This condo was just what we were looking for! Plenty of room for my family of four. Right on the beach too!! The pools were nice and it was just perfect for us. Very clean and had everything we needed.

we have stayed at this condo group for years so we are used to the process, etc. - this condo was very clean but, there was no bath mat for one bathroom, only one set of sheets per bed (no extras at all) and no mat when you walk in the door or anywhere on the tile - as someone who respects properties we are staying at, you want to have mats in a beach condo to help keep sand and dirt out. I called the contact through florida vacay (who manages it for vrbo) and requested a bath mat and some kind of door mat but nothing was brought to us. Extra sheets are always a necessity as anything can happen during a rental stay - thankfully in our case, nothing did. Just a few pointers, otherwise it was a nice stay for us.

We absolutely loved our condo- was clean, spacious and filled with so many extras!! I usually pack so much to go on vacation, and this place had all that I packed and more!!

The size of the unit was perfect for a couple or small family. We stayed in this unit for a week. Any concerns or issues we had were addressed as quickly as possible by the management company. However, the dishwasher needs replacing or serious mending - it leaked a lot the one time we used it. The unit is basically clean, but we did find some missed areas (container of muscle relax/relief spray under the bed, grime between kitchen sink & counter, clogged bathtub drain.) On the first night we discovered that the master bed wasn't properly supported, none of the supports were attached and the bed sagged in the middle horribly. We managed a work around for the night and the problem was fixed the next day. Overall I would rate this a solid four out of five stars based on the overall condition, location and staff's response to issues that came up. I would stay here again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this to anyone looking for a lovely beach get away.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and stocked with all the kitchen amenities. There were some sand toys and beach chairs in the closets, which was nice for kiddos and travel. Side note…Make sure to bring quarters for laundry

I fell asleep to the sound of waves they were so close. The weather did not cooperate but my sister and I a relaxing time reconnecting after COVID . The accommodations were exactly what we wanted and the location is easy to find. Will go back.

I was not happy I was NOT informed beforehand that construction was being completed on the condos. The construction interfered with parking, getting to the pool, a pool being closed, loud noise while trying to relax at the pool, and construction men watching you while at the pool. Overall, the place was nice and we enjoyed our stay. I just don't know if I would have chosen the place knowing construction was going on,

We had a great time at New Smyrna Beach. Our daughter's family rented a condo condo close to us. However, our condo was cleaner than the rest of the complex and it would have been nice to have had laundry facilities in condo, especially because ours wasn't operating a few days.

This condo/property did NOT disappoint. It was as clean and beautiful as advertised and we wish we had more time to spend here. We would highly recommend it and would stay here again. Management was communicative and the process checking in and out was simple. Thank you for a wonderful stay :)

The apartment is very clean, pretty and comfortable, just like the pictures. We had everything we needed for a relaxed stay. The ocean view is wonderful and the premises are very well kept. Restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations, pharmacy etc all very close by. My teenagers loved the walks on the beach. We had a great time!

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience at Sea Gardens III. Making the arrangements was easy; and we received clear instructions about showing up and checking in and out. The condo unit was clean, comfortable, and convenient to the beach, town, Canaveral National Seashore, and Smyrna Dunes Park. We experienced a couple minor issues which were quickly resolved by the office and maintenance staff. We would gladly stay there again.
