Just returned, wonderful property, immaculate and updated. Communication was great! One of four units directly facing the beach, great sunsets and views. Hot in July but that was expected. Great restaurants located within walking distance, or take the Trolly. Easy to get a Uber as well. Loved it!!!!!

Clean, good location and within walking distance of restaurants, bars and activities. It is located directly on the main road so can be loud at times due to traffic, however you can't beat being within steps of the beach and having a view of the sunset.

Accurately portrayed in advertising, centrally located for easy walk to beach, shops & restaurants with great view of sunsets. Great communication from owner. Amenities above expectations (make-up mirror, games to play, beach supplies, soaps....) and place very clean with everything we needed. Parking such a premium on this island so having 2 free spots was a bonus!

Very well equipt, and nicely furnished. Very Clean. Out unit had a great view for sunsets. The location was very good for dining, shopping and the beach.

This property was very well-equipped with all of the essentials and the perfect location for fun-seeking vacationers. The walked to the beach was super easy and the views from the balcony and living room are stunning. The pool was awesome on windy days and the walking distance to the best restaurants was perfect.

The property was clean and I enjoyed the decor. It was in a good location as far as walking distance to restaurants, etc. There is a great view of the ocean from the balcony. The only disappointment was it is on a very noisy busy street. But once you walked over to the beach and set up it was lovely.

Beautiful condo in a great area. Had everything we needed. Trolley stop across the street and lots of restaurants in walking distance. Had the pool to ourselves most of the week. Would definitely come back!

Didn't care for the locks that you had to use a code to get in. They had to change the code 1 time before we could get in. It also took several attempts each time to get in. Maybe investing in better locks would be a good idea. Other than that,nice place.

We had a great time in this ocean front apartment. Property was very well equipped to meet all our needs. Kids and adults were pleased and enchanted with the view. Property owner was available and quick to solve a small issue that emerged. We will definitely return!

Great location and closest unit to beach. You do have to cross the main street to get to the beach but it wasn't too bad if you can jog across street. Restaurants were within walking distance and right across street from a trolley stop.

We really enjoyed the condo. Had everything we needed and a gorgeous view of the ocean. Was quiet at night so sleeping was no problem. Really appreciated the washer and dryer. The kitchen had everything we needed. Would definitely stay there again!

Property was excellent. Location was good. The only complaint is that in none of the photos you show that there is a road…a very busy road right below the balcony between the unit and the beach. Our goal was to listen to the waves. What we got was listening to traffic from 5 am until mid night. If you know that going in the place is very nice. That is the ONLY complaint.

The condo was very clean, beautifully decorated and stocked with everything you need to enjoy the beach for a week! The view of the ocean from the balcony was gorgeous, especially at sunset. Crossing the street to get to the beach was never a problem. Being able to walk to so many restaurants, shops, and entertainment was awesome. Even took advantage of the free trolly to go deeper into Anna Maria Island and explore. We had a wonderful, relaxing week and thank you so much for the amenities.

My wife and I spent 11 nights in this condo. The Condo is very nice and the area has plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. We are in our mid 50s and we really enjoyed that we could walk to so many good places to eat and drink (no designated driver needed). The beach is beautiful as well. If you want a beach vacation, but also want a night life, all without ever having to get in your car, I recommend this area and condo. This was our first trip to Anna Maria Island and we will be back and if it is available we will stay in the same condo again.

We were nervous not knowing the exact unit even once booked. But upon our arrival, WOW! Billion dollar view!!! We will return if we can have the same unit! Everything we need within walking distance. Although we did rent a golf cart but that's the boy in me wanting to explore 🙂

very clean, beautiful views of the gulf. We saw dolphins daily while having coffee and the most spectacular sunsets.

Great condo in a perfect location. Walkable to say many great places, great beach view. Excellent value.

We didn't realize there was a highway between the condo & the beach, which took away the sound of the ocean, also the traffic, although people were very courteous & considerate on stopping to let you cross. Otherwise it had all the ammenities of home, tina

Please don’t assume this property is on the beach like we did!! The pictures are extremely misleading, and in my mind deceitful!!! This property sits on the main thoroughfare for the island, an extremely busy and loud road between the condo and the beach that you have to cross, and there is no crosswalk! It’s extremely dangerous, especially with children! You can’t sit and relax on the balcony because the constant cars driving by, most blaring their music as well! This goes on very late into the evening, some nights it was past 1am by the time it quieted down. Then, the neighbors upstairs sound like they are coming through the ceiling! They weren’t doing anything out of the ordinary, just walking and it was so loud, none of my family slept well the entire stay. The beach is gorgeous, but not quiet or peaceful. If you don’t mind being in between 2 busy restaurants and listening to trucks drive by while on the beach, then this beach is for you. The condo was spacious and clean. The master shower had very little water pressure, so we all had to use 1 bathroom to shower. The master bed is not very comfortable. The location is convenient to shops and restaurants, an easy walk. My expectations based on the listing were for a quiet beachfront condo for a great family vacation. It definitely was not that. So, buyer beware. As the owner explained, I should have read better.

my husband and I totally enjoyed this unit. Location was perfect. Views from master and living room were awesome. Sunsets were stunning. Had to cross the street to get to the beach but not a problem for us. Unit was updated with new furniture and appliances and granite counters. Overall very nice unit. We will rent again. Thank you.

The property was clean, it was a great location, there was traffic noise when setting on the deck but the views were beautiful. It was convenient to restaurants. The pool was clean and warm. The weather was amazing, the property provided chairs and umbrellas for the beach. We enjoyed our stay!

My family and I were greeted with a clean and well appointed condo. We had everything we needed and more to guarantee a restful and enjoyable vacation. Terry was always prompt to respond to any question we had. We are hoping for a return visit!

Very nice remodel! Very pretty inside! Very easy to check in and steps from the beach! However Traffic noise was terrible, and I don’t believe the people in the unit above us ever went to sleep, they stomped the floors from about 5 in the morning til after midnight .. other than that it was a good, affordable place for a last minute trip!

The condo was cute and cozy. Terry was very attentive thru email. He had the running toilet repaired immediately after we called him. The outdoor screened-in porch provided a beautiful view of the ocean, however being on the main drag was very noisy. Also the condo is located over the parking area and there was only a set of stairs to get up to the unit. Makes it kind of inconvenient for 5 old broads.

This was a great place for our family. We enjoyed the beach, the pool, riding the trolley to the north end of the island, great food at the Beach House Restaurant, early morning running on the beach, and beautiful evening sunsets. You do have to cross the road to get to the beach, which you can’t see in the pictures, but it wasn’t a big deal. The only negatives were that you can hear the road pretty loud from the balcony, you can hear people above you walking around, and the master bed was very uncomfortable but we notified the owner, so hopefully they will get a new mattress soon. Overall, a great place to visit and we will come back as long as they get a new mattress. Don’t waste your time or money on the Seafood Shack Restaurant on the bridge, it wasn’t great. We heard that Dry Dock and Starfish were great local seafood, but we didn’t get a chance to try them.

This was one of the best family vacations we have had in quite some time. The property manager was great and communication was excellent. Thank you Terry!
