back door open wrong way ,matters need to be turned

great little 2 bedroom self contained house a couple of things below expectations but prompt response from property manager

Directions to address were confusing due to 2 street addresses used - could be made more clear Unable to get basic channels on the apple tv - clear instructions would have saved a lot of time and frustration and also saved a visit from the property manager

There were no extra blankets as suggested, but we made do with the duvets from the spare room so it was fine

Comfortable Two bathrooms Good shower Well equipped kitchen Private garden, not overlooked Pool was great

No fly spray No instructions for Apple TV remote Noise from people in spa pool just at other side of the hedge

The property was great, easy access to everything and nice and clean.

The set-up there is interesting. Residents Association member/owner growled at my adult kids for having fun when there was no-one else poolside, barring my wife and I. Taylors Property manage properties on behalf of some owners. Taylors Property needs to improve their service/support levels. We hired 5 bikes direct from them, all needed tyres pumping up. 2 had to be swapped out. One of the swapped out ones had a faulty chain causing leg injuries to my 23 year old son. So we had to swap that out and the bikes brakes again failed on this, so this needed changing ! I expected an email to ask if my son was okay but nothing so I asked for a full refund and they agreed to this with no issue....but then the bikes were left with us for 4 more days with no communication, go figure ?!

Great location, cool house for fine weather.

Not set up well for rain! To get into the house you have to walk on grass - mud. There were no heated towel rails & there was only one towel each which meant wet towels. The electric blanket only worked on half of the bed.
