We loved our time and our condo in Indian Shores. Such a great spot!

Perfect for us!

Condo is directly across from the beach access which is super convenient. Denise was very nice and sent a welcome message making sure we had what we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked for cooking needs. There was also plenty of pillows and blankets for our kids that slept on the sleeper sofas. We've stayed many places where that's an issue, so we were very pleased with this. Overall a nice place to stay and enjoy the beach.

Condo is nice . I for whatever reason was assuming this was directly on the beach with a walk out door straight to beach . This is not the case however it is extremely close to beach just across the street and very quiet area with super easy access to beach . Also other thing is there aren’t any restaurants directly on the beach in this area at all . They are everyone across the street . Which isn’t a deal breaker by no means with how quiet this place is and there was always an empty area on the beach so it wasn’t extremely packed by no means. As far as the condo it’s is pretty nice . Just make sure you bring TP and trash bags because there weren’t any extras in house at all not that it’s a huge deal breaker but when you run out and assume there’s more and there’s not it’s a PROBLEM 😳! Overall Very nice place isn’t on the beach but very close with easy access and I would recommend to anyone who wants a good priced nicely /quiet vacation.

This was the first time we stayed in Indian Shores. The condo was 10-15 minutes from Clearwater, St. Pete, and Johns Pass. While we did not have a great view of the ocean it was right across the street so we still were able to walk the beach in the morning and watch the sunset at night. The condo was a great size and had everything we could have needed. I would definitely book again with Denise.

The property was perfect for the 5 of us. It was close to the beach and easy to get around. The amenities were great. The only recommendation I would have for visitors, especially 5 women for 4 nights, is to bring extra toilet paper and trash bags. We were only supplied with 2 of each and we ran out but the stores were super close and we were able to restock.

Condo was clean, well furnished and just as promised online! Would definitely recommend and stay again!

We love this place. It was perfect for my family and I. It was very clean. The location was right across the street from the beach. There is a coin operated laundry machine which was a lifesaver with 3 kids and the beach everyday. We will be back! Thank you for a great base for our mini bday vacation.

Was upgraded & clean. There was no balcony & it wasn’t ON the beach as advertised. Also the name of the condo unit should’ve been given as well - not just the address- would’ve been easier to find. Was close to the beach but was hoping to sit on a balcony & watch the water. There was very little containers in the kitchen to be able to take food to the beach. No type of cooler. These would be good items to have especially for those who fly in & can’t bring with them. One of 3 beach chairs was usable, 2 were broken. We replaced 2 chairs & was reimbursed but if they knew this, the chairs should’ve already been replaced. The pool was nice. Location was really good with lots of restaurants nearby or not very far Accessibility to the owner was crucial.

This was a great location - close to lots of restaurants and activities. Checkin was smooth and easy, and the condo was perfect.

Excellent location and very reasonable price. You can see the ocean from the front room and the beach is a short walk away! It’s right across the street and the unit is right near the crosswalk to beach access. Outdoor shower near unit as well so easy clean up after the beach. Laundry on each floor was super convenient. Clean, easy check in, and spacious. Ice maker in freezer was a helpful surprise. We did have some spotty issues with wifi access but we weren’t there to be on the internet so wasn’t a huge deal. Two of three beach chairs were broken but we made due. Also, no outlet covers for the baby to roam. Nevertheless, these were only minor issues and we will definitely be back! Can’t beat the quality for the price!!!

We had a unique situation of another family being in the condo when we were supposed to be. Denise made sure that the confusion was corrected and it was found to be no fault of her or vrbo. She was apologetic and accommodating. Umbrella came in handy.

Very clean. Well stocked (could use more toilet paper!) Host is Wonderful. Easy beach access. Gulf view smaller than I thought. Excellent rental for the price.

The condo was fine but very minimal communication from host. Did not get a message for check-in like we did with the others in the same location nor did they respond when I reached out. Got a generic one a couple of days in without even acknowledging that they didn't respond to my question. Condo was fine and served is purpose but would not book again. I've had much better experiences with other condos at this resort.

We had a great time in this location. Indian Shores is a quiet, relaxing, and peaceful area. The beach wasn’t crowded and fortunately the water was crystal clear, no red tide. The pool area had plenty of lounges and the people were friendly and pleasant. The condo was just as presented in the listing. Plenty of restaurants in the area as well. Would love to return to the area!

The place was clean and quiet and had all the amenities we needed. Easily accessible The pool was nice, heated and lots of lounge chairs. It is a very short walk to the beach just across the street. Close walk for ice cream and a few food places, mini golf.

We have rented from Denise for 4 years. The unit's location is great with beautiful views of the sunset over the Gulf. We enjoy the complex's pool and well maintained grills. We also enjoy a glass of wine while watching the boats and the birds on the causeway.

Gorgeous place for a cheap price.

We loved this property! The view of the ocean from the sunroom was a great perk, and it’s just a quick walk across the street to the beach. We loved they layout. The kitchen was well furnished There are a couple of restaurants within walking distance. There was a desk in the sunroom, which was great because this was a working vacation. The furniture is very high quality and the bed was very comfortable. The weather was beautiful for December. We hope to return again next year.

Our stay at Indian Shores was very enjoyable! The pool was a wonderful space filled with lots of friendly neighbors and the grounds are kept up nicely. The beach access across the street allowed myself and children the opportunity to take a short walk out at the end of each day and watch the sunset. They made available beach toys and chairs, however, one of them was broken which was unfortunate. The other item to note was the dust that was collecting in the closet that housed the hvac. It was quite thick on the door and the dust was also present on the wall in the main living area. Im sure a change of the filter would remedy this in no time!

The condo is beautiful. I wouldn’t exactly refer to it as a cottage, but it is a very clean and comfortable condo with a small view of the gulf. Our stay was relaxing and peaceful. The bed was comfortable as was all the furniture in the place. The condo is nicely decorated and the owners have done a nice job of providing everything you need for the beach. The location is perfect for restaurants and shopping and enjoying the beach. One resident told us about the manatee in the waterway behind the condos so we did wake up early for the sunrise on the waterway and to watch the manatee. There were so many dolphins at the beach everyday and while eating at John’s Pass. I highly recommend eating at Salt Rock Grill. This restaurant was exceptional with their service and their food. It is located right next to the condo so no need to drive. The pool is heated and was clean and had plenty of chaise lounge chairs to use and a restroom right outside the gate of the pool. We will be back! Thank you to the owners for thinking of everything and for opening your condo for us.

The place was exactly as described! Conveniently located to many places to eat & shop. The property was quiet and perfect for a relaxing getaway weekend!!!!

Although I thought this property was a first floor property we enjoyed it all the same. It it clean and very well stocked. We all loved the location close to beach and the trolley! The buildings and surrounding areas are all very quite which is exactly what we wanted. Thank you for the use of your property!

Great little condo by the water. Beautiful decor. The only real issue was the lack of privacy for a family. The bedroom has a glass door on one side. Maybe even a privacy screen or something would be nice. Thanks!

Condo is well situated across the street from the beach with about approximately 100 steps to go before your toes to hit the white warm sand. Check-in process was a breeze. The owners send an email with clear easy instructions a few days before your arrival. The condo has all the basic necessities with beach chairs, sun umbrella, large beach towels. I loved their Florida room where I sat there many times just relaxing reading with a nice glass of wine after a fun filled day at the beach. Thank you Denise and Bruce for sharing you condo. PS. Everyone take the time to enjoy the beauful sunsets.

My family and I stayed at the property this month and loved it! Clean great location to the beautiful beach just right across the street. Nice little drive up to ClearWater Beach if you want to go up there and hang out. We had Smugglers Cove a block away from us to go do a Put Put Golf evening. We loved the rental and the location!

The pool was broke and we couldn’t get in it until it was fixed- our last day! Such a number with little kids and expecting to swim. Money should be taken off our stay!

Super Cozy place, clean and with everything you need for the holidays.

Everything was as we expected. The kitchen had everything to prepare any meals as needed. We used the outside grill and also enjoyed local restaurants. The pool was nice with ample lounge chairs and huge umbrellas to stay out of the sun. We met a lot of very friendly guests and the staff were helpful.
