no parking reservation for hotel told to wait for space to become available street parking expensive . top floor 3 flights of stairs no lift .staff abrupt .stayed 2 nights no room cleaning. security poor doors to sleeping area unlocked

Bathroom/shower was not very clean. Loud, shouting people either in hotel or outside in beer garden during the night.

The top floor was under the roof and it was terrible hot. They did not provide any fan to vent the room. At 7 in the morning the church that was next to the hotel started to ring the bell and they had a clock that rung every quarter of the hour. Not a good place to rest.

Convenient location, free parking available out of dinner time, bavarian restaurant at ground floor. Accomodation acceptability clean.

Reception not existent, restaurant and cleaning personnel is unwelcome and not trained. General status of the building old and to be renovated. Breakfast not available. Heavy smell from the restaurant spilled every evening in the hotel stair and corridor.

The food was outstanding. Large portions and excellent quality. I recommend the Apple Strudel in vanilla cream sauce, and the Farmer's Breakfast was enough for two. They also have a nice shaded beer garden with a playground for children outside. Everything we had from their kitchen was absolutely fantastic, the cook was top notch, and the wait staff were very kind and pleasant.

The rooms were very well cleaned, but without an elevator you need to be able to carry your luggage up 2-4 flights of stairs. The rooms we stayed in were sparsely furnished with the bare minimum of old furniture, no refrigerator, coffee maker, bottled water, or other amenities usually included in hotels in that price range. The two chairs in the room were barely adequate. The beds could use replacement. I would recommend updating the rooms for the price. The bathrooms were clean, but barely to code with cheap broken cabinets. The toilet in our room only flushed correctly half the time. The showers were outdated and dangerous. The curtain was not big enough to seal in the shower water, so it was nearly impossible to take a shower without getting water all over the slick tile floor. The showers are raised about 12 inches from the floor so getting in and out was a huge step up or down, with no handles to hold onto except the shower pipes. If you were not very careful you could easily slip and fall, and that is what happened to my 88 year old mother. Fortunately no bones were broken.

Very good location, to the Zoo, and the Flaucher on the Isar. Easy to get to this hotel by car. Found great restaurants nearby, and there is bus stop and U bahn stop as well. Parking is quite secure. There is a restaurant downstairs. The churchbell of the church opposite the hotel stops at 10pm and re-starts again at 7am :-) We had a large clean and airy room, with a view to the street. Beds were very comfortable. WIFI was fast and reliable.

Cracked sink. Only tiny packets of shower gel was available. We stayed for 2 nights, and our beds were made up during the day, bathroom was cleaned, although we did not ask for this. The previous guests' child's extra nappies and picture book were left in the cupboard.

Staff was super friendly, approachable and helpful. Room was very big, clean and comfortable. U-Bahn just around the corner. Will stay there again. 👍

Hotel has a free private parking, shared with a restaurant. Room was spacious. Restaurant (beer garden) is great, with good beer and food. Good place to spend a night or two while visiting Munich with car (because of parking). Also price is fair. But...

From 7:00, church, which is next side on the road, start's to ring bells every 15 minutes, with more bells every hour. I don't know if it was a special occasion, or the automatic bell machine malfunctioned, but I kid you not, they rang the bell 123 times at 8:30. And Im not exaggerating, I actually counted. I even thought about recording it and putting on YouTube. It is absolutely crazy. Bed was not great, reception is the restaurant bar.
