The property is beautiful but needed some updates. Beds were old with springs coming through. Tennis courts were not kept up. Horse paddocks needed to be cleaned. Food was great, people were great.

Grossartiger Service: weil die Matratze uns etwas zu hart war, haben wir extra einen Topper erhalten. Der wurde auch noch professionell aufgelegt. Zudem ist die Führung mit anschließender Weinprobe fantastisch. Alles mit soviel Liebe gemacht ❤️
Die Lage ist nicht perfekt, weil man wenig Möglichkeiten zum Wandern oder spazieren gehen hat.

Frühstück im Freien möglich. Der Ausblick ist grandios. Direkter Blick in 4 km entfernte Siena. Der Pizza-Abend am Sonntag ist hervorragend. Tipp: tolles Essen auch im 2 km entfernten Campingplatz!

La habitacion es de ensueño, tiene ascensor amplia, los baños limpios, tiene varias actividades para hacer y se destaca al personal que nos atendieron de forma excelente.
Si bien por la epoca del año no hacia falta pero no tenia aire acondicionado, y la comida no era mala pero en precio calidad no tiene un buen puntuaje

We were looking forward to our stay at this property because we wanted to spend some time at a working Tuscan winery. Borgo La Torre all Tolfe more than delivered on all our expectations. Beginning with our guided tour of the property with the friendly and engaging Alex, to the wine tasting given by the knowledgeable owner, concluding with the incredible and delicious food at the hotel's restaurant, we immediately wished we had planned to stay for more than just two days. The property combines elegant and rustic features and the staff are as pleasant and helpful as could be. Located only 15 minutes from the center of Siena by taxi, the hotel was a pure oasis from the heat and crowds in Siena in early October. Relaxing in the early Fall sunset with a glass of Borgo La Torre's rosato lunella, what's not to like?
Our only regret was not planning to stay longer at this hotel. Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to enjoy a stay at a Tuscan winery.

Amazing stay! We rested our minds and bodies, the place was magical. We participated in the historical trip around the property which was very interesting and very much focused on the history of wine produced there. The room we stayed in was very spacious which we loved, we also had a well working fan which helped us survive hot days. The bathroom had a bidet which was amazing. The hotel provided a really good shower gel, which was moisturising for our skin.
Nothing really. What could be improved is the variety of vegetarian dishes or dishes with fish (in our case we don’t eat meat and the choice was a bit small).

The bed was exceptionally hard and difficult for both myself and partner to sleep.

It doesn’t have air conditioning but fans are provided which was just fine. We would definitely stay there again despite this.

Location, the setting, the views and the staff. Breakfast was always nice and the one dinner we had was very well cooked.
No fridge in the room to keep cold drinks when it was +35 each day. If you wanted a glass of cold water you had to purchase it. No room facilities for making a tea or coffee again you had to purchase one downstairs, so no chance of an early morning cup in bed. Not even a radio in the room and as no Wi-Fi in rooms no chance of listening to any music.

An amazing family run property with fantastic history! We loved our relaxing stay, plenty to do around the property with no car but would be great to have a car to do more exploring. A true Tuscan experience complete with a cooking class, wine tasting, olive oil tasting, animal feeding and more! The staff were all lovely and the owner has lots to share about the history of the beautiful property! We wish we could have stayed longer!
Restaurant was a little slow at times, but staff lovely and enjoyed the beautiful view so did not really matter to us at all!

There is no Wifi in the room, only in the common areas
At our arrival, The lady that took us to our room said it was a short walk and I ended up walking uphill and going upstairs 3 floors with my luggage on my back being 30 weeks pregnant , I was out of breath by the time I got to the room only to found out later that there was an elevator that the staff lady didn’t show us before 🙄 I would have expected someone from the staff helped me with my luggage or showed me the elevator before hand
