The location is good, very close to the beaches (you can get an umbrella and 2 chairs for 10€/day at the Capana beach https://mapy.cz/s/hukodagocu) or even closer there is the free public beach. The railroad is very close and the trains cause a loud noise, but it is only very short and not too busy - in a few days one can get used to it. The pine grove is perfect - very pleasant to rest in during a hot day. The main street Viale Gabriele d'Annunzio is closed to traffic and becomes a pedestrian zone after 21:00 which is very pleasant for a walk with local ice cream.

The accomodation description is missing some imporant information about the swimming pool - which is absolutely not suitable for families with small children. It is prohibited to bring any toys, including the inflatable or small toys. It is prohibited to jump, dive or even play in any manner which could be disrupting for neighbouring appartments. It is necessary to wear swimming caps. The grass around the pool is not meant for relaxation, it is prohibited to enter. All these conditions are not mentioned at booking.com but are also not described at the pool in any pictures or English, only small letters in Italian. You can also forget about some morning swimming, as the pool is open only 10:30-13:00 and 16:30 to 19:30. The pool guard is very grumpy and not easy going and does not always open the pool on time - you can wait up to 15 minutes just to receive an annoyed face. The apparment wasn't perfectly clean - there was sand on the floor. The refrigerator even on full power made only 13° C, so some food decayed quickly, also the freezer was not freezing enough. The beds mattresses were poor, wery worn out and made our backs hurt. There was a broken mirror, hole in the door and other 3 dangerous deffects: railing on the stairway so close to the wall that the fingers got painfully pressed; long and sharp screws through the doors in the dishes cabinet which caused bleeding injuries; and missing light bulb in the illuminated mirror in the bathroom - which could cause serious injury if touched. When reported to the Cerrano agency - which is the only staff available to guests - a maintenance guy was promised to come but never arrived. The absence of Wi-Fi is unpleasant When sitting on the balcony, there is hardly enough space for 4 people and the air condition heat exchanger is blowing hot air right there.
