We loved our stay here. The home was immaculately maintained. The location was perfect and we had everything we needed. This was our first time in Ft. Lauderdale and we plan to return. Plenty to do for everyone.

7 of my friends and I stayed at this house. Check-in was easy with a code lock on the door and the house was absolutely gorgeous. The pool and view were the best part of the house. We stayed in and grilled one night for dinner. There are spices and cooking supplies in the kitchen. There was a regular coffee pot and the owners supplied coffee filters. The grocery store was about a ten minute drive away. We had an awesome time!

Thus was extremely easy. Great service.

House was great and property management company made it easy. No surprises! Would stay again.

Large four bed three bath home on a large fenced in lot in one of the most beautiful sections of Ft Lauderdale. Home is well kept and conveniently located. Will definitely be renting this property again in the future.

Clean and readied for the 2 of us. Great view from the backyard, especially when attending the boat show and dreaming of which one to buy.

The property is a wonderful location and served us well in terms of hosting a family event. However, the property itself was something less than desireable as evidenced by the following issues: 1. one extra roll of toilet tissue for 3 bathrooms or said differently bring your own TP! 2. Beds are extremely soft/uncomfortable/guaranteed to give you a morning backache 3. no top sheets on any of the beds? 4. not one decent sized frying pan in the kitchen 5. kitchen cutlery needs sharpening rendering it useless 6. pool deck has a number of loose tiles which proved to be tripping points. 7. Owners indicated that they have had the property since 1968; furnishings are of the same vintage! In conclusion, the property is in a great location, and served our purpose but compared with other properties we have stayed at in the area (Lauderdale by the Sea) it is over priced and needs attention.

This property was the perfect property for our family vacation. The local property manager and owners were extremely responsive, and attended to any questions we had. This home is extremely comfortable, inside and out, and is well detailed. The backyard pool and lounge seating area overlooking the broad intercoastal waterway is simply breathtaking. I would highly recommend this property, and if our extended family were to return to Fort Lauderdale for any future vacations, I would not stay anywhere else. The house was super cute and perfect for us 7 girls! The house was clean and had everything we needed. The pool is probably the best part about the house. It's right on the water and the view is beautiful ! The Inside snd outdide Sonos music system was really cool to use as well! Perfect house for a weekend get away. SO close to las olas and other fun places! Very quiet and peaceful and the neighborhood is super cute and there are some incredible houses to ogle at!
