Very welcoming! Location and breakfast was great!

A perfect location with perfect hosts. We weren't too sure what to expect as it was such good value. Sylvia, her family and staff were amazing. Everything you could hope for in a BnB. Exceptional breakfast, outstandingly clean and a host who makes you feel at home. We will definitely be returning.

Pretty much everything! Comfortable room, very clean, Silvia the manager is spectacular. Breakfasts were a real treat with lots of homemade pastries, along with fruit, cereal, and a choice of eggs.

Location to town

Communal kitchen and reception area directly outside all guests rooms which isn’t ideal, as you feel you have little privacy - you hear breakfast being prepared from around 7am. During the cleaning of our room the staff moved personal items around and actually did our suitcase up! They should not be touching guests personal possessions.

I can confidently say that it was an amazing experience from start to finish. Silvia, the hostess, truly went above and beyond to ensure our stay was unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, Silvia took exceptionally good care of us. Silvia's genuine hospitality and attention to detail were apparent throughout our stay, making us feel like cherished guests rather than mere customers. She provided us with invaluable recommendations for the best beaches and restaurants to visit during our time there. Moreover, Silvia went the extra mile by providing us with food to take on our explorations to remote areas. This thoughtful gesture not only saved us the hassle of finding a place to eat in those secluded spots but also showcased Silvia's commitment to ensuring her guests' comfort and satisfaction. The breakfast at Silvia Hotel was a true delight. Every morning, we were treated to a freshly cooked spread of homemade dishes that showcased the region's flavors. The place was beautiful, cleaned every morning, and the rooms were very spacious. The location was perfect just 5 minutes walking from the historic city centre. If you are looking for a place where you can feel genuinely welcome and experience the best of the local area, herel is the perfect choice. Thank you Silvia for everything.

Sylvia and Maranna were so friendly and helpful. Early bag drop off supper clean rooms and common areas. You can eat off the floors in this place. The rooms are cleaned every day. Vacuum and mopping of the floors. we were able to park in front of the B&B without any problems. Sylvia provided recommendations for leisurely drives and beaches to visit. The location of the property is about 10 or 15 minutes leisurely walk to the old town of Otranto. We would definitely return to this property. The breakfast was amazing cooked to order eggs and all of the other breakfast items you would expect but more much more homemade tarts, homemade quiche, focaccia, yogurt, really good coffee. Each room is provided with a drying rack available to hang clothes after washing. We would RETURN!!! Would rate it a 11+

The ac was a little noisy when turning off and on in our room # 1 . We would definitely return if coming back to Otranto.

This B&B is nice and elegant to visit Otranto. It is situated very close to the seafront, the beach and the historic town. The host is very pretty and helpfull. She recomanded us where to eat and she tell us very helpfull information about parking in Italy (parking with yelow line si forbiden, that with blue line is pay and that with white line is free).

Everything was simply wonderful - other than the internet didn't work, but that was probably because of a storm.

Sylvia was very pleasant, willing to advise and help. Very clean environment and delicious breakfast with homemade cakes and fresh fruit. A spacious room is available for evening gatherings with friends. Lots of good restaurants nearby. An excellent starting point for car trips and photography.

Our stay here was fantastic. Spotlessly clean throughout and tastefully decorated. Silvia was a lovely host. So friendly and went out of her way to ensure that all guests were happy. This made our stay extra special. Breakfast was varied and delicious with freshly baked options both savoury and sweet. The B&B is situated a short walk from the Old Town which is just lovely. Would not hesitate to return.

Wonderful host who stayed up to 9.30pm to accomodate our late arrival (and had cakes and tea for us as we missed dinner). Above and beyond.

What a fantastic place to stay. The B&B is just outside the busiest part of Otranto yet only a few minutes walk away from all the action and the beach. The accommodation itself is five star quality with absolutely with everything you might need provided. I had a beautiful room with a balcony - spacious, clean, comfortable and well equipped. Silvia was a fabulous host and also an amazing cook - the breakfasts were the best I've every known.

Silvia was very friendly and was a very lovely host. She gave us some good recommendations as well. B&B is close to the city beach and the older city center is just couple of minutes walking distance. Room with balcony and AC was nice and had also a slight ocean view.

Host was extremely accommodating, pleasant and very helpful. property was super clean and conveniently located. Breakfasts included with the rate we’re just lovely. Our sincere compliments to Silvia (& her mom) who did the wonderful cooking each day :). Highly recommend!

Storage in the room a little limited for our cases but no a major issue.

Silvia has a beautiful bed and breakfast, you can clearly see that she loves what she does and also works very hard to keep it running perfectly. I'd definitely stay there again if I ever get back to Otranto. The place has a great location, is super clean and very very comfortable. It's everything you need to rest while traveling that gorgeous south Italian area. Breakfast is also a plus with many fresh homemade food.
