Condo was very nice and clean. Had everything we needed and more. All soap/shampoo etc provided. Very convenient. Great location to everywhere we needed in hot springs. Pool was not clean at the time we were there. Lake is not accessible unless you have someone coming to pick you up in a boat. View from deck is nice (is as pictured in description photos). Would definitely stay here again. Good price for what you’re getting. My only complaint would be that I contacted host 9 days prior to arrival wanting to modify my dates, but by the time they got back to me , redirected me to VRBO, where i was then redirected back to host, it was 7 days prior to arrival so they would not let me modify without penalty. Otherwise great experience.

This was our first time in Hot Springs. Property was right in the middle of everything we wanted to do. Clean and wonderful! Would book this again next time I come to visit.

The unit was clean and well-decorated. The setting was perfect for three adults. King bed was super comfy. The only thing missing from the kitchen was salt and pepper, and I'm sure the host would have brought us that had we needed it (no complaints). The location was very quiet and easy to get to. Traffic getting onto Central Ave. was challenging at times, but everything was convenient.

The property was really nice. I came to Hot Springs for a dance comp with my two daughters and my parents. The location was great for our shopping day and was about a 20 minute drive to the convention center. My mother and I sat on the patio in the morning having coffee and enjoyed being able to see the Lake.

We were in town for a high school choir conference and performance. This was a nice change of pace from hundreds of school kids in a motel. We were able to cook in the condo which saved us money. The condo was about the same amount as two rooms in a nice hotel.

Clean and attractive condo selected because of proximity to family we were visiting. Actually only used for sleeping since we spent all day at relative's home. Only complaint was that manager had told me I would be given the code to the front door the day before check-in but late that night and early the next morning when we left home it was still not posted. I copied the phone number so I could call while enroute to get it. He was somewhat hesitant to text it to me saying he had posted it on the website that morning. I had to explain that I didn't have the app on my phone nor did I have a laptop with me so I really needed him to text it.

My sisters and I take an annual trip to different locations and Hot Springs was our choice this year. The property was beautiful and true to the description and photos. We absolutely loved our location and the property was perfect!

Property was well kept but needs new pans as some were so worn they could not be used. There was a crew roofing the complex in front of us and it was quite noisy as they started before 7:30 am. It would have been nice if they had started at a later time as it was the weekend. There was not enough toilet paper and the shower door was broken in one of the bathrooms. We enjoyed the location and was well worth the price we paid.

The property was very clean. It was so cozy and comfortable. It was close to everything. The pool was just a walk outside of the back patio. Myself and my family would love to stay in this condo again. They also just opened a bowling alley and arcade right up the street.

The condo was clean and was as described in the listing and photos. The location was perfect for visiting Hot Springs National Park and surrounding attractions. Communication with the owner was simple, and responses were quick.
I would agree with other reviews that the kitchen could use a few more essentials such as pot holders, dishcloths, and better pots/pans.

This place was perfect for us. We had family in town that came out almost every day to have dinner with us and play games. The place didn’t feel cramped at all. It was very comfortable. 2 bathrooms are always nice. Large deck. Easy in and out of the car for anyone unable to walk up stairs. This until is perfect. Very quiet too. The king Bed was comfortable and the sofa was Large enough to stretch out. A couple rolls of TP that weren’t see through would have been nice. . Kitchen needs some more things to work with. A cookie sheet would have been nice. And scissors that worked. Overall we loved the place. And would definitely stay here again.
