The property was beautiful. Management was very prompt on getting us service when needed. The air conditioner on second floor went out but was restored before end of day. Two of the beds had leather frames and headboards that were peeling really bad. We were compensated a night's stay due to the inconvenience. I really wish this had been taken care of before our arrival because it looks as though the beds had been peeling for quite some time. The pool and sauna were lovely, only thing missing was a grill. We had a great time; I would rent again but would definitely ask questions as to the condition of the beds. Beautiful home!

This house was perfect for our family vacation of 10. We enjoyed it and would book again!

We’ve stayed in this neighborhood before and love the proximity to Disney. The property and neighborhood are great and it’s a fun time. Our last visit was 9 years ago, the traffic is unbelievably congested as is the whole Disney “crowd”. If you’re going to Disney this is the way to go. Be prepared to stand in line and sit in traffic. That isn’t any reflection on this property it is what it is in Orlando, unless you stay on property and then it might be better. Thanks for a good time, and a nice place to stay.

Overall this is a great property. 5 stars on everything except 4 stars on property because the neighbors were loud until 2am. This is not the property owners issue because the neighborhood is supposed to have quiet hours.

We had a great stay and experience for our first VRBO stay!

We had a very nice stay at this property, It was very spacious for our family of eleven. The swimming pool was excellent and got cleaned once a week, a very good size with a jacuzzi attached, could have done with having more loungers as there were only four for our party of 11. we had a couple of issues with the property, such as they forgot to change the sheets in one of the beds before our arrival so just washed them ourselves. The kitchen sink kept leaking causing a flood on the floor but did finally get repaired when we insisted they do something about it. The patio pool door is not secure, the lock is broken and we didn't feel safe but they jammed it with a wooden stick, that did the trick, but really not good enough. There were a few other small issues about things not working which we were told would be reported back to the owner, its just a shame these things hadn't been put right before our arrival which would have made our stay a lot more pleasant and enjoyable, but overall a very nice villa and would definitely recommend it once all the repairs are carried out, it is in an excellent location for visiting Disney world and other attractions. The complex which has 24 hour security is very nice, kept very clean and gardens well looked after. Thank you Lisa for sharing your property. Mrs Porter

5 star for the house in general, pool etc. A few things we noted during the stay is that the pantry is not stocked well enough for cooking unlike in other houses we have stayed. The closest Walmart is The busiest ever that I have seen.

My family and I had great week. House was very clean with lots of fun stuff to do. Great location!

It was great for our families 11 people total. Great location close to Walt Disney World. We would use this location again.

Security at gate would not let our 2nd car on property as we did not know we had to list drivers' names other than the person whose name was on rental agreement. House was lovely, but the cleaning service is not thorough. Dirty bath mats were turned over to appear clean. Would not have known except tags were showing. Dust on tables. Carpet needs cleaning. Could not find control for fan in family room and master bedroom fan control and wall switch would work only with light on so we could not use at night. With the air conditioner being pre-set at 72 by property manager, it got quite hot in the upstairs bedrooms and we had to buy a box fan for one of the rooms.

Great place! Had alittle trouble with our friends getting in the gate called the owner and he took care of it right away. He even called back to double check to make sure that they got in. Kids had fun in the pool every day close to all the parks highly recommend!

We all loved this home - Spacious and clean. Well appointed and everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. The game room was a hit, but mostly, the kids could not stay out of the pool, and everyone enjoyed the jacuzzi. We were near shopping, restaurants, and even though our main destination was Universal Studios I noted that we were a stones throw to Disney. The only complaint I would have is we had a minor hiccup with check in because we had more than one vehicle. I wish that the registration process regarding this, had been explained before we got there; but not a real problem in the end (everyone was courteous and professional) and it was easily resolved. I would definitely recommend this property and will probably book here again! Thank you so much, my family and I really enjoyed ourselves.

Everything was good. One small suggestion, maybe a welcome pack containing washing up liquid, dish washer tablets and washing powder/ liquid would have been nice. We had a wonderful time and would recommend to friends and family.

we had a wonderful time. the only thing that would've been great, would've been to have a grill as pictured in the listing. one was not included and we wasted about $50 in groceries hoping to use the grill (we'd gone shopping prior to checking in the first day). other than that, it was amazing and i'd definitely go again! :)

What a wonderful week my family and I had at the home. It was exactly as advertised. We are all adults from ages 23 to 94 and it was perfect for us! The pool area was beautiful. We relaxed there every day by the pool. My children went to Disney for 4 days and I drove to drop them off. We were so close! One time we needed to contact owners by text and the response was sooooo quick! Thank you for a great spring break!!!!

The house was spacious and clean. We especially liked that it was close to Disney parks. We enjoyed relaxing in the pool and game room and would recommend to others wanting to go to Disney.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The house was great with plenty of room and in great shape. Windsor Hills has so much extra amenities to offer and the house is in a great location and close to the parks.

My husband and I stayed at Lisa and Michael's beautiful home for a month. The villa was spacious, clean and comfortable. The home was equipped with everything that we needed for our stay. The pool area is lovely and we enjoyed eating our dinners outside. We were never bothered by any construction noise. Lisa and Michael are excellent hosts. They promptly answered any questions prior to our visit and they made the entire rental process very easy. They did everything they could to accommodate us when we had to change our arrival date. Along with their management company they quickly addressed two very minor issues that we had. It is obvious that they truly care about the comfort of their guests. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this villa. Thank you Lisa and Michael. (and management)

Excellent location, close to Disney, shopping, food stores etc. Community pool was really nice. Six adults stayed and we had two extra bedrooms, this house is super nice and spacious. The owner and property manager were awesome. Great experience.

We really enjoyed out stay. House is nice and close to attractions. The construction noise someone complained about in another review was nonexistent for us and we were there for five days. When we did need something the management saw to it right away. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks!

I've been excited to write this review and share our experience. First, the communication with the host was excellent, they answered all of our questions promptly. Prior to check in we received an email with check in instructions that included the address to the gate house, this was very helpful so for others booking, please be on the lookout for this email. The house was SUPER clean, when we walked in it smelled like someone had just cleaned the carpets, it was so nice and fresh. The house is huge, perfect for two families. For us it was just myself and my mom along with our pup, we had so much room and felt like we were truly away. The kitchen was abundantly stocked! I mean everything you can imagine was there, all the tools, all the dishes, it was absolutely perfect for the foodie in me as I was in charge of food prep for the weekend. I was in heaven! The pool was beyond fabulous, the temperature was perfect. We floated all weekend long, and never got tired of it. The spa unfortunately never got hot, we have a spa in my boyfriend's condo and you can always feel how hot the water is even on the 90 degree days, this spa never warmed up so we didn't get to use it at all. We reached out to property management to inquire about the spa heat, and I have to say experienced the BEST customer service we could ask for. Mr. Simon came out the next day to turn the heat up for us a bit, he was so nice and his wife just lovely people. I wish there was a bit more detail in the stay posting about the grill rental, and deposit, these were surprise costs to us, but expected and totally not a big deal at all. We also noticed that some of the signage throughout the house was outdated, one sign was about the grill, and one was about gray striped towels. I hope this can get a refresh soon. We would most definitely return to this property for another relaxing long weekend. We used the property to get away while staying safe during covid, so this gave us the pool, and the relaxation we needed. Totally worth it, and again can't wait to be back!

Beautiful home in very nice community. Plenty of space for our family to relax and have a great time. The pool was very nice and relaxing. The game room was awesome for the rainy days we had.. Neighborhood is close to all the attractions. Will definitely be back.

Lisa and Global were very easy to work with and to reach as needed. The only recommendations I would have would be to take a look at the dishwasher as a wheel is missing on the bottom rack and it hits the stove when you open the door to load dishes. Also, it would be helpful to include a short list of things to bring or purchase on the way to the house as far as paper towels/napkins, coffee filters, dishwasher liquid, dishwashing liquid, trash bags, laundry detergent, salt and pepper. Other than those two things, I would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay there again!
