The house was wonderful and the pool was great for cooling off in the 100*+ heat. My only complaint is that I sent messages prior to, the day of, during and after our stay and I have yet to receive a response from the property manager. So, I rated the communication low on this property, but the house itself was great.
*Note, there are cameras outside in the backyard, which I would have liked to have been made aware of prior to booking. I get the ring camera out front, but the backyard seems like overstepping privacy. Also, the mandatory $500 property damage refundable fee is the most extreme I have run across on VRBO. It has been weeks and I have yet to be refunded.

House was great other then the hot water in the master shower didn’t work and the host said they would send someone out to fix it but they never did.

Beautiful house. 2 hrs from Bryce Canyon. 2 hours to Grand Canyon. 40 minutes to Zion. The pool is awesome after spending time in the summer heat. Very quiet neighborhood, minutes from town and 20 minutes to St George. Host was quick to communicate with. I would definitely stay here agajn.

We were looking for a home with a pool. Did not disappoint! We had plenty of room for the family. Kids loved the pool and hot tub. Home was clean, plenty of amenities and location was close to Zion National Park, local lake and many food options.

Nice property for a family to spend some down time. Quiet neighborhood and private back yard that we appreciated. It was a busy time in the area during the Ironman Race this year but that didn’t affect the stay.
Pool and spa were a hit in between trips to the lake. Everything was clean and well managed. Thanks!

Couldn't get a refund even though I purchased Cancellation insurance. Paid full price even though I booked it only a few days before I wanted to cancel. Still paid cleaning fee and every other fee even though though the Property was never used.
Overall terrible experience from the owner side of things and VRBO side of things.

Excellent place to stay with your family! We are a family of 6, kids ages 12,10,and 7. The pool was a blast and easy to operate. Great location, quiet neighborhood, and comfortable beds. Would highly recommend this to any family.

My husband, 2 kids under 5 and my mother-in-law stayed for a week in October and it was fantastic. We had way more space than we ever could have used, the kitchen and living room area were huge and best of all the pool was amazing! We’ve already decided we want to come back again next fall.

This is our 4th time in Southwest Utah and 2nd time at this property. It is in the perfect location for easy access to Zion, Snow Canyon, Sand Hollow, and all of the other recreational areas of Southwest Utah, and in a nice quiet residential neighborhood . The house and outdoor pool area were clean and well furnished, and the owner easy to communicate with. Without question, we would stay here again if back in the area.

Perfect Basecamp for SW Utah Recreation
This is our 4th time in Southwest Utah and 2nd time at this property. It is in the perfect location for easy access to Zion, Snow Canyon, Sand Hollow, and all of the other recreational areas of Southwest Utah, and in a nice quiet residential neighborhood . The house and outdoor pool area were clean and well furnished, and the owner easy to communicate with. Without question, we would stay here again if back in the area.

Also 45 minutes away from Zion, the house proved to be an excellent place to stay. It was spacious and allowed 10 people to relax, eat, play and sleep comfortably. All the basic amenities were present. The pool was fantastic after hiking in the hot summer sun. There is a Walmart close by for any other cooking or personal items. House has a beautiful layout with sunshades and a great outdoor entertaining/dining area. Everything was labeled (loved it) perfectly which made life easier. There were even a number of plastic ware which was perfect for younger kids.

Perfect property for our family! 2 state parks- one 5 minutes from the house and the other 10 minutes away. Zion National park was a quick 30 minutes and amazing local restaurants to enjoy. Nice quiet neighborhood with a beautiful pool! Hurricane is a friendly and welcoming community. Wonderful!

This house was amazing! Home was truly luxury and all amenities inside the house. Phillip was very accommodating when we were having troubles hearing the hot tub, he called out the pool guy twice for us and refunded us when it was down. Would DEFINITELY stay here again!

The location is close to Zion National Park and only a two hour drive from the North Rim of the Grand Canyon. It was a wonderful week for our families.
