The property was a great place to watch the surf during Ophelia. It was also great there were so many great restaurants, bars and shops we could walk to. We never used our cars once! The beds and pillows were very comfortable. It was nice having a TV in each bedroom. I would definitely stay again!

We love staying here. The location is perfect. The condo is gorgeous and very well maintained.

Very nice condo. It was very clean and well stocked with supplies. It's big and can handle a larger number of people. A breakdown of a counter top appliance resulted in a new one being delivered the same day. Great view and immediate access to the boardwalk and beach. Best of OC Condo Rentals was the company managing it and they were always available before and during the trip. Yes it's expensive, but worth it.

The place itself & the view were absolutely beautiful. However, after the 2nd or 3rd night we all woke up with headaches, some had diarrhea, rashes. We didn’t think much of it until a family member noticed black mold. My fiancé & I actually left a night early because I was getting really sick & at that point wasn’t really able to do much because of how sick I was feeling. Turns out the whole place had black mold, bathrooms, laundry room, the ac unit. It was all around the vents which leaves us to believe the vents were filled with it. While they were very apologetic, a sorry doesn’t fix the 4-5 days wasted of us all being sick.

Our family loved staying here. Gorgeous view and right on the boardwalk! Chefs kitchen made it delightful to fix a few evening meals. We loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. No waiting in line for showers. The only issue we had was with the elevator. The door would not open on level one. Since our parking spot was on level one, this made it difficult to load and unload car.

Location, location, location and amenities. Who would not want these aspects? This unit has it all. The ocean front views are spectacular and the amenities (which were well maintained) of the unit made for an excellent vacation. There were 8 adults and 1 toddler (4 families) for the trip. A bedroom and bathroom for every family plus a half bath as an "extra" was great. The kitchen is a "chef's kitchen" and if you want to cook you have everything you need. If you do not want to cook, there are many restaurants offering a large variety of cuisines that are within an easy walk or by taking the tram. The boardwalk offers not only shopping options but also provides a "state fair" feel (funnel cakes, ice cream, games, amusement park). Only downside was lack of a cart for transporting items to/from vehicles to the unit. We used our beach wagon for the heavier items. I would 100% recommend the unit to large families and stay here again.

Our family included my husband and I , my 84 year old mom and our son and daughter’s families which included 6 grands…ages 7, 4,4, 1.5, 1 and 1!! After a wrong code entrance snag that hosts quickly corrected with quick phone response we entered the beautiful space which smelled newly cleaned. Unfortunately, after the babies were crawling around for a bit and some of us were barefooted we realized the floors had not been vacuumed or cleaned. Steve and Claire came themselves the next day and vacuumed and steam cleaned.!! We loved the balcony, the indoor pool being just down the hall, the spacious kitchen, groceries just 10 minutes away, a pizza shop on the first floor, the beds are comfy and the walk in closets made awesome rooms for the babies. One minor hiccup was the unit was out of stock of trash bags, laundry detergent, extra toilet paper and paper towels that we were expecting to be there but had to add to our grocery list. Thank you for providing us a memory making vacation.

We have stayed in this unit several times. We love this unit as we have the perfect view of the ocean. Just didn't have great weather, but we still enjoyed the time away. Nice relaxing unit, lots of room.

This is a great condo located right on the boardwalk. Easy walk for the entire boardwalk. Views are outstanding. Condo is very comfortable. Security is excellent. We had trouble accessing the condo upon arrival but after a 5 minute phone call to property management we gained access.

Excellent place with stunning views, and responsive owners. Going back for sure.

This stay was amazing, great views and right on the boardwalk, perfect for families. No issues with the check in or out process, I will surely stay here again!

Great property location and space. The cleaning people did not do a great job. There was hair and other items not vacuumed off the floor. Loved the layout and indoor pool just wish it was cleaner. Had a key issue and management was responsive.

Four buddies on a golf trip to Ocean City. The accommodations could not have been better. Everything was spotless and the views were amazing.

The property is absolutely beautiful and well appointed. Management group very responsive and pleasant to deal with. We rented a couple of units in the building to accommodate our family - ages 1.5 to 95.5 yrs old to make my mothers dream of "one more family trip" to OC come true. This unit was absolutely perfect for hosting a 14 person Thanksgiving and for hanging out for the holiday. We did have an issue with the refrigerator failing overnight our first night. Management was very responsive and found a serviceman within hours on Thanksgiving morning but he could not fix it and that did not help when hosting Thanksgiving dinner for 14. They brought a loaner frig the next day but since the separate ice maker unit was not working either it meant we had to buy ice and keep all our food in coolers for 48rs. We were very pleased with the owners response & attempts to make things right but it was a huge inconvenience. We understand these things happen but I wish the management group would have offered us a discount or a late checkout (for my elderly mother) or something. That would be my only disappointment with this experience. The condo was perfect otherwise in every way and we made a lot of memories over the Thanksgiving Holiday that we all will cherish.

This was our second time at this property and all I can say is "won't be our last....."

We absolutely love this location. The condo is very spacious and clean. We won’t stay anywhere else in Ocean City!

We really enjoyed our stay! We needed a rental with enough beds for 6 adults and an elevator for my 99yo grandmother. The condo was perfect. Grandma was able to sit out on the balcony and watch the dolphins, it was very accessible for her and the rest of us enjoyed it just as much.

Great location right on the beach/boardwalk! May have preferred to stay more uptown where it was less busy. Interior was beautiful but some minor issues found. Everything looked clean but 2 toddlers crawling on the floor ended up with dirty knees. Perhaps a different type of flooring that was easy to clean would help that. A towel rod was broken when we arrived and a curtain rod was loose but those were non issues. Both master bedrooms had a high window without a shade covering up top so if sunrise light would affect your sleep, bring a blackout curtain that you could tape to the wall would definitely help. Overall great stay with my kids and grand kids!

Highly recommend this spacious clean condo that can sleep a large family with ease. Amenities are great and location is perfect.

The location is beautiful and the property itself has such great promise. But… it was dirty and beat and for one of the most expensive rentals in OC, it should not have filthy grout, completely stained couches, broken chairs, dirty dishes and greasy stove. And filthy carpeting A small investment to keep it nice and a new cleaning lady would be a five star. Plus when I complained, nobody had the courtesy to email me back.

this condo fit our needs. Comfortably fit our family of 11. Kitchen was very nice. Fully stocked with dishes etc.. Very disappointed in the cleanliness. Floors were dirty. we had to scrub them. Especially the bathrooms. Living room furniture also needs cleaned. Location great and security very good.

The condo could use a deep cleaning. The bottom of all shower doors were absolutely disgusting with crud!!!

Condo is in a perfect place on the boardwalk. Very spacious for a family of 12. Check-in process, online listing, communication was excellent. Linens and bedding could use some updating. Absolutely would go back as 1 week is not enough to enjoy all the things Ocean City has to offer.

The location can’t be beat, and honestly the pictures don’t do this place justice! The condo is HUGE and with 9 adults we had more than enough space to sprawl around. We really appreciated the access to their storage locker so that we could borrow some beach chairs/tent!

Really enjoyed the Location and amenities. Plenty of room for the family!
